The female had been chasing a small rodent, She really hadn't been paying much attention to her surroundings, but the brown streak she figured was a rabbit slid underground before she could jump on it. She let out a small growl from somewhere deep inside her, She hated losing prey because she wasn't very good at finding it. She really wasn't good at taking care of herself. She twitched her ears slightly as she looked up and looked around, " Oh no." She hissed to herself as she flattened her green ears to her skull. she had no idea where she was.

Of course you'd get us lost! The voice rang out in her head as she snarled at herself. Forcing herself to sit back on her haunches she heard a rustling in the trees and looked up to see Nissan, A squirrel that she'd taken an utter hatred for, he seemed to follow her anywhere she went. Kill him. the voice rang out again and she looked around to make sure no one was watching. Somewhere deep inside of her she loved the little squirrel, He kept her company on the days the voices would bother her, and She kept him warm on cold nights, she'd never admit to anyone that she liked him.

" Shut up..." She hissed to what seemed to be the wind before looking up at the squirrel. " How many times to I have to run away before I lose you." She asked the little creature.

Nisan did nothing more than throw the nut at the female, knocking her in the cheek as she looked away from him. She Snorted at him, She was distracted as she glared up at him, she was debating on listening to the voice in her head, climbing the tree that lay in front of her and snapping the little creature's neck.

Zee tumbled with the bright male, rolling and ending up on her back. She huffed out cringing as the voice in her head began screaming at her to maime the poor fellow who'd ran into her. She blinked a few times trying to regain a normal breathing pattern since Mister Rocket had knocked it out of her. She realized that she had infact been confronted by another wolf, Oh god! She quickly rolled over and stood on her feet. Her dark ears flattened to her skull as she watched the other wolf.

she tilted her snout up to the wind to catch his scent from the wind, To at least establish that he was male or female. She quickly looked back down at him. " You coulda killed someone you know!" she snorted at him, standing in a defensive position just in case he may have struck him wrong, at least like this she'd be ready for a fight if he wanted one.

'stop being so damn nice!' The voice inside her hissed again, She shook her head to shut it up. She needed to over power her inner demons to deal with this wolf on her own.

Nissan scurried down from his perch on the tree and came to a rest between the female's legs. She'd never heard the squirrel say a word the whole time he had been with her but he pipped up in a very tiny squeaky voice. "yeah!"

The little squirrel piped up again, his voice so high pitched he sounded like he'd yet to turn into an adult. "Zee... don't make me bite your tail." He Piped narrowing his beady little eyes at the other. It was then that a swift light green paw pushed his little muzzle into the green grass below her.

"How about you go have a snack." She liked the little rodent sticking up for her, but as she watched the male walk around her she decided that he wasn't needed. Not that such a small animal could really do anything to harm the other wolf. He was a very nice thing to look at. The shewolf had decided this as she watched him walk around her, Her ears no longer pinned to her skull as she watched him.

Quickly she bowed to him. " My name is Zee, as Nissan has said, What's yours?" SHe asked as she relaxed a bit, Now letting her rump fall to the ground with a thump her paw still on the squirrel sure that he would pipe off with another threat to the other. He took after Addiction far to much. She liked it better when he didn't talk. The little animal wiggled away from her, still sending the other wolf a stink eye as he scurried up the tree.

"Zee is just short for Zee." She told him as she watched him, She wasn't the only one who seemed to talk to thin air. Thank god. She let herself look him over, So bright yet dark at the same time, It was a mystery to her. " Well, I was chasing my dinner, but I lost it" She told him with a small shrug of her own shoulders. " Do you live here?" She asked. She needed to know if he'd be running off to his alpha anytime soon or if she had a few more minuets to relax.

Nissan was scurrying threw the branches, 'accidentally' knocking small nuts or twigs off in the male's direction. He just wanted the other to know that he meant business. He wasn't going anywhere anytime soon and he wanted to make his presence known.

You win some you lose some, She looked up at the squirrel herself. " I will let him eat you." she threatened although it was empty. She turned her attention back to the male in front of her, She sucked at hunting, the only time she actually got a kill was when it was already dead, or she conned her little squirrel friend into knocking a few baby birds out of a nest. " I'll be honest." she told him. " I suck at it."

Then he answered her question, She was in fact looking for a place to stay, one that was more friendly than the places that Addiction told her about. " Your not going to run to your alpha and tell them that I'm here are you? Because I don't really feel like dying." She told him bluntly. " I have no home... I'm on the run kinda... only... not really." She flicked an ear back as the voice in her head started to talk to her again. 'on the run... ha... your not smart enough for anything like hiding' She shook her head again trying to keep the voice at bay.

She relaxed further knowing now that she wouldn't be killed. At least she could relax and breathe without the thought of someone coming up from behind her and taking her out. " Help would be nice." she visably cringed as the voice inside of her head began to scream, but this time she wasn't listening.

"I'm running from my so called brother." She loved Addiction but at the same time she couldn't stand the other. She was very happy at this moment that he wasn't around, he only made her feel worse about herself. She was unsocial, she knew it, she didn't need anyone rubbing it in her face as of right now. " He likes to make my life hellacious... More than that, he's not even really related to me. He just adopted ME and won't leave me alone" She flattened her ears to her skull looking around as if mentioning Addiction would force him to come out of no where.

at this point Nissan scurried back to her, sitting next to her munching some small nut glaring daggers at the other wolf, He was pretty sure that he was rather intimidating.

She looked over at him, he was rather close, but she didn't mind it for some odd reason. " Are you sure? My brother can get rather annoying." She told him. She leaned over closing the small space between him, catching a mouth full of his bright fur she tugged on it. She dind't know why, she just did it, relaxing back into her sitting position, she laughed herself, " and he's pathetic and over protective, Smaller than me... " She wanted Craze to know what he was dealing with but at the same time she wanted to be better than addiction.

Nissan didn't like how close the male was, he slipped forward and glared at him. " Don't come any clos..s...s...ser mister." He threatened in his high pitch voice. He knew that the other could snap him in half in just a second. He was slightly terrfied.

His father was a warrior, that was good to know, at least if Addiction did find her she could hide behind his father, she'd be safe then, at least a little bit. Trying to ignore the voice in her head, She watched teh little squirrel picking him up by the tail and tossing him on her back. " He can't go anywhere... he'll find Addy and then he'll come find me. I've managed to get away from him this long, lets not give him any reason to come find me."

Nissan looked very pleased and pissed off all at the same time, He just glared at the other wolf. He gripped a little handfull of Zee's fur. He'd fallen off too many times not to hold on.

The female nodded at him. " Hunting sounds great..." She was starting to get more and hungry.
