5 ds, p, 2 ds, p, 2ds, p, 2ds, p, 2ds, p, 5ds, close ring.
Ring 2:
5ds. Join 1st p of last ring, 2ds, p, 2ds, p, 2ds, p, 2ds, p, 5ds, close ring.
Rings 3-5:
Repeat ring 2
Ring 6:
5ds, join 1t p of last ring, 2ds, p, 2ds, p, 2ds, p, 2ds, join last p of 1st ring made (ring 1), 5ds, close ring.
Here’s a tip I learned: When joining, it’s easier to use a little crochet hook rather than trying to get the thread through the picot with the needle tip.
