I was at wal-mart yesterday, my boyfriend was looking at the magazines so I figured I would look at some of them too. Well, as I was thumbing through SPIN I saw in the corner of my eye a very familiar face. I felt tears swelling up it my eyes as I tossed away SPIN and leaned over to pick up a magazine I would have never picked up without reason, or vaccination. On The cover of J-14 magazine was my beloved My Chem.
I was in total shock! I stood there for a second blinking my eyes, hoping for them to dissapear! I put the magazine back and as I slipped it back into it's slot I noticed the magazine next to it, and the one next to that, and the one next to that! All of the teenie bopper magazines were littered with MCR pics and Huge posters of gerard inside saying Gerard is so hot on all of them (which is true but I don't want to even hear them speak his name) I actually wanted to rip all of the pictures of them out, they don't deserve them!! so I conclude with my questinon, is MCR the hardcore Nsync?

NOOOOOOOOOOO. My brother said something about MCR being like a stupid pop boy band the other day! He said it's because so many girls obsess over the band members! stare THOSE ARE THE DAMN TEENIES, RUINING MCR'S NAME! scream

Ehh, it's been like that for about four months. It especially pisses me off when they mis-quote him from other interviews and make him sound like a retard, which they do quite often. But I got used to it when it happened with Green Day. . . gonk

Yeah! If they knew, they'd be REALLY creeped out, most likely. rolleyes They're lyrics are quite violent and disturbing... I like it though. cool

To quote a certain Principal from Billy Madison:

Just because their faces appear on youth magazines these days, that doesn't warrant any comparison beteween MCR and Nsync! Do you know what Nsync was? A boy-band, which are seasonal, meaning that they come around every 10 years and then fade away. MCR which on the other hand is an actual band, that play live and don't sing to pre-recorded loops and dance around like gay thespians... pirate

So no, they're nothing alike or have any relativity. Hardcore and Nsync shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as well as Nsync and MCR, gawd..

To all MCR fans, just because they're on the covers of these teenie magazines, it doesn't mean you should think anything less of them. It's not our fault that the editors and writer's of these publications are stupid and can't realize that Gerard is 28 and most of the members are 25+. Ahhh, w/e... rolleyes
