Furthest Point North This abandoned apartment complex is used to determine the city limits of Tempest City. It is the furthest part of the city on the north side. Gang member like to hang around these abandoned buildings a lot for no one really seems to come around them or bother these buildings considering how far out and rundown they are.

Ric strolled to the abandoned building area after a while. He had snooped around for a bit, and finally found someone that could arrange him half-free free slot with electricity. The deal included crappy heating, drafty rooms and no keys policy. Well it worked for now, he just needed something to use his computer with and stuff his property in. After delivering some stuff to pretty remote apartment Ric left for the city again. However he ran to a somewhat suspicious trespasser. After all what would a casual guy like him do at this urban place? Ric slowed down as he walked at the stranger.

Ric lifted his hand into slight greeting. The strangers acquaintance was highly disturbing.
"So, pretty rough place huh?" Ric said glancing around the slums in meaningful way. "You live around here or what?"

"Isn't this kind of rough place for normal person to live in? I hear gangsters have taken this place to their control and there are many other suspicious peoples coming around too..." Ric said with wide smile, however in his head he thought Namely you, most of these buildings ain't really even fit for living.. Just who on earth are you, and more importantly, are you a friend or a foe? Ric crossed his arms behind his head as if he was laying on ground.
"Well yeah you probably shouldn't mess around here, unless your looking for trouble." He said cheerfully and walked past him.

Kazuya eh... Well that scar is pretty easy to remember. I suppose next time we meet it will be bit different. Ric smirked as he turned around a corner and lost sight of the mystery person. He touched the instrument hanging under his jacket tied on his back. Indeed this city would turn pretty interesting soon.

Kilala began to walk among the empty buildings. Yawning and rubbing her head. She had come out of the subway and continued to ran till she reached her limit. Her muscles in her legs where sore and her chest was in pained from labored breathing. She walked into the closest building she came to and took shelter there. She would wait there for the rest of the day if she had to. Making sure the cops wouldn't find her.
