 ~~+~~ Ian Blackthorne ~~+~~Current mood: Curious, somewhat hungry.
People I'm with: None, currently.
Ian, being one for practicality and hiding in plain-sight, figured that one of the better places to start his quest for knowledge about the school and its people, (being one of its newer students), would be the cafeteria; where people are all meeting people and talking about times both good and bad. Not to mention there's food involved.
Clapping his hands gently, an almost impish smile on his small-fanged lips, he walked in, but stopped: his jaw dropping at the surprising lack of people. "Uhm... Hello?" He tilted, turned, and stretched his head to see if he could at least see someone hiding under the tables, yet... Nothing. "Is there actually anyone here?"

"Ha-ha... Yeeeaaah... Funny story about that, actually..." He, as always when stressed or unnerved, reached up and scratched behind his feline ear with one hand. "You see, I'm new here, and figured; 'what better place to blend in and learn about the local population than an eatery?' So, I found the cafeteria... But it seems like it's abandoned." He looked at her apologetically. "Sorry for cutting into your time, miss..?" He asked gently, his tail forming a small question-mark behind him. This made him blush a tiny bit, but he chuckled about it and figured it was bound to happen. It had since he was a kid, why stop it now?

Relationship Status: Married, though her husband is missing Euphemia chuckled a bit and looked at the young neko. "I've made awkward mistakes myself when I was your age. It happens to everyone. For instance, I once went to the meeting hut in one of my Tribe's settling grounds. Walked right passed them near the caravans." She chuckled at her story, and then saw he had asked for her name. In a sense. "Euphemia. Euphemia Zarlight. An honor to meet you in person, Ian."

Kerli walked into the cafeteria she wasnt wearing shoes but wraps that wer a light purple color she walked on her toes she saw two people talking but did not want to interrupet so she sat at a little tabel with th book she had gotten from the library she sat down with a peach and set it on the tabel and opend the book to her place

If not for his tail, he may have just fallen over right there. "You're... you're... The founder..?! And you just said that it's an honor to meet me..?" He couldn't help it now, here came the stuttering and blabbering. "B.b...but You're... and I'm... and...and..." Noticing he was unable to make an intelligent sentence, he just shut his mouth, before he made himself out to be more of a fool than usual. "Sorry ma'am, I didn't mean to be out here running around, I'm just trying to figure out what'sgoingonwhoallshereyaddayaddayougetmypoint..." By the end of that little excuse rant, he had been talking so fast not even his own brain comprehended it. He realized at this rate he needed to slow down before he had an anxiety attack... or his heart would give out from lack of coffee to help support the speed at which it was going. {I.. am so... DEAD...} Is just about the only thing he could think of.

Relationship Status: Married, though her husband is missing Euphemia smiled at his babbling and waited patiently until he calmed down. "Yes. It is an honor to meet all my students and faculty. It isn't merely enough to read a file." She smiled at him softly. "There is no need to be so nervous around me. I may be the founder and headmistress of the university, but I am a simple woman with simple needs and desires." She looked over at Kerli and smiled at the girl before looking back at Ian. "It looks like another student has joined us in the cafeteria. Why not go over and meet her? I must be returning to my office to feel out the final paperwork. Perhaps my son will join you." She patted Ian's head before turning to leave. "And, don't be surprised if he takes a quick liking to you."

Vincent Hawke "...the power to control one's own heart... And the heart is strengthened through bonds."Vincent walked silently into the Cafeteria. He saw three individuals in the room. Of the two that were talking one seemed extremely nervous. The other seemed to be an adult most likely a teacher or administrator. The last one was alone and appeared to be busy with a book of some sort. He made his way to a table near the window. His wings ached to be released from their trench coat prison but he resisted, not sure how people would react to him having a demon wing and an angel wing.
He stared out the window. It seemed that people took their sweet time to get to school. He wondered about this idea for a time and eventual went into a dazed state. The only thing running through his mind being a piece of music he was writing.

