Strange body features: For those lucky/Unlucky enough to catch a rare glimpse underneath the Mask, you’d find a horrifying sight. A pale, featureless face. The eyes long since removed, pale flesh long since grown over the wounds to give the appearance of never having. His nose, also removed in a similar manner has the same appearance as the eyes. The only real feature one could find would be the mouth, Sewn almost shut a good deal of time ago, only the barest slit remains, and even then only because he needs a way to get orders across short of stabbing or pantomiming.

Bio: You all know the story of Frankenstein, correct? The man who built a monster. Well, P’Olgra follows a similar story within the Mythos of the 13 court squads. Originally a member of Squad four for a number of years, He was never very strong in the ways of Spiritual power, but he was amazing with the Scalpel and Needlework. More members have been able to keep limbs do to his steady hand than any other time in the history of Soul Society. However, he was never interested in healing simply to help others. He did it as a Scientist. Eventually, People he healed would complain of odd Fevers, illnesses, pains and a great list of other complaints. As time went by things got worse. The turning point was when, as an experiment, a slam group of women he had done intensive Surgery on had shown to be pregnant later. When the time came, Horrid creations of flesh and suffering were born. Terrible Hollow/Soul spawn. He was then locked away for a great time. Most have forgotten, even he. But when his time was up, they found a bizarre creature waiting in his Cell. Blood coating the walls in strange equations and images. A few clear jars he had been able to smuggle in held a pair of eyes and a nose. The ruined face that stared back at them, empty sockets to frightened eyes. This creature stood proud, demanded his blade and robes and promptly walked out. His time in the cells had been spent training his Reitsu and Body. He found he no longer needed to see when tendrils of his own spiritual power touched on everything, giving him a far more detailed picture of what it was than his eyes ever could. A small amount of time went by. He had since turned back to his experiments, though, not to the degree that had seen him locked away. A mask, The Unholy symbol of Beur to hide his face from those with a weak stomach was a constant sight at the Science labs of the 12th squad. Eventually, he tried for the position of Lieutenant.

Shikai Ability 1: Reitsu compresses densely around the edge of the blade, giving it a sharper cutting edge. This means it carves through your flesh with the ease of a hot knife through butter.
Shikai Ability 2: Wounds suffered by the blade cause terrible pain signals to travel directly through your nervous system. (( Like being hit with a Bear Tazer )) Multiple wounds in one area (( around three to four )) Will cause numbing and the flow of Reitsu through that area becomes difficult.

Bankai Appearance: Razorwire.
Bankai full description: The blade compresses into a short sword, connected by the pommel to a spool of razorwire, 4 meters in length, and attached to the wrist. The wiring being made entirely of Reitsu. It takes a methodical hand to wield and has been known to remove limbs from those unfortunate enough to be hit. To help manipulate it, the Sheath changes to a pair of Reitsu imbued gloves.
Bankai Ability 1: Reflections. Not so much a power, as a Science and optical illusion, but the wires catch rays of light, throwing about images of Razorwire. The appearance is that of many wires or a displacement of the actual.
Bankai Ability 2: Using his unique control over thin tendrils of Reitsu, He can manipulate his razorwire to spin around his body like a small whirlwind of Death. Not only does this provide a deadly defense, but due to the reflective nature of the wire, it send flashes of light in all direction making it almost impossible to visually focus on him.

Dashing:A most basic technique that allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's atributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent. This technique is basically for all ranks.
Ransōtengai (乱装天傀; lit. "heavenly wild puppet suit", "disheveled paradise puppet" in the Viz translation) — this is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement.
-P’Olgra developed a similar technique using the same concept as that which he uses to see with. With a body as frail as his can be, it is a necessary tool in both combat and experimentation, continuing long after his weak body has given up. It's nowhere near perfect or even to the same level as that which Quincy's can preform, but it serves his purposes.
