Looks: Although he is 27, Lance appears very young. He doesn't let stress getting him, probably being the reason why his hair is still all black. His face has no distinctive features, nor does it have any scars or markings. His hair is normally in a long pony - tail and his eyes are a gold color. On his right hand is a tattoo of the number five, written in a grafitti - like fashion.
Personality: A laid - back man, Lance is quite friendly to all, even his enemies. He doesn't always wish to hunt down rogue parkour runners, but the situation always seems to cause for it. He gives the respect he thinks everyone deserves, but will show no mercy if fighting. His care for those close to him is like no other and he always wishes the best for all people he meets, no matter the circumstances. Despite all of this, he is always ready for a fight or race that comes his way. Being one of the fastest runners in Tempest, he loves to test out his abilities against others.
Background: Lance was forced into a justice - loving family the day he was born. His father was a well - known police officer, and his father, before. But Lance didn't want this life. He wanted to live with his family, without a worry in the world. But, on a mission gone wrong, his father was placed in a wheelchair. This sparked the ambition in the boy at the age of 9, as he pushed himself to the limit, learning all the skills he thought he needed for the job. At age 16, he was introduced to a parkour master named Sui. This man's movements were described as ocean - like, as he moved with a certain flow. He taught Lance everything he had ever learned and, at the age of 20, he became a full - blown cop. Because of the DareDevils messing around in the city, his parkour skills were very useful. And, within 7 years, he was the Chief of Police and already experienced in the business of hunting down and, sometimes, killing DareDevil bandits, as some called them.

Clothing: Gekijin wears a basic blazer atop a button down shirt. Beneath that button down shirt is a basic muscles shirt. He wears a pair of tress pants as well for he finds them to be quite comforting. His shoes are simple dress shoes and he seems to change them from time to time but they never differ from dress shoes.
Etc: Gekijin carries more than just his two tonfa. He also carries about a small pocket knife which he uses in times of need when he cannot use his tonfa.

Character Description
Looks: Gekijin doesn't look very Asian as his heritage persists. His skin is more tan than golden and his facial features seem to be more Caucasian. His hair is silky and black which he loves to tie back into a pony-tail. He doesn't have any visible scars nor does he wield any tattoos of sorts.
Personality: Gekijin is a very calm person but is easily irritated. When he becomes angered he begins to rant and will not stop until his way or point is proven. Gekijin is a type of person of which everything must be done his way. He has some issues when it comes to superiority due to that feature but has slowly learned to cope with it since he has joined to the Police Academy.
Background: Gekijin was actually raised by one of the very first DareDevils. This caused him to hate crime. Normally a child beneath the influences of crime becomes apart of that very crime, not he. He despised the life style of crime and devoted his life to stop crime. He had a younger sibling by the name of Azai but had not seen him since his father had given the man away soon after his birth.

Personality:He's a rather insane person, one who would do anything to get what he wants, he doesn't follow orders very well unless there's an exciting outcome to be expected at the end of the results. He's also the type to hold a dangerous grudge with someone, he hates those who best him without using pure skill and those who decieve him.
Background:Kazuya Mishima was born to Heihachi Mishima and Oichi Mishima, though Oichi died right after giving birth to Kazuya, so Heihachi had to train Kazuya alone. He mainly hated the boy because he couldn't do anything right and he was the reason why his wife was gone, not only that but the "evil eye" pierced straight through his heart with its cold gaze, he hated that look, that eye, him. Heihachi tried to teach Kazuya in the ways of the Mishima Bloodline and tried to make him head of the Mishima Zaibatsu which was a dangerous group to mess with but he even failed at doing that. Having had enough with Kazuya and all of his flaws, Heihachi threw Kazuya off of a cliff and into the deadly waters below though what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and soon the past came back to destroy everything he held dear.

Runner Equipment He often wears a bullet proof vest underneath his seemingly normal attire. Aside from that, he usually holds some rope in his pocket, and rubber fingerless gloves
Weapon Of Choice: He always holds several fatally poisonous syringes in his pocket, along with two handguns, which he often dual-wields. However, he only uses bullets if he absolutely has to; reason being he doesn't want to alarm the enemy, which gunfire obviously does. (though I may add a silencer to his guns later xP)
Clothing: He commonly wears your average business man's clothing; suit and tie, dress pants and shoes... aside from that, this isn't really clothing, but he has a diamond studded earring in his left ear. When he's not wearing this sort of clothing, usually done around the office, he's disguised as your average street rat; a red beanie, a black tank top, and some low-quality jeans as his bottoms. Rarely, he'll be seen wearing a utility belt, though it conceals his syringes.

