Personality: Vivacious but cowardly - she is lively and laughs at everything. Beneath that, she is a thief and a compulsive liar. Often she is shunned because of her lack of 'honor' but she has her own personal code. Nobody, not even herself, knows what it is however. She's also something of a coward, running away from the first sign of danger and will avoid a conflict at all costs. If a situation arises where someone gets angry with her or finds out that she double-crossed them, she is more than likely already fled the situation.
History: She comes from a big family but hasn't seen any of them in years. When her father tried to betroth her to someone she decided it was time to leave home rather abruptly. Since then, she has survived by and large by being a thief and a mercenary.
Powers: Stealing, charm, intuition
Other: If she is backed into a corner, she will fight. Otherwise she always picks the 'flight' side of the 'fight or flight'. Rowan doesn't own many weapons but a couple small daggers for self protection and persuasion when it comes to it. There is a small reward for her capture in certain cities.
