This thread is purely my take on our small community, and how we can improve. Ways that we can end the bullshit, get along, and meet some new rookies even. This thread is not targetted at anyone, except for the end. There is no need to post defensively or try to justify anything. Simply read, consider, and give unbiased output. Let's begin.
"Trolling" and Bashing
Ah, yes. Trolling. There seems to be alot of going around, or atleast attempts at it... But why? Because it happens on 4chan? Because it makes us cool? No. Because we like to piss eachother off. However, we shouldn't. We literally gain nothing from posting s**t like 'umad?', 'trolololol', or some stupid image about not giving a ********. Guys, give it a rest. It's causing all of us to be bitter at another. Just stop with it. We can get along much better without trying to piss eachother off. If you don't care, don't respond to what someone has said. Don't troll them.
I'll keep the bashing short. If someone asks a serious question, asks for help or advice, etc., don't bash them like they've offended or some stupid s**t. If it's a noob asking a question, or doesn't understand something, don't scream and rave as if they've been told a thousand time in their lifetime. We used to be a helpful community... Now we're a trolling one.
Noobs
Simply, let's treat them with alittle more respect. We need more people around here, let's try to make that happen.
Storylines
There's plenty of matches, storylines, and endings that have left a sour taste in our mouthes. But... We don't see what goes on behind the scenes. In NGWE, did anyone know that Chrono was going to drop the title to Snypa, despite being co-champions? In WWFG, didn't we all agree Claire should win the MiTB, so why did we b***h when it happened, despite outside interference? In EEW, why we were unhappy when King won the title, even though we all knew he deserved it AND it was agreed on by all parties? We jump to conclusions and b***h, when we don't see the full picture. Why? If it doesn't affect you directly, don't act like you're offended. Focus on yourself, not how someone else won. Because you never know if it was planned. Trust me, you'll know when it's not.
The Past
Let it go. That time Riker won the EEW world title? Let it go. All the times Tim politicked? Let it go. Those times AJ Warner came back and left? Let it go. There are tons of other things that have pissed people off, but you get my point. Don't forget it, we should never forget the past. But we shouldn't keep bringing it up and hold grudges over it. Let it go, and move on.
Match Physics:
In a match, some things aren't always clear. Whether it be location, positioning, or the move someone's going for. That's fine; get it all cleared up before you continue. But don't get offended over it. Don't argue and disrespect eachother, because of something as minor as someone not being where you wanted them to be. Get it resolved, move on.
KillaMo...
Stop fueling this idiot. Quit his guild, don't reply to him. Let his guild die, and let him fade into obscurity. We hate him, we don't want to work with him, why keep bringing him up? Let him fade. We'd all be ALOT happier.

Newbies
There has one thing that has been bothering me about them, and that's they try to hard to be accepted, or they'll instantly agree with something that they have no idea what it's about.
Also, there are newbies that ask for help, and when you give them help they don't take the advice you give. Or the newbies that clearly need help, but when you try and help them they bite your hand off.
Then you've got the people like Kal, Currin, Killamo that make you want to pull your hair out from their stupidity but you feel compelled to help them because lets face it, everyone brings something new to the table in some fashion. Everyone's got an idea, lets pool our resources
New Guilds / Reviving Guilds
This is a shot at those who've been making new guilds, or reviving old ones (looking at you especially Fox) why are we doing them?
I'm sure your ideas are good but we need to establish our current guilds first. Joey's guild is fantastic, but I'm afraid it'll be doomed to inactivity.
Now is not the time for new guilds. Yes we need fresh ideas but there's a thing called 'timing' and now is not the time.
Overlooked Divisions
Everyone wants to do World and Midcard divisions ignoring Tag and Women's wrestling. Why? There were great tag teams in the past, I can pick two random people and I guarantee they'll be stellar together. However they'll want to feud and nothing wrong there and they can do it other guilds but why not team up in one guild, feud in another. Brings an interesting twist to things, and keeps it fresh.
Women's wrestling, also over looked and why? The amount of bitching and complaining and talks of bathroom breaks going on skype. If you have a problem with womens wrestling then why not improve upon it.
Reals
Everyone knows my policy of this. I don't think I need to mention this in more detail. As I believe the 'real' policy is slowly being faded out.

