Fate's Reciprocate

You lay staring at the ceiling, another sleepless night, just as it had been for the past few days. Why? You've asked yourself enough times to drive yourself crazy and still have no answer. Thinking some fresh air would do you some good, you opened the window.
Taking a short glance at the starry night sky, you can't help but notice a single star, much brighter than the rest and apparently... Getting brighter?

Entranced by the mysterious light, you silently slip outside to get a better view. When the star becomes so bright you had to avert your eyes, it's light simply disappeared without a trace as a cloud drifted between you. Believing the show to be over, you started back inside, but just as you reached the door a deafening screech filled the air, followed by an explosive crash from the street where you previously stood, almost knocking you over and sending chunks of asphalt rolling every which way. Jumping to conclusions, the "star" had just fallen farther than most ever did.

If you weren't terrified beyond the capability of rational thought, you would have wondered why no one else seemed to be noticing this, as well as why you were walking towards whatever it was that fell from the night sky and left a crater in the street.
This "star", upon further investigation, just seemed to be an asteroid, a relatively small, and perfectly smooth asteroid, but still an asteroid nonetheless. Despite your better judgement, you pick up the rock-- strangely cold despite it's entry into the atmosphere, and take it into your house, setting it down in your room. Even after what just happened, and how hard it had been even before, sleep strangely comes easily to you.

The first thing you see when I wake up: The rock, or rather, several pieces of the rock (That you can see from the pieces was hollow) scattered about the room.
The first comprehensible thought you have: "Oh crap, I've seen this movie before, it doesn't end well".
Deciding to just get it over with, you take a look around, and to your limited surprise, found a small lizard-- A dragon, sitting in your room. you've read plenty of books, and heard a lot of stories about this kind of thing, and in all of them, the best thing that can be done, in the long-run anyway, is for the dragon's existence to be kept a secret. So you just set some leftovers out for the dragon, and head out.

Taking your first step out the door, you realize the dragon snuck out with you. You would have put it back inside, but taking your second step outside the house, you don't see the group of police officers investigating the crater in the street as you'd expect, but instead find yourself surrounded by trees, seemingly in a forest, and when you turn around back to the door, it's gone, disappeared into thin air. By this point, almost nothing could surprise you, you'd convinced myself that this was some sort of odd dream, and headed deeper into the forest, until eventually, you came into a large clearing. This clearing has a large pond in it's center, and the one thing you weren't expecting to see, other people, with other dragons.

* * *

From the balcony of his black stronghold, high above the Earth, Strath watched over his would-be kingdom with contempt. Each day the Humans of the world only went for another round of their corruption, ignorance, and apathy. He had watched them for millenia, and time and time again, he saw no discernable change in their nature, and his patience was running thin. His slow, creeping takeover of the world was just that, slow, and now more than ever did the world need to have it's evils cleansed.

But he stood and turned back into his castle, he knew that despite his growing anxiety, staying true to his current path was for the best...

In his wandering thoughts, he was almost thrown over the railing, to fall miles, possibly to his death, by some object hurtling past, nearly within arm's reach. He swiftly regained his footing and scanned the sunset horizon, hoping to catch a glimpse of the object. At a moment's passing he dismissed it, and turned back once more. As an eerie light momentarily shone behind him, illuminating the passge in front, he turned again, the sun just disappearing behind the Earth. Against the newly shadowed backdrop, a distant smoke-trailed fireball caught his attention... And then another... And another. At first they seemed to be an odd enough phenomenon, but after a few had fallen, they struck a chord within his memory of a day that he prayed would never repeat itself.

He hurried through the passage behind him, taking the steps down to the recieving room three at a time, he grabbed his sword and sheath from their stand near the entrance, pushed the grand doors open, and kept at a fast pace to the edge of the platform. Halfway down the path he snapped his fingers twice, calling his mount to him. He continued down the path, keeping pace even at it's end, before he stepped off into thin air and onto Umbra's sharp vertebrae.

