Air let out a small sigh as he looked at the items at his feet he was working on. He was currently working on a large animal pelt painting it for one of his customers. He had paint all over his paws, chest and a little on his nose. He stepped back to get a better look at it before growling and getting some dark pant and splattering it all over as he huffed and destroyed the piece. He walked away from him moving down to one of the watering holes to clean himself up.
He didn't noticed the large male sitting on top of the rock being rather lazy. he moved into the water and wadded out up to his neck getting nice and wet before swimming back to the shore. He got out and shook the paint and water off his fur. only to her a very loud upset growl from the lion that had been sleeping.

Ba'al was have the best day ever he had found a nice rock to lay on and sleep his day away. He had grown to accustomed to stay up in the late hours of the night. He didn't expect to get pelted with water droplets and some mud. He opened his eyes and looked at the pink male curiously before rolling his eyes and jumping down to stand beside the other.
"Be careful will you." He snapped at the male only to be taken aback as the male looked down right terrified as he had his ears down tails between his legs and he was back up against the water.
"I'm not going to hurt you!" The male growled out a moment before turning from him. "What ever suit yourself." he said as he walked off to find a new hiding place.

Banquo moved with slow steps and an annoyed expression, orange eyes searching for the pink shape of the costumer he’d met before. The idea of walking around with flashy adornments and silly trinkets had never truly appealed to him but, in this strange new pride, Banquo felt out of place and his winning personality wasn’t getting him any new students. That’s why the pale lion had decided to try new ways of blending in, foreign to him as they may be.
“Waridua.” He said in a flat tone as he drew close to the little commotion.
He took in the appearance of the stranger in an instant, his mind already used to the ranking system of the Suka’Fumo. Purple spots, purple mask, purple socks and a violet hue on his muzzle and underbelly. A Noble, then? He could see the resemblance to Bwana and assumed the dark lion was related to the King. He couldn’t really tell what was going on and he wasn’t one to make quick assumptions but the striped lion hoped the younger lion wasn’t throwing his weight around and bullying commoners as he pleased. His thoughts, however, Banquo kept to himself and his piercing gaze finally left the dark lion and returned to the pink male. At once, he seemed to remember something and again his face turned and he finally spoke.
“Good day.” He’d almost forgotten they were supposed to show some kind of reverence towards the nobility.

Ba'al looked to the new male that came to apparently see the other pink one. He didn't think much on it since the other seemed to be a costumer. He gave a nod to the male none the less. "Yes it is great day to sleep." He said with a smirk before he crawled up onto a new rock to rest on.
He crossed his legs over one another before resting his head against them shutting his eyes as his tail flicked about as his listened to the males talk. He wasn't big on eavesdropping usually but he was bored and had nothing to do at the moment but being lazy.
Air froze hearing the words of the male he turned to look back at him slowly as he gulped hesitantly. "Heh heh...nice d-day out Banquo s-sir." he said giving him a boy of the head.
"I um...well I'm h-having some t-t-trouble with the items you re...requested." He said huffing a little with himself why did he have such bad issues lately with his speaking. He frowned a little as he moved over to a large pelt that held everything he worked on. He pulled out some different furs and some gold chains and a few other items tossed about.
"W-would you like any ch-changes?" He asked looking back to the male his ears rested slightly against his head as he looked at the other nervously. He hated it when the customers came and he didn't have their items finished and it was looking to be that this one male seemed to always come to him when he had nothing to really show.
"Sorry s-s-sir. I thought I'd have it d-done." He said not making anymore excuse then that as he pulled out a few feathers and tried to tie in all the different pieces of 'art'.

The striped lion watched the dark male for a few seconds before deciding that he’d like to be left alone – which was absolutely fine as far as Banquo was concerned. His bright gaze traveled to the pink male and he sighed discreetly. Why did he always seem so nervous around Banquo? Honestly, most lions tended to feel uncomfortable in the presence of the pale striped male but they mostly just reacted by avoiding his gaze or his presence altogether. Only Waridua seemed to react so strongly every time Banquo drew near.
“It’s not ready yet…?” The pale lion sighed again. The younger lion’s obvious deference was somewhat unsettling for the scholar who could only blame it on the age difference between them – after all, Banquo didn’t have a speck of purple on his coat. He paused, eyeing the young lion at work while he considered his options. He could always look for another costumer or give up on the whole silly adornment idea completely. Or he could wait and give the young costumer a chance as perhaps he just lacked experience and confidence. Or it was Banquo who made him too nervous to work in which case finding a different costumer might not be such a bad idea after all. “I like those gold chains. They will look nice on the headpiece.” he spoke quietly, eying the materials Waridua was working with.
“Do you think you can get any of it done today?” he asked in his typical monotone after one long silence, his expression clearly showing he wasn’t very happy with the situation.

