Setting The mostly black and green fox had left home again. He was traveling far away from where the sands meet the forest the place that he had stayed most of his life. He had only made a journey like this one other time and that had ended disastrous for him. His green eye scanning everything as he made his way to the planned meeting area where he was yet again going to meet another vixen and put his heart in her paws. He was glad that he had planned their meeting weeks after he had found her surrounded by others. One it gave him time to think about going about how he was going to go about giving this vixen his heart and two with his now permanent limp it made it so he would get there on time and the vixen wouldn't have to wait on him.

 Kiki was a little nervous to see Demon, her tail flicking back and forth as she approached the lake she was so familiar with. Their meeting was nearby her home, the place where Desmon and Tithe often could be found visiting. Tithe was in a tribe, but, made sure to both see her and Yuna, and, Nana. Desmon, who did not belong to a tribe, lived nearby Nana and Yugure, her parents, in the hopes of catching Yugure messing up and being permitted to rip his throat open. Alright, so, Desmon didn't hate Yugure that much, but still. It was pretty close.
She had told mama where she'd be, and Tithe. But the boys? Desmon would stalk Demon and kill him in his sleep. Yugure would pass out. And telling Yuna was a no. Yuna would tell Daddy and Uncle Desmon. So, she was left with the option of only telling her mother and Aunt Tithe.
"Oh! There he is." Kiki blinked when she saw a green limping male, recognizing him for Demon. She was nervous. She never had alone-time with a boy before, no, Yuna was lucky with that. Kiki? She was over-looked.

Demon noticed Kiki looking up at him and he paused to give her a real smile, one that reached all the way to the bottom of his soul. He glanced around to see if others where near by and it didn't appear to be that way which he was silently thankful for.
He knew her dad was a daeva and that was fine. He just didn't want to have a run in with her family just yet. Taking a deep breath he continued walking toward her till he was a few paces away. "Good afternoon Kiki. You look lovely today," He said paying her a compliment. She looked more than lovely today but he wasn't going to push at that just yet.
He didn't want to frighten her off like last time. He seemed not able to give either of them what they wanted or treat em how they wanted. He scolded him self for comparing the two vixens in his head even just slightly. It was rude to do that or in his opinion anyways. He gave her a light peck on the cheek and asked "How are you?"

Kiki blinked at the fox, shaking her head at the male. Well, he was a flatterer, wasn't he? She smirked at the male however, looking to the side as her cheeks flushed slightly. "Thank you." She whispered softly, tail wagging happily. Oh, if Desmon had heard that he would have flung himself at Demon. Desmon, Demon. Their names were so similar.
Her ear flicked when he questioned how she was, head tilting. "I am good! My sister is off on a date with her boyfriend, which is making Daddy and Uncle panic. How are you?" She smiled slightly at the memory that she was on a secret date herself. Oh, she could always count on Aunt Tithe and Mama.

He chuckled softly watching her cheeks get a slight rosy color to them. "You are very welcome." He said watching her to see if he would be able to get anymore of a reaction from her. He lifted his nose to test the air seeing what was around them and for the most part it was nothing but prey. Good, he thought to himself. It appeared to him that she trusted him which he took as a very good sign in-deeded.
"I'm glad to know your good. I'd be troubled if I'd have heard other wise. "He smiled than arched an eyebrow. "Soo your sister is off somewhere with some male and your uncle and father are having some form of a hissy fit? Who is the male that has their tails in a tweak?" He was curious if he knew the male and if they were anything like him so he could gauged how they would react to him when they found out he was planing on stealing this vixens heart cause she had already stolen his. "I'm alright. I no longer need herbs to help with my paw and side,"He raised his paw and turned to his side so she could get a better look if she wanted, "Though they wont ever be 100% normal they are better than before."

"Hm? My daddy is named Yugure, and my Uncle, well, he isn't my real uncle, is named Desmon." She grinned at Demon, tail wagging. "Desmon protected my mama when she was a little younger, and so did a vixen named Tithe. When Yuna and I were born they became part of our family. Tithe's boyfriend may be our uncle, too, and Desmon's girlfriend, too."
She grinned at the male until he showed her his side, ears flipping against her head. "I'm glad its better, but, doesn't it hurt?" She hoped he'd say no, she was firmly worried about him. The vixen yawned slightly, having just woken up, and flicked her tail.

