Okay, firstly, every time I watch Fruits Basket I always watch it in english and got used to it so I never go for the Japanese. Mainly cause Tohru's voice is really annoying me. (For both version, though I find it more bearable in English)

Well I wanted to watch it in Japs...which I found that it wasn't just her voice that I didn't watch it in Japanese but that every version I found, the subs are basically what the english version says. If that made sense. And I was wondering if that's the only sub version there is?

Another anime is Kare Kano. (His and Her Circumstances....I think that's the right english title....) I started watching this a while back but stopped. I recently am reading the manga and was wondering why I didn't finish it. Looked it up and found that though there is subbed version, some of the subs are missing as in for example she started saying something (which is subbed) but the next sentence has no subs etc. So again if anyone know whether there is a version that has the full subs?

-Wishing the store sold more animes.-
I can't buy anything online cause my parent won't let me.

if you're watching the actual funimation release for furuba, they have two sub tracks- one for the japanese script, and one that matches the english dub word for word.

KareKano, I'm not so sure. Its been a long time since I've watched it, but I think hulu has it, if only a little part of it.

Wish I could help, but I don't know. I share your pain though; I was watching Saint October and ran out of subs just as it was getting intense. xp

I swear I already replied the other day.....

Well, thanks for letting me know that there was a different sub for Fruits Basket.

Which I found a site that had the other subs on certain episode. Which I now almost finish watching (Well, rewatching...for like the 20th time) all the ones with the japanese script subs.

But Hulu doesn't work for me where I live. As it kees saying that I can't watch it outside US. p

Though I did find today a version of Kare Kano which had been subbed properly...Well....for the first two episodes that I watched at least. Im hoping the rest of it is subbed properly. But....I guess I could still watch it even its not subbed fully....

Hmm...Or see if there's a dub....<_< stare Eerrr...Yeah.. Definitely hoping that its subbed fully....

@Anon I know of 5 animes which really interest me which stopped subbing or just subbed like an episode per two months. But I manage to watch three of them since one FINALLY finished subbing after 4 years....(Well, not sure when it finished but I only found i again recently), one which I found a Cantonese dubbed and one I just gritted my teeth and watched the raw with the last two episode in a fansub. THAT....was annoying. To not understanding everything....was really annoying...if there actions, its ok. But when they're having a deep conversation....Grrrr....
