Crimson Remedy are we allowed to make a character with no alligence? O.O... Never thought of that one...Umm... Sure, that'd be fine with me. If you can, may you create a sort of "Rogue" thread for profiles with no alliance?

Okay so about the "Unless Stated Otherwise" part of the ranks, what do mean about that? Because I really wanted my character to be the Commander of the Covert Ops of the Police Department, but if I HAVE to be a trainee then thats fine too...
