It was a pale morning, the sun barely peeking up from the skyline in the distance. The colors were pale, and bright mixing with the dark depths of the night sky receeding. Edur stood there, on the edge of a nameless brook in the middle of no where, and watched it. He was a young Soq, not that old compared to some others wandering around, and his youth made him wild. It was deep, to his core. But he found something oddly calming in watching the sun rise like this.
What was he doing watching the sunrise like this? What on Earth had woken him so early to do this? Call it a wild moment. He never slept the full night through, having too much energy to stay still for so long. Even though he was asleep his body rebelled. So here the Imp was, watching the pale morning slowly take over the night. In an hour or so, the sun would rule the sky and the day would truly begin. Not that Edur honestly cared what time of day it was.
He bent down and took a deep drink of water. A nice, peaceful morning. Not what he had in mind in the least bit. Trouble needed to be found, or made. One way or another. He had no idea that today would be a great day all by itself.
