One morning she found him on the ground with blood the killer had on a uniform from Fuyu Academy. So she decides to go there for two reasons find the killer and master to control her power.

I like the why about "why she's at Fuyu" very much, I haven't seen that with any other character. (: It's a great idea, and if you don't already have someone I'm sure someone would volunteer to have their character be the murderer so you could continue that storyline at some point.

The only thing I'd like you to add would be where her parents / immediate family was during this. The way you word it I assume they're dead, but it's not very clear. Oh, and I would love a last name, please!
