Faction/Race Horsemen - Heir of Famine
Personality: Cymbeline is more than a little crazy around the edges. Before the Insanity she was a rather introspective ghoul, and now that inward thinking just feeds the madness that seeped into her during her time trapped on the island. Now she appears lucid only half the time, and the degree of lucidity can be questionable depending on what nonsense she decides to speak. She can be easily confused by her own thoughts, ignorant of anything that does not pull her from her cloud of madness, and at times even figuratively ready to toss her hands up in the air and walk away from a situation that even slightly irks her.
Despite the insanity that is hesitant to relinquish it's hold over her, Cymbeline is a bright young girl, and this madness in no way diminishes her ability to understand the concepts she may be required to tutor during her stay at the academy. Rumour has it she graduated once upon a time with an advanced knowledge of biochemical engineering, and successfully used that knowledge to advance the fear of genetically modified crops in the human world before her imprisonment on the island. But that's only rumour, and it is impossible to get any sort of truth from her in her present state.
But there is hope that some time at the academy, and once again being in the presence of mostly sane company that doesn't want to trap her and turn her into a living weapon, will let the madness dissipate and return her to her former state.
Why did they enroll at the academy? She wanted to doodle on the pages Hellma offered. D: I don't think she knows what she signed, or cares for that matter.
Natural Abilities? Already discussed. <3
Fear: As the heir to Famine, Cymbeline's fear is a slow, almost psychological attack that leeches one's strength and willpower. It can lull a person into not reacting, allowing her to get close, or more completely drain their energy with her scales, without as much risk of harm to herself. It is often used in conjunction with the manifestation of her weapon, but direct contact with the weapon is not necessary to drain willpower, strength or energy. Although she is able to release the weapon summons, after her time on the island with the madness and the constant needling from hunters it is often seen simply fixed to her belt.
