I haven't been a very good gym goer recently, though my food consumption has been generally healthy and of decent portions. (Save for the Apocalypse cookout last weekend. SO MUCH DELICIOUS MEAT.)
Last time I did, I was still at 212. This sucks. I wish food had no flavor.
Hopefully this week, I'll see some results from all my hard work. I'll be happy with even two or three pounds.

I know it's a b***h, but calorie counting does help. And drinking a shitload of water. Literally, a shitload.

That is definitely not enough. You have to eat more often to increase your metabolism, especially if you're not going to the gym as often as you'd like. So divide those 3 meals into six. Better yet try to eat lightly every 2 hours, it really will help!!

Better yet try to eat lightly every 2 hours, it really will help!! I have a food addiction/compulsive overeating problem. It's really not a good idea for me to eat more than three extremely structured meals. I will (and have) use this as an excuse to literally eat all day, and turn each one of those 'light' meals into a full blown meal or snack binge.
Eating is probably my favorite thing. I like it more than sex.

No, I don't think a piece of fruit would be a problem, and I do like a lot of healthy, good snacks.
I don't trust myself enough just yet to let myself do the six light meals thing.
