UEFA powerhouses Manchester United and Barcelona clashed today for the 2010-11 Champions League title. Pedro started of the scoring for Barcelona with a goal in minute 27, and was followed by Rooney's equalizer in minute 34, leaving the game tied 1-1 at half time. In the second half, Messi scored in minute 54, and was followed by Villa's goal in minute 69 for a 3-1 lead for Barcelona. Manchester United battled to the end, but was unable to cut the deficit. Manchester United has already claimed this season's English Premier League title, and will be competing in the next Champions League tournament, along with arch-rival Chelsea and cross-town rival Manchester City. Barcelona will competing as well, along with arch-rival Real Madrid. Comments?