Strath Ordin's skeletal steed roared threateningly into the sky, and dove, past the chunks of dirt that still clung to the underside of his fortress, past the decaying dragon corpses there by Strath's Necromancy to keep his castle afloat, down to the city below.

He'd much prefer that he remained the only one with a dragon.

* * *

After investigating the clearing further, it can also be reasoned that this isn't the first time something of this sort has happened, as a number of dilapidated huts, statues of armored warriors with their dragons, and various weapons among the remains of what could only be the racks that once held them are found scattered.

The significance of that pond I mentioned?
Not only can it can be used to rid yourself of dirt, but of the forest itself as well.
Simply put, those who enter the pond are no longer bound by space, and are therein capable of teleporting themselves to any other fresh water body in the world in an instant, fountains, rivers, lakes, even bathtubs, provided you've seen it at least once before, and it's large enough to hold you.
It also works in reverse, any sufficiently-sized body of fresh water can take you back to the forest's pond. In addition, one person can teleport multiple people to the same place if they're together.

In the middle of the clearing, right next to the pond sits a shimmering marble pedestal, a single word engraved deeply in a flowing script into the inset block of solid gold, the name of this mysterious forest that seems to be immeasurable distance from anywhere else:

Avalon

Notes
- I'm going to assume all your dragons can breathe fire, if not, please say so. You don't need to put fire-breathing under your dragon's powers.

- The rate at which your dragon grows is 100% up to you, but please try to keep it at manageable levels (No eclipse-inducing dragons within a day or two of birth please), note that things like horns and spikes can be grown at any time as well

- The activation of a Dragon's powers within another living thing isn't possible, neither is using it in ways that are totally unavoidable, (Suffocating someone with aeromancy, blinding someone with luminamancy, etc) without permission.

- I find I often ask for clarification, or may offer advice on some things in submitted character forms, please try not to be offended. I mostly just want to make sure I understand things the way you do so I can know for sure that your character isn't overpowered. Other than that it will be simple advice, ensuring that the way your character is built won't make him/her over/underpowered.

- Also note that your character(s) can also be allied with Strath, or seperate from him and still opposing the other RPers in some way, just let me know.

Accepted Character Forms

Elektro7
Character Name: Strath Ordin
Age: ???
Appearance: Strath is very rarely, if ever found outside his suit of bloodstained plate mail. Some would consider this a good thing, because even despite the necromancy keeping him alive, his body had descended into a deep state of decay, he's little more than a skeleton.
Biography: Strath was among the first of those to find a dragon, and join the ranks of the, "Chosen". He and his dragon, Umbra were incredibly gifted however. Umbra, magically, was astoundingly powerful, and he also had powers of his own, the same as his dragon's, very powerful ones as well. He felt this gave him a certain superiority over the others, and he began a campaign to become their leader. He failed in this campaign, but his desire the rule remained.
Using his Necromancy, he was able to make himself essentially immortal, and he simply outlived most of the Chosen, and killed the few that remained when there weren't enough left to pose a threat. The Chosen were well-known in that time however, and the commoners of the world opposed Strath in his rise to power. Strath made himself invulnerable to the ravages of time, but he could still be killed through force, and fearful that he couldn't stand against everyone, he fled to his castle. Once there, he got the skeletal dragons of the other Chosen to bring it to the sky, where it would stay, safely until he had risen to power.
Over the centuries, Strath has amassed an army, initially contracting mercenaries, then forming dark oaths with families, pledging them and all of their lineage to his cause. Even now he preys upon those backed into a dead end, those who see the repo men enough that they know their names, those contemplating suicide, and he offers them an escape.
All the while, he slowly seizes control of the world, manipulating trade and business, even politics sometimes, only so he can eventually go public, and assert his eternal rule.
Personality: Patient, cold and calculating, he does nothing for others unless it will serve to benefit himself.
Weapon: A greatsword, it and it's sheath seemingly made of obsidian but in truth stained forever black with the blood of those unforunate enough to fall under it's siege.
Other Points of Interest: Due to his not being truly alive, he is incapable of using water to teleport, Umbra is similarly restricted. This means that neither he nor Umbra are capable of travelling to the forest, they're stuck on Earth.

