I wouldn't bother unless there was a big difference between the games. If there aren't a lot of people on black, what makes you think there'd be many more on white?

*shrug* my little brother has white and I have black so any pokemon I need I get from him, unless it's from the older series. Then I use sis's hack game to get them. But I'm still bored... There's no one else in my area that plays it...

The DS has wifi now so you really don't need to be close to someone to play with them, correct me if Im worng Never

I have one of the original DS handhelds.
(one of the fat ones)
Because non-backwards compatable consoles are stupid.
And the creators of such abominations should be wipped within an inch of their lives >.<

They're always comming out with new pokemon.
Probably just moved on to the next set.

Dude: I've got one of them fat old DS's too. Same reason, but it's really hard to find styluses for them.
And I quit playing Pokemon after Pearl. The best ones are the Johto series, Crystal especially. I play 'em on my GBC.

TY: yeah, the later ones just got freaky weird.
Miller: why would you need to buy extra styluses ???
It comes with 2 (I've never even touched my second)
But I have mostly GBA games anyway, and they don't use em.
(I would've gotten a GBA, but I wanted something bigger
---that could play any newer games that might come out that I decided I wanted)
Hell, my hands are so big that I can't play my DS at all,
without my thumbs hurting, IF I don't use the cardboard holder
I made for it that make it bigger and shaped more like a PS2 controller.
(them making it even smaller is asinine)
And yeah, sequals are NEVER as good as the originals ^.^
Sometimes they get lucky and make a 2nd that's better then the first.
But that's REALLY rare.
