Having gotten separated from her questing partner, P'achua, Ming Xifeng found herself wandering elsewhere to look for that odd thing that Metria the weird flying rabbit spoke of. She was beginning to feel quite hopeless searching for this one thing--a feather of all things!--and all in order to get away from her sister. "Perhaps this was a bad idea after all," she grumbled to herself. She soon found herself on a huge lake shore, and she sighed, deciding to settle down and take a break for the time being. It wasn't like she was in a hurry, and if anything, being separated from P'achua could be a sort of relief, if she thought about it. The stallion was quieter than her, for Epona's sake!
Taking on this quest made her realize how much she actually missed Khepri and her endless chatter. Her sister could be irritating at times, but Khepri really wasn't that bad. Khepri was only talkative when in the presence of others that weren't family anyway. Ming figured it was just a personality flaw, considering Khepri had been the only female for a while and she had gotten spoiled, especially since she had been the baby of the family until the rest of the sisters had come about. Ming was the 2nd to youngest of the six. Her thoughts trailed off and she began to think of her parents. She silently swore to herself she would find her father again someday. Ming was tired of seeing her mother's eyes of sadness.