Dragon Name: Umbra
Gender: Female
Appearance: Umbra
Biography: Umbra was among the first to oppose Strath rule, but she didn't take action against him. When he took to killing the last of the Chosen however, he also killed her, only to resurrect her as another one of his slaves.
Communication Form: None
Power(s): Necromancy, and the ability to charge any part of her body with an energy that causes her physical attack to be explosive, or capable of making that body part fire concussive energy bolts.

Elektro7
Character Name: Colbor Martin
Age: 17
Appearance: About 5'8", average build, unusually pale, medium-length brown hair, and dull green eyes. It's quite uncommon to find him outside of black or dark clothing.
Personality: Generally quite quiet, and sometimes tries to keep order, most often unsuccessfully. He tries to lighten the mood, cracking jokes whenever the opportunity arises. Most often though he just thinks, more analytically than most in his experience.
Weapons: A fairly plain longsword, it's scabbard however is significantly more decorated with gold filigree and indecipherable symbols running down it's length.
A wickedly curved and barbed dagger with a small sheath that he most often keeps tied around his leg, ready for use as a backup, or possibly second weapon.

Dragon Name: Emerin
Gender: Male
Appearance: The colors of his scales vary, from a deep black at his tail to a faint iridescent grey at his head, although there are a few odd splotches of varying hues of grey all over him. His eyes are completely black, similar to a butterfly's
Communication Form: Verbal
Personality: Emerin likes to show off and fool around, he's oddly chivalrous, but generally quite juvenile in his behaviour, if a bit more understanding.
Power: If it can make something undetectable, he can do it, invisibility, intangibility, even a memory block. This is quite taxing however, and he can't do it to anything much larger than himself for more than a second or two before having to stop out of exhaustion.
LanceCalvis
vis"]Character Name: Sakaki Infinity
Age: 13
Appearance: http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b220/lanceknightmare/Sakaki.jpg
Biography: Sakaki has grown up relatively normal. Son of Eilisa and Jace Infinity. Both of his parents are of middle class. He spends his spare time at home usually. He often visits his parents at there shops. Helping out with the work on less advanced projects. Or, just practicing one of his parents trades to pass the time. He isn't allowed to help with larger projects. Because there is often a time limit to how long the project can take. Also, an expectation of quality. He does well enough on your standard metal work. Like, crafting a sword through the old fashioned methods. When he got a bit older. A gentleman saw him in the shop. He'd seen Sakaki in the store before and asked who he was. After Sakaki told him that he was the son of Elisa and Jace Infinity. He asked if Sakaki alone could craft something. The request was for a chain-mail garment. Plus a matching sword and shield. The offered price was too much to pass up. So, he used the crafts that both of his parents had taught him. Occasionally, the rich enthusiast would check in on his progress. He didn't seem to really be concerned about time. Only with the quality of the work. He also seemed to show an interest in witnessing the process of crafting. After several months of work on the project. Many mistakes later and a few skills he'd had to learn along the way. Sakaki finished with the Helmet, Sword and matching Chain-mail armor. After that, he was occasionally asked to craft a piece. Which, he shared a portion of the profits with his parents. It was there supplies and shops he was using to craft in after all.

His mother owns a sowing shop in town. While his father runs a Blacksmith. The art of Blacksmithing is for the most part. Just a hobby which doesn't pay the bills. His fathers shop is more of a mill now a days. Barely anyone ever buys anything from the shop. Though, he does occasionally get some custom orders. Its usually not your run of the mill craftsman that order from his shop. Most objects can be crafted much more effectively and faster. Through the use of modern techniques. Though, there are enthusiasts. That recognize the quality of his work. In his spare time. His father takes on smaller jobs for other companies. Its usually a minimum wage job. Which has him cleaning up a store. Occasional, he is asked to help out with some machinery repairs.
His mother runs a sowing shop. She makes all sorts of custom artistic crafts. The business has done as well as it has. Due to the custom orders that are made in the shop. She also will make quilts and more common pieces on request. The shop has a small selection of pre-made items. The store wouldn't be doing as well as it does. If it wasn't for a great coffee shop across the street. The area is for the most part.Filled with run down buildings which have nothing inside of them. So, the area isn't particularly crowded with people.
Weapons: None
Other Points of Interest:

Dragon Name: Jill
Gender: Female
Appearance: http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b220/lanceknightmare/KyuremPokemon-1.jpg
Communication Form: Telepathic
Personality: Very playful and protective of her master.
Powers: Flight, Fire-breath, Acid-Breath.

