Hi there ^^ I have a question. So I am 18 and a lesbian but I don't have a girlfriend and I would like one... But the problem is I'm shy... My friend said she and I could go to a lgbt club, I know the way to get a girlfriend is patience and getting to know her... But I had girlfriends in the past that haven't worked out and I had online relationships... They always end up the same me getting broke up with or me breaking up with them... I'm srry I am rambling huh? Srry bout that. I just want to know how I can make a really strong relationship like my friend has with her boyfriend... They have been together for 5 years I think.

I know what you mean. I'm 19 and also a lesbian that has had my heart broken more times that I can remember or that I care to. Online relationships aren't really strong because of distance, but they can work out. A strong relationship is based mainly on trust with your partner, girlfriend, what ever you call them. Talk to your friend and ask how her and her boyfriend have been together so long. It's love and caring, honesty and trust. That's what keeps people together and keeps relationships strong.