Looks: Excessively tall for your average man, he stands at six-feet-five, with a strongly athletic build, making him a fair standing over two-hundred pounds. He's brown haired with hazel eyes; and thus, looks like your average American in terms of coloring. However, he's known to be very attractive, something he uses to manipulate people and gain their trust. He has a golden colored dragon statue running along the side of his ribs, on the left-hand side, which is meant to be a glorified Seiryuu.
Personality: Although cold and heartless at best, he holds within him a strong sense of compassion and justice. He will go to all ends to do what HE thinks is right, even if it means aiding the enemy. Because of this, and because of his widely-known confusion on the matter, the police department, although admiring his determination and moral standing, is wary of him in more ways than one. Aside from those, however; he's generally, even if only an act, a kind and lovable guy, swaying many to his side, even if only for the moment. Despite this, he's extremely unsuccessful at dating, because he's still confused on his sexuality and even moreso unable to feel interest in most people he dates.
Background: An orphan in England for many years, he was eventually adopted by an abusive Russian family when he was eight years old, before being moved to America. Eventually, he called the police on his father, getting him sent to jail, his adoptive mother no longer being able to accept the boy who had "caused them so much trouble." He was sent to another adoption agency, before being adopted by the Lan (pronounced Lawn) family, who had just recently arrived in America from China. They had no success in birthing a child, and they deeply wanted a son, so eventually, they decided to adopt Van, though it was a strict and difficult way of life, one that he presents mixed feeling towards. Eventually, when he was eighteen years old, after setting out on his own, he managed to contact his father on the internet, moving back to England for a year to live alongside him, though religious and moral arguments quickly split them apart, and, unable to stand the father who had hated and abandoned him, he quickly found himself back within the United States. Eventually, he joined the army, which soon shipped him off to Tempest City, where he resigned, and became an FBI agent.

Runner Equipment She wears a bullet proof vest when she can. Most of the time the vest is unable to remind hidden under her clothing. Beside the vest she wears black gloves and rope for climbing if needed.
Weapon Of Choice: Nina has four Scalpel & Knives which she carries around on her person. Two twin pistols along with any gun she happens to have at the moment. Nina is very trigger happy when it comes to guns since using them is second nature to her.
Clothing: Nina can be often found in her police uniform no matter how much she dislikes it, but when Nina is off the clock she can be found in some rather fashionable and expressive outfits. Ranging from summer dresses to skinny jeans and a tank top.

Looks: Nina is taller then the average women being five-foot-six. Her body is well toned and strong but doesn't show much mussel. Her weight, which is not often reveled is one-hundred and ten pounds. She has long straight hair with greenish-blue eyes and is offend stared at when she goes out. Due to her good looks and charming personality Nina is able to control others quite easily.
Personality: Nina is known for being cold and unemotional. Showing almost little to no interest in others but willing to protect the few she cares about. Also known as the 'lone lion' due to her pride and unwillingness to take help from others. Despite her cold front Nina can be quite the cry baby. Her emotions at times will overflow and explode without warning due to being locked away most of the time. She judges harshly on others she doesn't know and doesn't like to many people. If your lucky and Nina does happen to like you for some reason she becomes very caring and open. Willing to help you with anything and to listen when needed.
Background: Born in Ukraine, Nina lived there till she moved to the united states at the age of ten. She had already learned English, french, German and Spanish while she was growing up which made it easier for Nina to fit in. Nina's family are a long line and police men and women and even been apart of the Special departments such as the FBI. She grew up a rather normal life besides the fact that her whole family works for law enforcement. After high school, which Nina finished when she was 14. She headed to medical school and the police academy at the same time. Weapon Of Choice: There are two weapons which Nicholas favors and those are throwing tools and butterfly knives.
Clothing: The man likes to wear heavy gear which includes knee tall combat boots which are steel-toed. He wears thick combat gloves upon his hands. He normal dons a large, trench-coat like jacket atop a thick vest. He loves to wear cargo pants which he tucks into his boots.
Etc: The man normally carries a pack of cigarettes around with him alongside several knives.

