yes i seriously do use these all on my hair every single day.

and they are all silicone free so if you don't use shampoo, these are safe to use.

conditioners:

i use the suave one as my co-wash (i wash my hair with this conditioner) and the aura one is my rinse-out.

my hair is so healthy and soft. i loooove it.
