Chrodechild:
The land of the painted and tiny... Malik's nickname for their new homeland. Chrodechild hadn't believed him when he'd spoken of small, spiritual lions who painted themselves. It was likely another one of her mother's tall tales and their father's induging her for the sake of keeping his offspring silent. However- it was just as they had said. The lions here were peaceful, spiritual, and always had a day's worth of tales to share with the newcomers. Chrodechild was having quite a time trying to retain information she felt was completely useless. She, like her father, was a warrior at heart. The stories of Malik's bloody battle over distant sands had romanced her more than tales of spirits, tall mountains, and mystical beings.
The lioness sighed and stretched out her long, sleek form, claws stretching outwards as her spine popped and adjusted. The day's sleep was slowly wearing off, the heat of the day melting into a comfortable cool. The golds and embers of the sun had faded into silvers and blues.
Time to hunt.

Ramen:
Ramen had grown accustomed to the ways of this pride. In fact he loved it. The stories, the peace, the laid back atmosphere, and even the tiny little painted lions that ran about. He had hoped that it would do good for his brother, always so high strung over the littlest things. It was a personal mission in life to get the lion to relax. Hes mane was just starting to come in, twould be a shame to have it all fall out again.

With a deep and relaxed breath Ramen got to his paws, taking time to stretch each leg out to the fullest before stretching his whole body to work out the kinks. His tail lashed around for nothing more than to stretch a bit as he let out a yawn.

"Ehhhhh, too late ta' be sleepn'..." He mumbled to himself through the yawn.

Adonis:
Soft, violet eyes focused on a padding of a out stretch paw, looking down upon the flexing muscles. Sharp pointed contracted and retracted from the beds where they once rested. A quite breath left the maw of the growing male, as the other two started to stir.

"Indeed..." Left stealthily from Adonis' lips as he rotated his paw back over and pushed off the ground. One of the three giants among hobbits, rose to full height with out little stretch, evidence that the adolescence had been up a bit earlier.
Shaking his mane, to free it's self from the little bits of twigs that took rest in his already meticulously taken care of coat. What a bother, though well wanted over sand. It wasn't so much a hinderance personally to the growing line, that his looks if hindered wouldn't cripple his thought or unsteady his mind-bit if willing, he tried to take care himself -if- possible. After all he carried the marks of his family. It was pride, a symbol of where they came from. Blood.

A arrogant grin slipped across Adonis' lips as his head turned to look to his fellow kin. His paw rose over his chest to flatten and straighten out the puff of mane that had been coming in at his chest. "Not that we need too much a head start, Our legs carry us father in one stride then a lope for other in our company." Adonis grinned proudly....

Chrodechild:
"Don't get too full of yourself, brother." Chrodechild smirked and rolled her broad shoulders back, popping out a small knot of tension. "Ramen, Adonis- if you two are willing, I will take commend of this evening's hunting party. Small or not- they're hungry mouths that need feeding and we were assigned to tonight's hunt."
She glanced between the two males and tipped her head to one side. "And...try not to kill eachother this time. Ramen- you're on flushing duty, Adonis and I will ambush. Understand?"

Raman:
"Ohh, ya m'an. I can do that. Not like I'm not used to da' nflushn' eh?" Ramen laughed and halfway leaned toward Adonis. He had already learned not to bump him while he was watching. At least not in some cases.

"Soh, I get to run at them, you goh and hide. Simple. Try not to get your fur all dirty ya? Or maybe don't care 'bout it... ya have mo' fun." He laughed.

Adonis:
"Oh that is not possible sister, not when your leading the pack." Adonis smirked back and made a glance to his brother, as he gave little chuckle to himself. Chroderchild was his twin after all...

"They will not go hungry..." The male stated cooly with a calm confidence and a flick of his chin. Nodding the lion understood the plan, one they had gone over before. Sharp claws dug in the grown under the adolescents' dark claws, tenderizing the earth under him. He was always up for a good hunt, a satisfying kill...

