IDEA! Okay what if we spilt the guild up into 3 or 4 teams that would compete in the contest and stuff. So like if the teams were: red blue and green (trust me they wont be just an example) if someone won a contest from the red team that person would get the prize but their team would get like 5 points then at the end of each month the team with the most points gets something super special! Once the team names are established I'll just split everyone up randomly (I'm good with random stuff smile ) Then let the games begin!