The pink lion looked at the items a moment before he played around with a few of the items before he looked to the other male. "Mmm w-well it dep-pends." He muttered as he gathered a few of the items up before moving closer to the male he eyed him a moment before he tossed some fabric onto his back before biting on the strap and pulling it over the males head before he moved his paw to brush out the cloth on his back. He then ran back to get a few different things putting some bracelets down before the others feet.
He took a step back looking at the work so far before he smiled a little and dash back to this things before moving back and he began to put some 'glove' like items on his back legs. He took another step back eying the his work before he dash one last time to get some red fabric and some more gold chains and and a necklace. He then moved back to the male and got a bit scarlet as he looked at the items before looking to the male.
"Would you...bend your head down a bit so I can get this last bit on?" He said having rested the items on his paws so he could speak but also keeping them safe from the ground.

Banquo sighed quietly and tensely a little when things started flying all around him, a wide line of hairs rising on his back as he was “prodded”. Still, he did as he was told – his expression a clear sign he wasn’t very comfortable with the whole situation – and the Scholar dropped his head as he pulled the bracelets closer, wondering if he should place them all in one leg or divide them between his front legs. His eyes narrowed as if he was in a deep focus and the pale lion waited patiently for the pink lion to finish his task. Hopefully, it would all be over soon.
“Is it done?” he asked after a brief silence, eyes looking up but head perfectly still. “If it’s not, would you mind if I stayed here and waited for it?”

Air looked over the male as he stepped back smiling as he gave a small nod before he looked closer. "Oh n-n-no wait!" He said rushing back to get one last thing a decorative feather he placed in the headpiece before stepping back once more before he smiled and moved about gather the items that laid about the pale males feet that he didn't use.
"You d-done." He replied softly once the male had finished. He put all his things together before moving of to the water to get himself a drink before looking to the male with a pout. "Are you going t-to look at yourself or n-not?"
Ba'al walked back over to the two eyeing the males items before looking to the pink lion letting out a small whistle. "Doesn't look to bad at all." He said with a small chuckle before pushing past the pink lion making him let out a small complaint before looking at him blankly as if asking what he was going to do about it.
Ari stay silent his ears resting back against his head as he looked away from the male moving over to his things laying down beside them as if letting the large mass of items hide his body.

Banquo remained perfectly still during the finishing touches but there was a hint of annoyance in his expression. His nose wrinkled for less than a second when he saw the girly pout on the pink male – he was a weird one alright – but he moved to the edge of the water nonetheless and looked for his reflection.
“It’s... a lot.” A lot of stuff. Though perhaps not too much if the purple lion’s reaction was to be trusted. Speaking of the purple lion, Banquo wasn’t particularly happy with the way he seemed to be treating Waridua. Even if he was a Noble (or so Banquo believed), acting like a bully – like so many others did – was unbecoming. Of course, he hadn’t even said anything and the pink male should really stand his ground a little more… oh, why was he thinking of Waridua as if he were a helpless girl he was supposed to protect?!
Not one to always speak his mind, the striped lion moved slowly to stand a little between the two males, his expression as closed as ever. He probably didn’t even realize what he was doing but his eyes lingered for a few seconds on the purple lion’s yellow gaze.
“The colors look good.” He said at last, his eyes travelling through the flowers of Ari’s mane. This was definitely the most girly-looking male he’d ever met. “It’s finished. Right?”

Waraidiua nodded softly before looking away from the male. His cheeks flushed a bit as he quickly began working on the next order. ~Why did he look at me like that?~ He thought before frowning a moment and looking back to the other.
"If you need any ch-changes or adjustments just....let me k-know." He said before pressing his lips together and taking a deep breath trying to calm his nerves. "Till next time we meet Banquo." He said barely glancing at the male and bowing before he looked to Ba'al who chuckled. His ears flattened against his head as he did his best to ignore the large male. "w-why are you even s-still here?" He muttered softly as he kept working.
"Simple your quite enjoyable to watch." he said ignoring the white male he had no more business here. He moved to the water and lapped at it a little before he pulled from it moving past the white male as he moved back to his rock he had original been resting on.

"No changes." Banquo said simply, throwing one quick glance in the direction of the dark lion almost as if seeking his approval. This was definitely not the type of thing he was used to and the yellow-eyed lion could certainly use a second opinion... even if he didn't actively seek it.
But Banquo didn't really like the tense exchange of looks between the other two lions and he felt like smacking them both in the heads: one "Stop teasing him!" here and one "Stand up for yourself!" there would do the trick, he figured. But not too long ago, Banquo had decided not to take the lead or to try to act like it was his business to interfere with the actions of others. He had stopped trying to rise to a position of power and relinqished all his ambitions, a decision he was planning on going back on anytime soon. And in this case, the purple lion was most likely a Noble... not a good idea to get on the wrong side of one if he was planning on staying on the Suka'Fumo for life.
"If you don't mind, Waridua, I'm going to lie down and take quick nap. Please keep working, I won't get in your way." His tone was as slow and detached as usual. Actually, he was planning on waiting until the dark lion was gone to have a little lion-to-lion talk with the younger pink lion. Well, somebody had to...