Pushing Too Early?
Yukari Clepsydra
I know I'm going to get some hate for this, but I'm going to go ahead and say this.
Pushing people to titles too soon does more harm than good, now before you get your panties in a twist, allow me to explain.
Everyone knows I have no problem pushing new people, and testing the waters with others. However, in most (not all) everyone's mind, they see it as 'favoritism' I'm perhaps the most neutral person when it comes to pushing people. I push those that get themselves noticed, those that take the initiative to post their own promos without being told to, or make their own feuds.
I'm going to use Justin for an example, as I was talking about him with Fox.
I like to give people first title reigns, or nostalgic title reigns. (like a reformed tag team's first tag title reign or last) As my own way of giving back, because let's face it, I'm an a*****e. but I make them earn it.
I personally think pushing people too soon, like a few months within their debut is going to do more harm than good. Newbies being taken under a vet's wing? Good. Pushing them to a world title shot? Not good.
In the business there's something called 'paying your dues' meaning that you pay your dues before getting respect. I'm not saying that that means you're instantly a jobber, or you're not going to get pushed.
Newbies should at least acknowledge the older generation and respect them. A little respect gets them respect and so forth.
In most cases, vets these days aren't interested in titles they're interested in stories because they want to go out with a bang so to speak. Me personally I'm usually a transitional champion because I want others to step up.
"Oh Chrono's the champion, if I take the belt from him it'll elevate me!" I want to see that, I don't want to see 'gimme gimme, I deserve it' show me you deserve it. Rip me apart in a promo, infuriate me, but don't beg and don't say you deserve it because chances are I can point out several people that DO deserve it, and they're not even asking for it.
Example: In XCW I came in to build the tag division and right now I am the tag division.
Jarel asked me to step in and show Harli and Omega how to act their roles, as Omega was a heel acting like a take all comers face, and Harli was a face acting like a cowardly heel.
They didn't know their 'roles' so I came out ripped them apart, and laid out an offer they couldn't refuse (though Harli being the face refused, and Omega being the heel accepted)
Newbies in short shouldn't even win their first title until at least 3 months after their initial debut. In most cases that'll be a tag or lower-midcard title.
I say three months because most (not all) cards last 1 month.
So something like this
Debut match - another match - contender match possibly - title match

Myself
You don't need to prove anything to Justin, he is a newbie that got the 'Sheamus' treatment, the 'Wade Barrett' treatment the '2004 Orton' treatment. People are elevating him to main event status too soon, and it's going to his head. It's going to do more harm than good to him, honestly look at St. Joey he's been here for ages and hasn't won his first world title. You've got Justin that's been getting shot after shot and he blows it, and now that he's got a general idea he's going to win a world title it's getting to him and he thinks he's hot s**t. Now let's say he wins I dunno the WWE:E title and then EWA title.
He's going to become insignificant very fast, just wait and see.
Not because he'll job or anything, it's because once he's earned that first world title that'll be all he needs to keep him happy. The other world title won't mean anything to him and the lineage of that title won't be as great because he'll either go inactive, or simply shrug the match off. Now Justin very well maybe the exception but I've seen it happen far too many times.
He's got a feud with King and that's all he's got going for him right now.
He's getting noticed by people like Shanahan, King, Snypa, Landry, myself and that's feeding his ego. So in hindsight, you don't need to prove anything to him, he needs to prove something to himself. Is he going to be a credible champion, or is he going to become insignificant?