Mayor Twihard
Character Name: Gabriella
Age: 17
Appearance: Tall, thin. She has dark hair and luminous blue eyes. She wears dark colors a lot, along with a lot of leather. She says that its the best for sneaking around.
Biography: Gabriella was always the other one in her family. She was ignored, and this served to give her a crazy streak. She sneaks out a lot, even when she has nowhere to go. She was walking in a park one night, when the egg landed in front of her. She took it home because she knew her parents would hate it. It hatched before she had a chance to show it around, and she was in Avalon that night. She hardly ever leaves because its a lot better there than at her home.
Personality: Fierce, quiet, when she had something to say she will say it. No matter what. She sometimes gets philosophical.
Weapon(s): She has a couple of throwing knives, and a rapier.
Weapon Name: Ioneth (rapier)
Other Points of Interest: She has a tattoo below her belly button of a wolf paw.

Dragon Name: Karin
Gender: Male
Appearance: He is a tiny bit on the small side, but he more than makes up for his size with his attitude. He also had larger than usual wings.
Communication Form: Telepathic
Personality: Loud and in-your-face. Once he decides that he wants something he will get it. No matter what.
Power: He can breath fire that is way hotter than usual and he can teleport between places(He can take Gabriella with him withought using much energy but other people/dragons are exhausting to travel with). Limits: They can travel (alone) to a distance of a mile withough using much energy. Much farther and they have to cooldown(30 seconds for every mile traveled beyond one mile). Within 30 feet, there is no cooldown, but they may have to wait for 2-10 seconds after every Port if they are beyond 30 feet. It depends on how tired/stressed they are.
Other Points of Interest: He likes to chase people, so never run away from him. You may end up running for hours.

CintaDanTechno
Character Name: Teagan Janna Merriwhethere
Age: 17
Appearance
Biography: Teagan was the youngest child of 10, and the only girl. She was a fragile child; very small even for her age, but still spent endless hours playing outside with her close friends, Mimi and Dominique. The three went everywhere together, and Teagan spent more time with them than she did with her family. When Tea was 14, though, Dominique confessed his feelings to her, and Teagan was shocked. She had never thought of him in that way at all, and she tried to go on acting like normal. Three days later, while Teagan and Dominique, along with Mimi, were waiting for a train, Mimi became spiteful at Dominique for being so hung up on Tea. Without a second thought she 'bumped' Teagan, tossing the small girl to the tracks. Dominique went after her, and Mimi after him. The train came. And Mimi and Dominique were killed. Teagan had been almost off the tracks, and only got badly injured. She stayed in the hospital for months, and never physically recovered, fully. From then on she was rarely seen outside, and her family treated her with even more care.
Weapon: Teagan lacks a strong physique, so she prefers small, quick weapons, such as throwing knives. She keeps those on her, as well as a rope dart.

Dragon Name: Plato
Gender: Male
Appearance: Plato is small for his age, like Teagan, but he's quick and agile. His body is more snake-like, and his scales are a opalescent white. His horns and claws are a deep, shimmering gray. His eyes are a light blue color that's almost transparent, and they match Teagan's exactly. He lacks the harsh look of most of his brethren, and instead contains a deep wisdom and kindness in his eyes.
Communication Form: Telepathic, though only when speaking to Teagan. She has to translate for him, if he wishes to speak to everyone.
Powers: Telekinesis and Illusions
Other Points of Interest: Plato, instead of breathing traditional fire, breaths a glittering blue mist that can either catch the surroundings on Ice-Fire (which is unbearably cold and kills just like normal fire) or he can let it remain as a mist for means of stealth. He tends to use the power in only dire situations, so most people and dragons believe that he has no abilities at all. His telekinesis is taxing and he rarely uses it for much more than being able to handle things easily without breaking them. The larger the object he's manipulating, the more difficult it is to move and his stamina depletes quickly. Plato definitely chooses flight over fight, so his illusions come in handy when they need a distraction. He gets tired quickly while using his powers, so he almost never uses any of his powers, unless it's to protect Teagan. Also, occasionally, he'll create illusions to amuse her, but not often.

