Description: Updated the Raiton Ninjutsu List and changed Raiton: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu from A Rank to B Rank, so that this technique now matches the Non-Elemental Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. Adjust accordingly!
Updated the Bloodlines and Clans, a Special Thanks to Angelo Inferni for creating Ranton and a custom clan the Tatsuka Clan. Both the Tatsuka Clan and Ranton have been added to the list of Bloodlines and Clans. They are OPEN so feel free to apply!

Description: Entire Ninjutsu forum as been looked over and adjusted, a mighty few jutsu have had name changes, gone up or down in rank or been removed because they shouldnt have been usable in the first place for where they were. I dont think many people lost any Ninjutsu, but if you did you can get a free one in return.

Description: Updated Implants and have added Elemental Bloodline Implants for Hyouton, Mokuton, and Iron Sand. Sharingan Implant obtained a redux, Chigaakugan was added and we now have the limb and body implants complete for those interested. Implants are once again open to be applied for, sorry for the inconvenience. Implants Section Check it Out!
Sharingan has been given a redux both Stages 1 and 2, please look if you own this bloodline.

Description: Update!
I've updated the Curse Mark of the Earth. It previously gave full statistical abilities in its first stage, which did not make much sense. It now requires the holder to reach Stage 2 to get the second speed increase and the defense increase.

Description: A new Subforum was purchased. It now is dedicated to the storing of treaties and declarations of war. ALL KAGE ARE TO REPORT THERE AND FILL OUT THE FORM.
This is so that we, the shinobi of each respective village, know who to allow passage...who to fight...where we can go...etc. It makes for better organization and overall, an easier time.
Declarations of War may also be submitted, just create your own thread with your village's name vs. whatever other village you wish to war with.
This new forum is meant only for the Kage to do they're dealings. All other members are barred from posting there, though you may look to see current statuses between villages.