Chroderchild, was one of the few, Adonis never minded taking orders of, Any of his blood he trusted and knew when to fallow when they knew the way. After all they where bonded by blood. And a special kind of trust came with that in their family, and few friends.

"I have to have something to distract me, so you can cetch up, brohda." Adonis grinned to his brother, and his paw raised to give him a little push on the shoulder as he leaned closer.

Chrodechild:
Chrodechild rolled her eyes. "No, Raman. We take position first. Then you flush the herd our way. Take your time, don't lose your head. It's fun, yes, but keep your head in the hunt. If we miss out today, then the pride here will think we're slackers. We're hunters- let's not forget that."
She turned and began loping down the rugged landscape, her paws picking along the loose rocks and dry grass with practiced ease. Rehema was currently the head huntress, but the lioness was growing old. Her spirit was strong and able but her joints were beginning to complain, her muscles were growing weary, and her eyesight was slowly beginning to fail her. Chrodechild was eager and determined to take the position when Rehema was no longer able to carry out her position.
"And Adonis- he's right, don't be afraid to get dirty."

Raman:
""Ah, you miss understand me sis'tah." Ramen shrugged. It didn't matter, it was good advice even if he had known it already. "Oh'kay, we get a move'on now, don't want no one to think we are slackin' eh? My head is all for this, ready ta go. Don't miss a pounce kay brodda."

Ramen gave Adonis a laugh before coolly following after his sister. He was ready for this. Flushing was his favorite thing to do. He didn't have to wait, he got to chase. Waiting was something he didn't mind, he could do it well and enjoy the wait and focus, but this was preferable.

Adonis:
"Awe, come now C.c. Rammy has this." Adonis spoke with a shoved paw at his brother before he darted off after his Sister. To get a head start of course by his neighboring brother.

"Just because we look alike doesn't mean I enjoy the taste of dirt and sand as well. " Adonis spoke tacking after the two, he watched his step just as skillfully as the others, after all with the training he did-skill came also...

Chrodechild:
"If you call me 'cc' one more time, Adonis, those pretty genes of yours will never be passed along to little cublings." She threw a look over her shoulder and smiled between her two brothers.
She flicked her tail and lifted her head to scent the air. They were far still from the flatlands and the prey within them. More time for playful verbal sparring.
"Now Ramen, try to mark one of them. n** a heel or claw a rump. Make it easy for us to see which one you're wanting us to bring down."

Raman:
"Yoh make it sound like I've neva' done the huntin' eh?..." he let his own words sink in before he continued again. "Ja, I mean tah say, yes sis'tah." His tail flicked. It was a minor bothe rto be reminded of the basics of hinting every time they went out. But it was a good reminder, not like she were nitpicking everything that happened the last time. Not that anything that happened last time was a bad thing.

He sniffed the air. "Mmmm, 'kay, we gonna do this. Big smiles." He glanced at Adonis with a grin. "Ah, you miss understand me sis'tah." Ramen shrugged.

Adonis:
Adonis picked up his head with laughter at the threat and smile he gained. "I do not doubt this, Sister. " The White maned lion laughed. A threat he knew well to take to heart from his sister, she was as quick as her claws. Always being with the two could put a smile on Adonis' lips, Ramen and his laid back behavior and Chordechild's calculating coolness, was a good combination for the growing male.

Fallowing in step with his litter mates, the playful sparing aside, they would need to focus and set their mind for the hunt at one point-For Adonis' mind after all. He smiled truly in happy company. the playful sparing, was good to sharpen the mind, in good brother and sister banter. His white colored tail was the third to flick as he looked down to the path before him. His gaze steady and sharp as his mind went over the hunt. He wouldn't let his pride down, the hungry mouths would be fed.
"We got this." Adonis grinned. "Oh I will, Just besure to get good jump on one for us, Ramah. The Pride is counting on us brodda." Adonis spoke back to his brother as he fallowed beside his kin. He was prideful in that, and was determined to not go back with out a kill-even if it was something small for the weak-they had to get something after how their last hunt ended. The other two had to know this-and how hard the defeated was taken....Kin of Malik are not Defeated.
