Kennedy sat in the common room. He didn't want to have the coming conversation... but he knew he had to do it so marc and Von would be able to stay friends. He sighed and put Vonali's bag at his feet. He dug through his own bag to find a pen and a piece of paper to write lyric's on. This would make a lovely song...

Von used the walk back to calm down a bit so that she'd be ready to actually do some work. She had a few ideas over what she could use the drawings for but that just seemed too predictable not to mention everyone knew they were in her possession. She wondered if there was any way to get someone else to help her. Someone who seemed to dislike Marc enough, or who she could hold something over. She placed those thoughts on a the back burner as she walked in and leaned over the couch to give Kenny a quick kiss on the cheek. " Hey, sorry about that back there. That was...well unexpected." She smiled and flopped down next to him. " Whatcha writing?"

Glancing up he smiled "Lyrics... This whole situation is making my muse kick into high drive..." He smiled. "So...what 'work' do you have to do." He put his pad of paper aside and eyed her bag. "Now...im just a stupid guy... but... don't you carry those drawings around with you?" He crossed his arms. "Don't get me wrong Von...Im on your side but... what are you thinking to do to this poor kid..."

Von shook her head but smiled glad that some good could come out of this situation. "Glad your muse is active. As for the work it's just a tiny bit of transfiguration reading." At his very astute observation about the drawings she blushed. It felt weird having a boyfriend but carrying around another guy's work of you around. " You're not stupid, and if you knew why didn't you say anything?" She reached over and withdrew the pictures placing them in her lap. " I really don't know, I know he deserves to be in hot water for causing my so much stress only to go and use Vi. And I'm not sure exactly why he's using her but I know he is. I won't lie I thought about placing these everywhere with all kinds of cruel things to say but one that's too predictable and secondly it'd hurt Vi." She pounded her fist into the coffee table that was next to her. "Gerf him! What is he thinking?" She really was at a loss but other then punching the kid in the teeth she didn't have much of a plan at the moment.

Kennedy laughed out loud. "Because it would hurt him... You don't want to hurt him Vonali... you are too good a person for that." He put an arm about her and pulled her close to him. "Here..." he snagged the drawings. "These should go back to marc..." He set them off to the side.
"Now... what if he isn't using Violet? What if he really does have feelings fr her... how would you feel then?" He looked at her with his brown eyes. "Just think... he is doing all this because he wants to be as happy as we are." He smiled and ran his thumb on the inside of her palm. "I don't think he is cunning enough to do this just to hurt you..."

Von could feel herself relaxing and at that moment that wasn't the best thing, she had things to accomplish after all. She would have pulled away and started to pace but he'd pulled her close and was holding her hand. " Because I know things that he made me swear...." There it was the missing piece tot he puzzle in her head. " He said things during breakfast that weren't true AND he was taunting me. No way does one guy do all the stuff he did suddenly, with a day or so turn around and act like it's nothing. There's just no way. And I will win what ever game he's started." Now she just had to figure out how. She did have an idea on the perfect place to start though now. " Please let's not return those pictures just yet. He wants them for a reason, and I'm not about to hand over the one thing I have possession of. " Now she was going to have to trust Kenny, she hoped it wasn't the wrong move. " But I'll let you hang on to them if you promise not to return them. That way I can't use them in poor judgement but he doesn't get them back either. That work?" Please let her be able to trust him, please.

Kennedy smirked. He let go of her hand and relaxed back... "Just don't do anything that will burn this bridge forever... Weather you like it or not... he is always going to be your friend... and thats why he is trying to get a reaction from you..."
He glanced at the drawings... "Alright... I will hold on to them..." He picked back up his notepad... "Don't you- i mean... we have class here in a bit?" He eyed the clock...class would start in ten minutes...

Von smiled and leaned back against Kenny. " If we go to class we'd need to leave in 3 minutes at the latest. Though I bet if we went it'd be very educational and such." She didn't really want to go cause if she went to classes she'd have to face Marc at least once or twice but with a sigh she stood and grabbed her bag. If Marc could pretend well then so could she and she'd be darn better. " Let's go Romeo. Might as well avoid detention for once." She reached a hand out to help Kenny stand.