Looks: Nicholas stands at an average 5'9" in height. He weighs just around 200lbs and it all comes from muscle alone. His skin, for a Caucasian, is slightly more tanned than normal. His hair is a deep brunette and his eyes chocolate brown. He has a few scars here and there do to some old time military training.
Personality: Nicholas is very, very outgoing. He loves to makes jokes and tries to lighten the mood. This even applies during serious situations. Even though they are serious, and he does take them serious, he always tries to ease up the tension and pressure on himself and others with a small joke. He is a man that can be very lovable or can be feared. It all depends on if you manage to tick him off or not.
Background: Nicholas lived within Tempest City all of his life. He had known about the war waging about with the DareDevils and the T.C.P.D. from his currently deceased uncle. His mother and father had lost their lives to a shootout between the T.C.P.D. and the DareDevils not too long after he was born. Since then he had been raised by his uncle and had grown to loathe the DareDevils. At a young age Nicholas would start street fights with the smallest gangbanger he could find on the street. He did not give two hoots about what was currently going on. Every time he saw a so called thug he give them a strike right between the eyes and run. At the age of seventeen he joined the military and spent a few years training and whatnot. He was sent on operations here and there but he did not feel right losing his life in a war. After he had suffered of a severe accident within the military, which almost cost him his life, he filed for a discharge and then became a part of the Tempest City Police Department.

Clothing: Wears a rather revealing and small dress. Victoria is quite used to wearing nothing at all, as she once stripped for a living and chose a life of fighting crime only out of boredom in her last job. Has gun holster attached to thigh and hidden underneath dress or hidden underneath stockings if dress is cut a bit to high and shows off thighs.

Looks: (see picture) Victoria is a well built girl for speed and not power. She once worked as a dancer of sorts and as such is very athletic. Her body is slender though a build much better suited for a dancer or for someone who wishes to be sexy. not a cop rough type body. Her skin is fair and her breasts aren't too big as to get in the way during running.
Personality: Victoria is very flirty and knows how to use her body to her advantage. She is smart and collected and can make the best strategies for success. Her lack of bodily strength has added to her personality. She isn't one hundred percent confident in her abilities as a cop, and as such sometimes shows weakness to others. She is emotional and caring, but can be tough if she needs to be.
Background: Victoria grew up a normal life going to school and doing all things normal girls do. Her family underwent hard times financially and as much as they didn't want her to have to resort to it, she because an exotic dancer. showing of her body nightly for men added up. Quite a bit of cash inflow was made for the family and as such the family was able to become secure in their financial endeavors. Victoria enjoyed dancing as the money was good and the atmosphere was nice, so many men desiring her was like a dream come true for the young Victoria. Unluckily a random stalker that loved to see Victoria dance followed her home one night and found out everything he needed to know. He waited one night for her to get off work and return home. The man had killed her entire family and stuffed them away within the house. Victoria entered the house to only be taken by surprise and violated terribly by this sick and disgusting man. After this day, the man used Victoria to gain money for himself. Basically holding her ransom and saying he would kill her if she didn't co-operate. Victoria underwent months of abuse and violation that any other women couldn't tolerate or handle. As time went by the manager of the club noticed that Victoria didn't seem to be having the same fun she used to enjoy. He did his own private investigation and found out the sick secret at her home. Letting the police handle the situation the club owner saved Victoria's life really. After seeing the police in action...Victoria couldn't help herself and decided to dedicate her life to that of justice.

Clothing: Alyssa usually wears the same garb while running. It often consists of a white body suit, stretchy material. Though rather tight. The top of the body suit seems to be a revealing corset, splitting down the middle. Though, the split stops right above her belly button. Alyssa's running shoes don't exactly look like they are made for running, though Alyssa specifically chose them due to the advantage she gains while running.
Etc: Around her waist, is a rather bulky belt with pouches that contains her Android devices, a few tools, and a few bobby pins.

Looks: Alyssa had always been deemed beautiful for her profession. With skin as soft as a baby's hands, Alyssa was always desired growing up. She was born with white/grayish hair, it doesn't make her look old. On the contrary, it makes her look far more beautiful.
Personality: Alyssa can be quite a handful. She hates being too normal, though she hates it when she is called weird. Alyssa has always had a seductive side, it comes in useful quite often. Men, and women, can be manipulated so easy when promised so much. Though, that's was makes Alyssa so devious and calculating. She purposely seeks out foes that have that weakness.
Background: Growing up in Tempest city was hard enough with Alyssa having to fear that her dad was going to get harmed while on the job. Her father had her constantly training, he had decided her future for her. Deciding that technology was the way to effectively keep the DareDevils from ever causing harm.