Sakura_Moonlight2421
Character Name: Mai Lin
Age: 20
Appearance: She is a short statured Asian girl with jet black hair and deep brown eyes. Her skin is as white as snow as she doesn’t go out much. She wears a light pink kimono with a dark blue obi (silk belt), she wears a kanzashi (hair ornament) decorated with a cherry blossom, a plum blossom and a peach blossom flower, and a pair of black geta.

Being in the shadows of the palace is quite lonely as her only friend is her handmaiden, Shina. She spends her days reading and learning from her handmaiden how to play the koto (traditional Japanese stringed instrument), the art of dancing and ikebana (flower arrangement), and some tessenjutsu (Japanese war fan martial arts) and naginatajutsu. Despite the restrictive nature of the kimono she is quite agile until she trips on her kimono.

She was outside on night to look at the stars when a bright comet type rock hurtled towards the koi pond in the garden. It landed in the water with a loud splash. When she came closer to the pond, the rock was giving off a light blue hue. Fascinated with the mysterious rock she took off her geta and raised her kimono a bit so it wouldn’t get wet. She reached down in the shallow pond and picked up the rock and brought it back to dry land. Just as she had put her geta’s on the rock split open and a small snake like creature came out of it. She picked it up and petted it a bit. She then realized that she was in a strange forest the next moment she looked up. A little confused she wandered around till she saw others with small lizards-like creatures.
Personality: She is soft-spoken and quite kind; though she can be quite stubborn and clumsy at times.
Weapon(s): Two gunsen (wooden ribbed fan with a metal outer cover) and a naginata (Japanese weapon resembling a European glaive).

Communication Form: Verbal
Personality: Calm and collected, he is quite mature for his age.
Power(s): Unlike most dragons; he breaths water instead of fire and he can levitate himself to fly since he doesn’t have wings. He can summon lightning bolts to strike a target, but not too often in any area, a few days must pass between each use to avoid disrupting local weather catastrophically.

From an rock jutting out near the edge of the clearing, Colbor sat with Emerin at his side, watching the others with their dragons, and even a few who were still just arriving and trying to make sense of what was happening.
On one level it was pretty disheartening, most of them broke down and started crying or screaming before their concerned dragons took charge and slapped some sense into them.
On another it was somewhat entertaining, there were many who left the forest, ecstatic, as soon as they could, determined to make their names as superhero duos.

Personally, he was somewhere in between, he wasn't particularly broken up about having to leave his home, but he wasn't all gung-ho about making a new life either. That was changing quickly though, the forest was getting boring and he was hoping to leave soon, as soon as he convinced Emerin that even if he couldn't swim, a few seconds in the pond wouldn't kill him.

"If you want I'll carry you, just hold your breath and you'll be fine"

"Maybe we can find a puddle somewhere and just... Practice first"

With any luck, he'd find someone that could help pressure Emerin into going, but he'd like to think he knew better than to expect something as convenient as that.

Sakaki wasn't exactly sure what had happened. He nervously looked around. Keeping an eye on the Dragon on his left side. The creature looked up at him. As if to say, "don't be frightened, I won't hurt you". He didn't exactly consider this to be advise worth taking. He had no idea that this Dragon had just spoken to him telepathically. It wasn't exactly something he was accustom to at this time.

The amount of people around him with Dragons. This strange forest area that he had mysteriously entered. These people around him. Some playing with there Dragons. While the others were just running for there lives. He didn't see why not he shouldn't run. Though, he didn't feel scared around this creature.

