So I plays my trumpet soo guud and I want snake bites. Iunno how this will affect my playing. I'm majoring in sound design so I won't need to play but I would LOVE to continue playing. does any one have experience playing a brass instrument and has a lip piercing?

Well I think It really matters on how far apart they were I feel like since the trumpet mouth piece is small you would be fine but I would not know because I do not have them nor do I plan to get them
Google it! trust me thats what I do to answer quite a bit of my questions about instruments

I had mine for a little while. It was just the side, not snakebites. It can be done, you won't be able to really play until they're healed and you'll have to be careful with your jewelry catching your teeth.
Just make sure you pierce it enough for your mouthpiece. Trumpet shouldn't be too bad, but I brought my mouthpiece just in case when I got mine done. I didn't keep it though, personally, it was too much of a hassle.

I played euphonium with a stud and it was ok, I did see some troubles when I put a ring in instead.
