Real Name: Knows himself as only "Basil".
Years on the Job: Young child--near birth
Abilities: He has very high endurance and stamina--as though his flesh his made of toughened leather. Very difficult to damage...
Through rituals, he can replace certain body parts(excluding the heart and brain). However, if that body part had an issue(like a trigger-happy bladder or a handicapped leg), Basil will also have that issue and will have to search for a better substitute.
Sharp teeth that can tear through flesh easily.
Keen sense of smell and is quite limber.
Modus operandi: Commits crimes against nature--He's a cannibal with no understanding of laws or "social norms" and thinks everything is "fun".
Special Notes: A bit dim-witted, filled with only 'simple' desires and joys. Acts almost like a kid and is quite impressionable. Speaks in butchered English and is easily persuaded to either side, if the 'game' seems fun to him. He enjoys pain, be it on others or himself, and often targets "beautiful" people as his meals. Speaks often of the "white box home"--Possibly came from an asylum? But his hoodoo-ish knowledge and fear/awe of technology might say otherwise...
Appearance: HE THINKS YOU'RE DELICIOUS
6'3", and thin enough to somewhat see his ribs...lightly muscled.
His tattoos are permanent and cover his entire body--Only real clothing, besides his accessories, are shorts.

High Stakes

Real Name: Harvard Sykes
Years on the Job: He has been doing nefarious things his entire life... but he only got the name and the notoriety three or four years ago...
Abilities: A master of the Xanatos Gambit; a thinker of plans and a distributor or work. A mastermind with lots of money.
Modus operandi: High Stakes will attack, or rather, arrange an attack on just about anything. He steals top secret research projects, he burns down factories, he terrorizes civilians, and he assassinates powerful people. Most of it boils down to cooperate espionage, taken to new and bloodier heights. "Higher stakes", if you will.
Special Notes: Harvard Sykes is the CEO and founder of Sykes Holdings International, a multi-billian dollar company that has its hands in almost every industry; from arms, to entertainment, to medicine, to eco-technology research. Although he does ensure that 'High Stakes' attacks his company from time to time he always makes sure that the damage done still manages to work out in his favour.
Appearance: High Stakes, as he is, has never been seen. He distributes his dirty work to a network of lackeys and thugs, while watching his master plans unfold from the comfort of his Italian leather office chair. On the few times where he has 'appeared' to a hero it was always as a voice over a loud speaker or, occasionally, as a shadowy figure through a thick fog or smoked pane of glass.
Harvard Sykes is a well maintained, middle aged, gentlemen with a lot of money and discerning tastes. His clothes are all impeccably tailored and neatly pressed (mostly in shades of black, gray, or white) and his hair is always properly groomed. He is relatively tall and relatively handsome, but not really remarkable.What makes him stand out is the proud and confident way he holds himself. When you meet him you immediately know that Harvard Sykes is a man with power. (( Drawn by Mori here! ))

Mistress Scoville

Real Name: Lilian Lee
Years on the Job: She's brand new, thank you very much for asking.
Abilities: She has the ability to turn inorganic or deceased objects exceedingly spicy by jacking up the level of capsaicin inside of an object, normally food. While this sounds mostly harmless, she can crank it up just short of six million on the scoville scale. (Far stronger then bear replant pepper spray.)

To do this she either needs to have eye contact with the object and be within five feet or be touching something in immediate contact to the object... such as your body.

Yes, she can crank up the capsacin level of the food in your stomach and in your mouth if she manages to touch you.
Modus operandi: She has an obsession with food and so often steals... food. This proves to be mostly harmless, although sometimes she'll target a specific person to torment for unknown reasons. (Maybe it's just how she shows someone how she likes them... be it a man or a woman. [Yes, she will hit on you.])

When she is rejected, she's likely to pull a heist like that time she stole nearly all the ice cream in Crantel...
Special Notes: Mistress Scoville is a step away from Recks Ruthor in terms of her levels of annoyance but is quite honestly a nasty threat when she herself feels directly threatened.
Appearance: Mistress Scoville doesn't walk, she slinks. She walks with an air of superiority that you might just fall for... if only for a moment until she does something incredibly dumb, which is quite inevitable. Her hair is a very rich, dark brown and extends to her mid-back with a gentle curl. Her entire outfit is red leather and exemplifies a red corset that maintains a deep dip. Tight, long red and tan gloves adorn her hands and arms and she is often seen carrying a riding crop for a bit of added flair. Her legs are covered by a miniskirt and thigh high stiletto boots... a very over the top appearance for someone who is fully concerned with the fact that she is, daresay, hot.

She wears a silver necklace around her neck, the only thing that travels with her both as a civilian and a villain. It is in the shape of a capsacin molecule and always meticulously cared for.


(She's totally a dominatrix without quite the domineering personality, but don't tell her that. Shh.)