This was a completely alien experience to him. Though, Sakaki didn't feel like this place as foreign to him. It was like a dream. A dream that he had once had. Though, the dragons hadn't been there. This forest wasn't in the dream. There weren't several children spread out all over the place. Instead, he was standing in a clearing. Looking at a grand city. He wanted to test to see if the dream was real. So, he threw out his hand. Spreading his figures apart.

Nothing happened. In his dream he had created fire out of thin air in his hand. Throwing the ball of fire at the castle walls in front of him. He didn't even remember why he was attacking this castle in the first place. The dream was so obscure and there were pieces missing.

He continued to hold his hand out. Not paying attention to the creature at his side. The small dragon-like creature. Was watching his hand. Its tale was moving back and forth. There seemed to be a smile on the creatures face. It jumped up into the air. Attempting to bite Sakaki's hand. He saw the creature trying to bite him at the last second. He moved his hand out of the way. Then spun around on reflex. Then held his right hand out toward the dragon. In the same was he had held his hand before. The creatures ears went back and it seemed to be cowering.

There was no reason for this creature to fear him. It was a beast with sharp fangs. He was a human of average strength. What was this creature cowering for? Sakaki looked down at the dragon. With a look that was halfway between confusion and pity. A name is what this creature needed. He placed his right hand on his chin. As he thought for a second. Hmmmm, what would be a good name for a dragon? Jinx...naaaaaaaaa...how about clover...no...something about that name that just doesn't fit. Why don't I name you Jill.

The creatures tale perked up a bit at the name. It jumped up into the air. Sakaki instinctively held out his arms catching the dragon. Then, he just held the creature like a cat. It was sort of like a cat. Had the random vicious acts of one. Though, it was a bit more dangerous. Than your average domestic critter.

In the silence following Emerin's suggestion, one person in particular on the other side of the clearing caught Colbor's eye. He was obviously a new arrival, but was dealing with it differently than most, believing it was a dream or something, or maybe he was still just half-asleep.

Emerin must also have taken notice of him, holding his hand out in front of him as if expecting to be able to shoot out spider webs.

"What's wrong with him?", he asked, motioning towards him with his head.

"Could be anything", Colbor answered, "But let's wait here and see what he does next"
PostPosted: Sun May 22, 2011 4:15 pm

Sakaki started to take a few steps forward. Then, he stopped in his tracks. Sakaki realized he didn't exactly know where he was going. It was a peculiar dilemma. He looked down at the dragon Jill he was holding in his arms. That creature didn't seem to have any opinion. It just layed its head back. Relaxing on Sakaki's left arm as though it were a pillow.

It had only been a few moments ago. That Sakaki had been in his home. Yet, here he was in some foreign yet familiar area. It this place was so familiar. He should know how to find his way around. So, he looked around the area. Trying to find out which direction he had to travel. In order to get to the next town.

No such luck unfortunately. He thought to himself as he stood there. He picked a random direction to his left. Sakaki started walking south. With the thought that maybe he might find some sort of town or village. If he just headed in one particular direction. Surely this wasn't some desolate location. Void of any sort of organized establishments. It had all of the markers of an area brimming with life. A clear sky with air. A lush green forest. A pond that seemed to be quite healthy. Though, he didn't exactly want to walk toward it. Nothing about this seemed real to him. That pond over there could hide anything. There were dragons in this area all over the place. He'd seen that movie. Sakaki would not allow himself to be charmed to his death. By some sort of Mermaid. Or gobbled up as a snack by some over-sized sea creature. This was shaping up to be a quite dangerous experience. He wondered why the others with dragons were not as aware?

The focus of Colbor and Emerin's attention apparently decided to go see what else there was outside the clearing, a foolish endeavour.
Colbor was far from the first to arrive in the clearing too, and initially he wanted to explore a bit, but others had already tried and gone more than an hour's walk away in all directions, finding absolutely nothing but more forest, no animals, not even any bugs. Luckily they'd informed him of this before he'd gone more than a few steps out, and he was hoping someone would do the same for this guy so he didn't have to.