Kerli looked up when she heard the mistress then looked at the boy that walked in she thought he was rather atractive but then remembered the times when she was an act in the "Freak show" and looked back down not reading but staring at the book then closed it and took a bite of her peach she was a peaceful girl at times when she was not angered she then looked at the Neko boy then back to the new boy who walked in, she then criss-crossed her legs in her seat and just sat there

Ian took one last, good, deep breath before smiling and nodding, understanding most of what she'd said with perfect clarity. "Oh, I get it now...Uh... Okay, Mrs. Zarlight! I'll try to keep relaxed around here... Sorry, I just never met someone in such a high position before; Except for my town's head priest who tried to exorcise me one time..." He couldn't help rolling his head with the pats gently. It was, at least partly, in his DNA... The other part was because it felt awesome. "Your son..?" He didn't know she had a son that went here too. "Okay then. I'll try to not freak out like that with him around, I promise..." He close, hoping he could keep it. "It was... well, an honor meeting you, ma'am."
Seeing her leave made him sigh gently, then look into the now two-person room. {Right. Well, Ian, no backing out now. Might as well just walk up with lunch like nothing happened, and hope that she doesn't totally destroy your mental state... Easier said than done...} His appetite having been lost after the nerve-wracking (to him) talk with the headmistress, he simply walked to the nearest stall with salads, and bought a smaller one; with a light dressing. He took a short glance at the girl with the book, and then figured it was better to do and fail than to not do and feel like a failure. "...Hey there..." He smiled gently, his tail swaying gently behind him and feline fang just barely exposed. "Is this seat taken..? I always heard food was better when in good company." As his left ear flattened ever so slightly, it was obvious he wasn't used to this sort of interaction.

Soratos ambles into the cafeteria and looks around, the sight of people here made him smile, but the food made him smile bigger as the sounds of his hungry stomach got stronger. He looked to see where a line might be but none could be found, "this is rather inconveniant..." He says to himself, then he noticed a man staring out a window. He walks over to the guy, picking up a familiar scent in his area, but Soratos ignored it. He walks up to him casualy and stands next to him. "Hi there!" He says to Vincent. "Names Soratos but you can call me sora for short." He offers a hand to vincent.

He looked around slightly confused, he saw the girl was still here and the Neko had gone to get food. The Administrator was gone. He removed his hat suddenly remembering he had failed to take it off. He proceeded to spin it on his fingers for a little while. A little tool he used to help get himself back in check with reality. His wings shifted slightly. They bulged ever so slightly in the back of his coat. The movement was small but noticeable if you had seen it. He was good at keeping them in close to himself, almost flat if that were physically possible.
He stopped playing with his hat and noticed the Neko was now sitting at the table with the girl. Vincent sneezed lightly. Apparently there was more dust on his hat then he thought and it made it's way into his nasal passage. "I really need to dust this off more." He mumbled to himself.
He was suddenly joined by an excited young man. The young man introduced himself as Sora. "N-Nice to meet you. My name is Vincent." He was taken aback by this guys sunny personality. Not so much that it bothered him, just that it came out of no where. He looked at the boys hand. He was not used to interaction like this and was not well versed in the social ways of the world.((EDITTED))

Rival walked into the cafeteria, blushing red when his mother pulled him into a tight hug. Once he was released, he stumbled to a table and sat. He was always dazed after his mother hugged him like that. "You'd think after so many years with that behavior, you'd get used to it." He looked around, seeing a few other students and smiled a bit, glad to see people getting along. Or, at least, attempting to. Rival had noticed the slightest movement under the trench coat the guy (who he recalled as Vincent Hawke from his file picture), and he remembered something about the guy having wings. He didnt' say anything, though; if he was attempting to hide it, then he didn't want people to know.

Kerli was distracted by the young man spinning his hat but the snapped herself back to reality "Oh uuuhhh no." She was abit emarressed for staring at the guy and looked back down and took another bit of her peach she had noticed somthing shift under the mans coat and wondered to her self what it was
