Goals. For years now there has been so much I have always wanted to do and it wasn't till this year that i actually started to try to go after my goals and accomplish them. I've always wanted and wanted but never put the effort into doing the things i wanted to do. Like I've always wanted to learn Japanese but never took the initiative to actually go take a course or get a book to learn it until now. I signed up for Japanese lessons and i bought books and now I'm studying Japanese.
there's also the i hate my job and wanted to get a better job working somewhere else. I've been working there for 4 years and i always told myself i needed to do something else but it wasn't till this year that i decided to go to college to get a degree to have a better career. i still work at the same job but once i finish college i will get another job or even during college because I'll be getting my pharmacology certificate.
I've always wanted to go out and hang out with my friends but never put the effort into calling them or making plans until this year. I've been hanging out with my friends as much as possible just to have fun and to relieve stress.
I'm a horrible dancer and I've always wanted secretly to get better at dancing and now i'll be taking dance lessons this summer.
I realized no matter how old i get, it's never too late to try and learn something new or to improve upon something.
It took me this long to realize this? no it didn't. I've known for a while but the pushing point for me was the breakup of my last relationship. it's funny how one person that treated me like crap who without even knowing it helped me push myself to be the best person as i can be. after all he put me through , i didn't turn out to be a person that hated the world, or hated life, or even hate him. I just grew stronger and realized there are a lot of things out in life that i have not experienced yet and why hate myself or the world because of what one person did to me? not worth dwelling, but it is worth moving forward, you can leave the past behind, but never forget it and learn from it.
i guess i was more productive in middle school and elementary school but then i started getting boyfriends and completely put all my efforts into one relationship. Feeling like I was being held back but no I was wrong. i was the one holding myself back. I was the one who decided to not do this club or this activity, but now everything is changing.
There are many paths i can go down in life, there will be bumps along the way, i can either keep going down the bumpy path, or turn off to another path. It's my choice.
i guess what i'm trying to say is. i want to complete my goals and want to try new things and it all will happen if i just put the effort into it. i may not be the greatest at everything i will try but doesn't mean i'm going to give up ^.^

thank you ^.^
it's true saying it isn't enough. maybe you need the push or inspiration to actually put the effort into completing your goals. i know i did. my wasn't inspiration but a push or more of a smack in the face saying "HEY! YOU CAN DO IT! JUST TRY!' ^.^ i'm sure once you get that push , smack or inspiration you will be able to go to school and even lose weight. it's just taking the time out on how you're going to do it. for college. go to colleges and see which one is best for you. most colleges normally help get you financial aid and you don't have be in high school to apply for scholarships, you can be out of high school too. it's just taking the time out to find these scholarships and doing the requirements to get the scholarships.
as for losing weight. look for a gym closest to you and get a membership. or you can schedule when you're available in the day and either get up early to do stretches and take a jog around the block and do one in the evening too. once you get use to doing this then you can jog for a longer period of time. also eat healthy too ^.^ and don't starve yourself >.< most people don't realize that their metabolism slows down when they eat less so when they do intake food, they are more likely to gain weight. but i'm not saying eat an excessive amount either. it all depends on what type of foods you are eating.
i always tell myself there are 24 hours in a day. 7 hours i sleep 7 hours i work. 14 hours. i still have ten hours in a day. that is a lot of time to get stuff done. ^.^