Emerin's eyes darted to Colbor, and he followed after him as he got up to go talk to the guy, to tell him there was nothing in the surrounding forest, and that the pond was probably the better tool for exploration, if that's really what he was trying for.

Sakaki was about to start walking to the south. He took a few steps. Then, he stopped dead in his tracks.

His dragon Jill jumped in between him and the unknown man approaching him.

Sakaki coldly yet calmly spoke to the dragon. As if he could understand the actions of the dragon as protecting him. Even though he hadn't figured out if this dragon could speak or not. You can stop watching now, come out!! He glared oddly in the general direction of where Colbor was. Though, he didn't seem to be looking at specially him. It was more of a gaze into the general direction. Though, he eyes were unfocused.

Gabriella appeared in the clearing, neatly landing on her feet. There was a creature beside her, a dragon. It was looking at her. Hello. Came a voice in her mind, it sounded like a rumbly, male voice.
Gabriella quickly looked at the dragon. It had to be him. Hello? she tried to communicate with him. He bounced up and down. You catch on fast, I am Karin.
Gabrialla smiled, this was wonderful! She looked around the clearing, watching the people run away, or try and fight their dragons. She grinned a little. This was just too good to be true.

Sakaki's dragon Jill was standing in front of its master. As Sakaki himself seemed to just gaze off in the general direction of Emerin and Colbor.

Jill intercepted the conversation Gabriella was having with her dragon. Or rather, the words that there dragon was saying. She was a telepathic dragon as well. Jill decided to flirt a bit with the young dragon. So, she sent a telepathic message to them. Yuhoooooo, over here?! Jill batted her eyes a bit at the dragon Karin, then laughed slightly. She was only teasing him. Though, was interested to see how them and there trainer would react.

Karin recieved the message and looked for the source. He started to push Gabriella in the direction that it had come from, but she was already on her way there.
When they got to the dragon that had sent it, Karin sent the dragon a message of his own. Hello, who are you?
Gabriella looked at the dragons human. "Hi." she said, shoving her hair behing her ears.

Sakaki didn't even realize someone was near him. Til Gabriella spoke. He jumped backwards a few steps. Nearly tripping over his own feet. Sakaki didn't answer back. Instead, he just stood there. Like he was expecting to be attacked at any second. He was slightly nervous of there dragon as well. All of this was completely foreign to him. Yet, he was on his guard for absolutely no reason at all.

Jill on the other hand. Was much more calm. She walked past Karin while batting her eyes. She opened her mouth like a human would to say hi. Though, her voice was heard by both Karin and Gabriella.

Colbor slowed his pace when the person was joined by another, an even newer arrival. Even from a distance he could see she was instantly enthusiastic about her situation, hopefully she could shock him into realizing this wasn't a dream, if he hadn't already.

"New here?", Colbor asked as he neared, already knowing the answer but just wanting to make his intrusion seem less pointed, "Need any help?"

Emerin sat and watched silently, giving his Human an odd look, not fully understanding why he was doing this.

Gabriella laughed a little as the dragon that was flirting with Karin came closer. Karin was shy, but happy to receive the attention.
Gabriella looked over just in time to see the dragon's human fall over. "Need any help?" she asked him, and saw another guy approaching. he asked if she needed any help. "Ya, actually I was wondering what there is to eat around here. Or do we eat at all? What do our dragons eat?" Realizing that she was bombarding him with questions, she stopped, glancing over at the boy that had fallen over. She reached over and pulled him up, smiling.

Sakaki didn't answer them yet again. He just stood there looking off into the distance. He was in a stance like someone ready to do battle. Fists clenched, teeth biting down next to his lip. He wasn't even looking at the other two.

His dragon Jill looked confused at its master not knowing what was going through his head. Then, she just looked at the other two Dragons and other two Humans. Smiling as she relayed a message to them. Speaking in a sort of cute voice. He's crazy isn't he? Te he. Jill was obviously still messing with Karin. Though, she also wondered how the new dragon would react.

Sakaki pointed to the bush in the distance with his right index finger. There...there's something over there!!???
