Hobbies:
- Picking on Kids: William loves to pick on kids, it's his 'funnest' hobby. However, he doesn't understand that occasionally his picking becomes bullying. He finds kids that after often easy to pick on, something that makes an easy joke. Sometimes it's because a kid brings a stuffed toy to school when they're 'too old' for such things. Other times it's nicknames or things that the targeted kid does that William can make fun of.

- Stamp collecting: William’s deepest darkest secret is he loves stamp collecting. He often begs his mother to buy those neat stamps with the pictures on them so he can have one to put into his collection. He’s also been caught at school surfing the web trying to find stamps for sale, however, he normally tries to turn it into an excuse of ‘I was doing this for a project’. This is mainly to keep his friends and posse` from suspecting anything weird.

- Hot Wheels: William loves hot wheels. He find that they're an awesome way to kill time and make friends. Anyone that likes hot wheels is automatically awesome in William's book and they're fun to race around. His favorite Hot Wheels toy is the actual race tracks. He can play with his friends and attempt to beat them with the fastest hot wheel toy. Not only does he play with hot wheels he collects them hard core. Anytime he sees a hot wheel car he doesn't have he has to buy it. However, he knows he can only get one a week, or when he gets his report card he can get one for each A he gets. He also collects the track, so he can make the most awesomely epic courses for the cars to go around on. When he wants to put together all the track he has to take it outside because it's too big for his room.

Virtues:
-Competitive: When William feels there is something to compete for he’s often found doing his best to try to end in a good standing, if not first place he’d be happy with second place. Often though a lower rank drives him to try harder to be better at what he was attempting. This often helps him be a team player in sports and tasks that require him being active and hands on. It also helps that when he manages to do well or when he wins, William feels proud of himself and happy that he’s made a go at the task.

-Class Clown: William is often the class clown, while those at the butt of the joke might not think he’s funny there are people around him that get a kick out of what he does or say. He tries to keep things in a light mood even if they seem mean or harsh to some people. He enjoys giving others laughs and making their day a little less tiresome when he can. His jokes are often harmless and even when given in a serious tone but only to drive the punch line, no matter how corny they may be. William feels that even if just one person besides him laughs at the joke he’s made a difference in the world and feels good about having done it.

-Courageous: William is often brave when the situation calls for it. He refuses to let his worries get the best of him when he sees someone in real trouble. He might be a bit of a bully at times because of his posse but when it really counts William is there trying to save the day. He once caught a mouse that had been scaring his mother because he wasn’t afraid of the creature; instead he wanted to keep it as a pet. Even when he’s scared of something himself if he thinks he can help William will suck it up and go to the other’s aid. It’s the right thing to do after all; he wouldn’t leave someone he knows in a dangerous position while they’re scared and have no help available to them. There’s also times when William is with his friends that he has to say ‘that’s a stupid idea’ especially when they try to force psychical violence, he tries to sway them along to something different to do.

Flaws:
-Obnoxious: William comes off as a great big brat ninety percent of the time, he often tries to garner attention for himself hoping to become the center of it. When he’s not smart enough in class he’s often the one that starts name calling and jeering at the others. He also tends to torment those he thinks are trying to steal his attention because he’s the only one that’s supposed to be in the limelight. His parents often turn a blind eye to his behavior and ignore him when he’s attention grabbing, which just makes him that much worse.

-Restless: William often becomes bored with things, it might be because he already heard it before or already knows what the teacher is teaching. He often starts to fidget and create distractions for others, mainly because of his boredom with what’s going on. He often tries to fiddle with other things but when he gets yelled at for being a distraction and doodling, William defaults back to picking on whoever’s closest. Normally “Curly Ears” happens to be that victim and her friend with the rabbit plush. It makes his attention span at least somewhat better to have something else to do, but often this is very hard to do where it doesn’t disrupt others because teachers don’t appreciate his method of learning.

-Pack Mentality: William feels most comfortable when he’s in his element, with other people backing him up. He won’t back down from a fight as long as he knows he has back up and is willing to do anything for the sake of his posse. His ego is fueled by them and being the Alpha male of his group he lives off what they feed him. However, when he’s left high and dry that will to fight and cause a problem with other kids, especially older harder to pick on kids leave him and he’s often found booking it out of there. Mainly because he doesn’t have back up and is scared he’ll actually get hurt.

All that really needs fixing is that you need to give William one more hobby. I can't really count Picking on Curly-Ears towards this, since it's based entirely on another character you own. Having another character as a hobby doesn't exactly work since it's only ever going to be relevant to that other character -- so making this hobby about this other character that you play doesn't add to his RP-ability at all.

So you should either rework this into picking on other kids in general, or adding something else entirely. Otherwise this is just drawing attention to your other character, which really isn't all that appropriate for a profile that's supposed to be telling me about this one.