I got the perfect solution to this s**t.
The 'Abuse of Power' solution
GUILD owners should be responsible for banning members. It is their guild right? If a crew member has a problem with something he should PM the guild leader and lock a thread that involves said problematic member so it doesn't spread. Guild owners should assign roles to crew members, however the accepting and banning of members should be up to the owner or his designated VC.
The Trolling solution
We have the blacklist thread to point out problems but obviously that doesn't really help. We seem to troll each other all the time in multiple threads right? There should be ONE set thread. 'The Trolling Tread' to where you've just got to troll someone at.
One set location where we just troll the living hell out of each other.
I'm sure ALL of us can be mature enough to keep it in one place right?
The occasional 'No one cares' is fine but when it gets to be bitching and moaning, or I are butthurt because you did this blah blah I hate you. When it gets out of hand.
So one place to troll get it all out, and then go about your day. If you need to say 'Ohohoho you're gay' then do it there, not in every thread.

Arguments
Simple, conduct them professionally. Don't claim that someone's an idiot for their opinion right off the bat.
Advice
If it's not asked for, don't give it. I'll elaborate on this soon...
ABUSE OF POWER
There's been A LOT of this recently. Crew members banning guildmates, because they got alittle peeved at eachother. This needs to stop, ASAP. There are rules to a guild, which include on what grounds you can ban someone. Plus, such needs to be ran by the GUILD OWNER. Not a lowly crew member. Learn your role, and respect it.
Also, this include post editting. Don't do it just for your amusement, it's completely childish. If you have to edit, indicate that you have done so at the bottom of the post, and give a legit reason. Thanks Chrono for pointing that out.

Kinda ironic how bullshit started in the thread that was meant to stop it.
But for some reason, I think Angel made a very good point and the message I get from his tip is one that should not be only applied to Justin, but to everyone else in front of a futile and irrelevant problem: let it go. It solves nothing to drag that whole weight on your shoulders only to drop it on someone when he's down. Nothing.
As for discussions turning into arguing session like this one had, I think the fact someone disagrees with someone's opinion or methodology shouldn't be an opportunity to run the person down, but to have a discussion about that and exchange the different points from different positions. But unfortunately, bashing is, somehow, the preselected way of treating a problem. And we proved it one time too many that it only creates even more problems. So why is there still bashing for bashing when the personal issues can be solved in private? I personally don't know.
And another point I'd like to bring is that being defensive is not a good way of acting on front of certain situations. It clearly shows how closed minded you are in certain positions, or at least it could lead to people thinking that you are. I'll take a recent example that happened on Skype a few days ago. We were talking about pushes and how some people will go faster for others. We determined that it could be normal since they know them more and feel more like they can trust them in certain situations. When I brought out a certain person's name and who seemed to be, from my point of view, the person for who his pushes were more evident, that person went defensive and gave the whole rant about how he pushes everyone equally. That instead of taking the observation and be aware of that to see if, yes or no, the thought was founded. That's the kind of scenario that makes me, and every other person reading that, wonder if that person can handle critique and not just march at the rhythm of his own drums. I did not say names on purpose, because I want this to be an example of my point about going defensive, not to drag the discussion into this topic.
So this was my 2 cents on what I think is the way to react in certain situations. I can already foresee the hypocrisy calls on that as I have been involved in my part of bullshit in the last couple years. But I think this proves that in the end, I learned from that and everybody should.

Dion Necurat
From a newcomer's perspective, sometimes I honestly wonder what the point is sticking around here. I WANT to stay in the wrestling RP community, and I WANT to learn from the best and develop my RPing, but if everyone is at each others' throats all the time, then why stay? Clearly, I think things have to change if you want to see longevity here, as well as see more RPers come through this way.
Now, WHAT I think needs to change isn't really up to me; again, I'm relatively new to the community, so I don't really know what needs to be changed. However, if its obvious to me that something needs to be done, then it sure as hell needs to be that obvious to you veterans.
Just some food for thought.

Dion sees what I see, so I know I'm not crazy. We need to shape things up guys.
So consider all this, and let's end this era of bullshit.
