1- Please look at existing Witch designs and information for inspiration and better knowledge on how to fill out the form below.
2- Keep in mind what the motivation of the Puella Magi in the past might have had, and what her downfall was. It will help you get a better idea on how to create a witch.
3- Tomoni and Zanaroo will check the subforum rather sporadically. People can critique your entries as if they were regular quests for characters, and you will get an approval stamp once you meet proper requirements.
4- Once your Witch is approved, it will be listed in the Witches' Bestiary until she and her minions are drawn by either mifii, Zanaroo, or Ka-ray-zee.
5- After the Witch is drawn, a staff member will allocate stats to your Witch and her minions according to its nature and strengths. They will then be listed in the Witches' Armada, a thread will be set up for them, and the Puellae Magicae will sign up to participate in a battle against your Witch.
6- You will be the one RPing and battling your Witch against the Puellae Magicae or, unless requested, a manager will take over for you. If you do choose to RP your Witch, that means you should have a good amount of knowledge on how the mechanics of the battle system works.