Demon chuckled, "I meant your sister's boyfriend but it is good for me to know your father's name and your uncle's." He flashed her a smile. It was helpfull information but it wasn't exactly what he had been looking for but that was ok.
"It doesn't hurt much but every once in awhile if I do something wrong to it it lets me know it didn't like that," He said trying to play cool. He didn't want her to worry and for the most part he was fine so there was nothing to worry about right?

"Oh!" She laughed, shaking her head and giggling once more. "I don't know him at all, so, I don't know. He's a 'Phim. His mom hates her because she has 'Deava blood in her, so my "Uncle" often gets really angry whenever we mention his mother." She smiled at Demon sweetly, glancing down at his leg and whimpering. So, it hurt whenever he did something wrong with it? She wondered what would happen if he fell down a hill. She would have to be careful with him.
Wait, there was a legend she knew of. If someone spotted the Phantom White Deer of legend, their ailments would be cured forever! Thing is, she didn't know anyone that had seen one. "Hey! I can help you!"

Demon frowned at hearing this. "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. It must make things difficult sometimes right?" He asked. He assumed it would at least for him but it might be different for her. " My dad is kinda the same way about daevas," he said in a soft shameful voice.
He tilted his head in confusion. "You can help me? Help me with what and how?" he asked not realizing what she was talking about.

She heard Demon mention his dad having a problem with 'Deava's, ears lowering slightly. So... would his dad hate her? Or her Daddy or Uncle? Why? Uncle Desmon and Daddy Yugure were amazing and kind! She shook the thought aside when he asked her what she was talking about, grinning.
"If someone see's the Phantom White Deer than their ailments would go away!" She mewled, grinning at Demon. She could help him out! Right? He'd appreciate the help! She hoped. Her tail wagged, smiling wide at the male once more. Oh she hoped he'd say yes to searching for the deer, it'd be fun~

Demon watched her and could tell she wanted to help. He didn't want to disappoint her like he did with others in his life so he sighed in defeat. "We can attempt to find this deer and if we don't its ok I'll just live like this it wont be a bother,"He nudged her cheek gently "So has anyone seen this creature?"

She blushed lightly at the nuzzle, tail wagging. She thought about his question, nodding rapidly "Someone has to! I mean, how can people talk about something no one has seen?" It'd be a nasty rumor then, only giving people false hope. What jerks. For Demon's sake she hoped it was real, she wanted to help him more than anything!
"How'd you get hurt, anyway?" She asked, moving to move into the forest and begin their search. He looked like he had been cut by something with large claws, claws as big as Daddy or Desmon.

Demon looked her in the eye. "Generally things are true but people can be cruel and say things like that." he said trying to give her hope but he was suspecting it was someone's idea of a cruel joke. He smiled when she blushed happy to know she reacted to him.
Following closely behind her he sighed. "I got attacked/into a fight with a female Daeva about another female daeva that I cared for who crushed my heart." He paused for a second before continuing "Now that I think about it this all happened a couple of hours before I meet you. And by the way i'm sorry for being rude. I just didn't see why anyone would want to help me and the fight left me a little grumpy. I hope you will forgive me."

"Of course I forgive you, if I'm here I obviously forgive you." She mewled, frowning slightly. "Why did you fight over that? Does she know the vixen?" A vixen that had broke his heart? Was it in a mean way, or did she not feel for Demon as he felt for her? Either way she couldn't imagine why she wouldn't, Demon was a nice guy.
She really hoped that the male was wrong, that the creature did exist and that she could help Demon. That was all she wanted, to help him!

Demon sighed in relief "Your right if your here you have forgiven me that was stupid to me of me to think otherwise huh? She doesn't know the vixen and I believe that if they did meet there would be another fight. She was bad mouthing me the other vixen and my emotions for her.... I might as well say this now I will always feel something for her i'm sorry but she was my first friend. Anyways I wasn't going to stand there silently and listen as she got bad mouthed and on thing lead to another and before you know it i was in a fight."Demon watched to see how she would react after knowing all that. He knew she didn't like violence but he was violent at times but would do his best to keep that locked down.
