I will post a new word and its definition here each day, if you post please tell us if you had heard of the word before and if you had, where you learned of it. If you haven't heard of the word before then please try to use it in a sentence. Also, if you hadn't known/been told what the word meant, what would you have thought the definition was based solely on how it sounds?

I'm rather vexed that Josh didn't bother to let me post this, considering that you used the wrong form of its in the first sentence. I feel that if people really cared about bettering themselves, they could easily add the app from which you take your words to their own Facebook accounts, rather than relying on second-hand information via the guild.
For all his efforts, Josh really must realize that this guild was never created for and likely never will be directed toward intellectuals, as Gaia has very few of them.
As for today's word, I'd not heard of fungible previously. I honestly can't think of one instance where I ever saw or heard it used.

I didn't know of fungible before. Most members of highschool subcultures are fungible with any other member. If I was to see it written I don't know what I'd make of it, but what comes first to mind is "Of or as pertaining to fungus."

I haven't heard of it either and honestly probably would have thought it was a made up word if I had heard someone using it.