Waridiua light blue eyes beamed a little when the male said in so many words he was happy with his art. His chest filled with pride as he let out a small giggle as his ears rested back against his head a moment. "Good I'm g-glad you l-like it." He said adding a small nod to the end before his eyes looked over to the purple male a moment. What would he do this time? Would he keep watching him or would he finally loose interest and leave since the other male was staying.
An why was he staying? Ari began to ask he began to shift his wait a little getting nervous. Had he done something wrong without knowing. Was the male making sure the items wouldn't break and instead of having to seek the male out he'd just wait. Though his items had never failed him before. Why would they break. His fur stood on end a little as he kept going through all the different reasons why the other would stay. Maybe he just wanted to relax the spot he was currently at was one of his best places he knew about in the pride. He could easily tap into his muse here more so then the other spots.
"s-sure you are free to stay." He said meekly not looking to the male as he tried to busy himself in his work some more.
Ba'al looked to the males before growling he was getting bored of these to and of this place. He stood looked at the two before moving away. "Hmph I'll leave you two alone the pink one probably like that." He said before smirking looking back to Ari. "Wouldn't you?" He asked before he took off leaving them behind.
Ari didn't say anything he tensed up when the male spoke he looked to him but only a moment before looking away planning on ignoring what he had said.

Ah, well… this was somewhat anti-climatic. Banquo was expecting a much more dramatic departure at the end of such a tense little gathering. Though looking at Ari, it almost seemed as though he’d returned from a warzone. He sighed quietly when Ba’al spoke and yawned languidly after he left, his eyes returning to the awfully pink shape of the Costumer. He remained quiet for a few moments, silently considering what he should say or if he should speak at all.
“You know, just because he’s purple, you don’t…” he started suddenly but his voice slowly died down into a quiet whisper as he avoided Ari’s gaze. He sighed again, unsure of how to continue. There were pride politics to consider as well as Ari’s temperament and previous experiences that he knew little to nothing of. Most importantly, why was he meddling in affairs that were none of his concern anyway? “If you look so nervous, there will always be those who’ll make a target out of you.” As if his coat wasn’t attracting enough attention geez…

The male blinked a moment watching the other male what he said was interesting. He blushed a little as he looked down at his pink paws he began to mess around with his other orders a moment before looking back up to the male.
"Its n-not that...I can't h-help it." He muttered softly his ears rest against his head. "I'm....n-not good with males." He whispered as he quickly busied himself with his work. "T-they always l-look at me funny." He spoke as if he where ashamed of it. "I...d-don't know what I do wrong." He said as he tried not to let his feelings show as his eye began to tear up.
"They...m-make me feel like I c-can never be worthy to be l-l-looked upon." He said before looking to the male. "Even you...You l-look at me sometimes and I can see." He took a deep breath as he looked at the male for once he looked flustered he usually never got upset but he couldn't help it this time. "I can see that you don't like me." He said without a stammering but he didn't even notice.

What did he mean he couldn’t help it? And what did he mean he wasn’t good with males? He was a guy, wasn’t he? He wasn’t one of those girls that walked around with fake manes to get better treatment in the Suka’Fumo. Honestly… his reactions were so… girly!
“You’re bright pink. It’s not something you can hide. Of course everyone will look.” He said somewhat roughly, standing up with a rather uncomfortable expression. Every fiber of his body was telling him to get out of this situation as quickly as possible. Without even thinking, he started walking away. In a girl, everyone liked pink and flowers. In a guy… well, not so much.
Actually, Ari probably just needed a girl. Someone to boost his confidence and to help lower the number of odd looks and snide remarks. A guy who looked like this… alone, without a girlfriend or a mate… oh, Banquo could certainly imagine the rumors circulating the pride.
“I don’t dislike you.” He was already a few feet away when he stopped walking and spoke quietly without even turning his head. If anything, Ari’s unexpected reactions confused Banquo but also pulled a strange amount of… protective instincts out of him which was somewhat he wasn’t all too happy about. “If I did, I would found someone else to help me with… this stuff. Just… toughen up, Waridua. You just need more confidence.” And with a slight shake of his head, the striped lion kept going.

Light blue eye looked at the male curiously they grew wider with each step and word the other said. He didn't dislike him. His chest filled with pride someone actually liked him here! He could stop the goofy smile coming to his face. He took a deep breath as he closed his eyes and enjoyed the moment for as long as it would last.
"T-thank you B-banquo." He stuttered out his cheeks flushed slightly as he opened his eyes and watched the male leave with his items. He was so happy with them and they really fit the male perfectly. He had found his place in the world finally it seemed.
He panicked a little as he hopped from his items taking a few quick steps in the direction the male left. "I...I'll t-try!" He yelled after the male not wanting him to think he was no longer listing cause he was anything and everything the white stripped male said he took it to heart now.
He smiled one more though it wasn't as much like the last one he turned back to his items and gathered them up before looking to back to where Banquo had gone. "He l-likes me." He said before letting out a small giggle like laugh before he moved back to his den for the night he was much in need of a good rest.
