History: When Kurt was born, his mother, Mystique, abandoned him and threw him off a cliff. He grew up in Germany, unofficially adopted by a woman who ran the Munic Circus, where he trained in gymnastics and stunts, using his mutant powers and becoming known as "The Incredible Nightcrawler". But one day, they were performing in a town that turned out to be very anti-mutant. Kurt was only 13 at the time, and he was chased through the streets of the town. When the mob finally caught him, he was severely beaten, and then tied up to be burnt alive at the stake. In a last desperate attempt, he was able to bamf! to safety, but not before 40 % of his body was in 2nd and 3rd degree burns.

History: Severus was abused at home by his father when he was young. At age 13, he tried to defend himself from his father, only to have his tail broken and never properly healed. He attended Hogwarts, School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he had no friends and was tormented daily by James Potter and his group of friends, along with others from the school. He fell in love with Remus Lupin, only to have his heart broken by him. He excelled in potions and used them as his means of escaping the world he was in, to forget the pain of the days. When he graduated, he ran away from home, only to be caught by a group of slavers and sold into the Trade, where Nykol Misu found and purchased him a few years later. Having been suicidal for many years, living at Misu Castle didn't change anything. Nykol had him monitored 24/7 to stop any of his attempts. He reunited with Remus Lupin and Sirius Black, and wasn't very thrilled about it. They were two people who'd hurt him after all. After several more failed suicide attempts, the three got onto neutral grounds. Severus slowly grew feelings for Sirius Black, and his love for Remus never died. The three of them entered a relationship, in which Severus is doing better mentally, though still insecure about himself, and the three of them have had many children. X3
