Hurray for Alliteration. XD
As you step up to this particular carousel, you see an odd creature of a woman standing at it's gate. She's tall with an athletic model build and wears something similar to when you try to cross a Ring-Master and a Burlesque dancer. Nude legs with crimson stiletto boots. A crimson leotard with a Black vest and white blouse (or so it appears since it doesn't seem to fall beneath the bottom of the vest). A Crimson double tailed coat graces her shoulders and back with a white rose and a black folded cloth nestle sweetly in the pocket. Her hair is apparently long and black and full of curls in various sizes, yet it appears to be pulled up into a messy bun of sorts beneath a crooked and somewhat small top hat to match her unusual attire.
Seeing you approach, she flashes an interesting grin and almost seems to chuckle as she waves a hand over her designated carousel of sorts.
"Come one, come all to Seruta's Slow Spinning... eh... something?" she starts, quickly seeming to lose her confidence in the title. "Meh. Bear with me. The name is still under construction, but you're welcome to Step Right up! Take a look at my lovely... er... seats. But I would suggest you wouldn't sit on them. You can stand on the rotating parts, but I recommend you to keep you hands, feet, rear, and any other body part to yourself!"
It's here she finishes her last comment with a bright and cheery smile - quite a contradiction to her cautioned words
