Neo yawned and slowly opened his eyes,as he slowly rose from his bed. His room, was located on the second floor underneath the office as he found it rather time worthy to simply stay in the office; especially when it comes to an emergency situation. Taking a look at his clock at the side of the bed, he was glad that he wasn't too late waking up, but even so there didn't seem to be that many people visiting his office lately so he wasn't in too much of a rush. Scooting out of the bed and throwing the covers off him, he did the daily morning chores that one should do so they don't hold the odor of when they have slept. Dressing in the usual garb of a sleeveless shirt, ANBU stitched pants, and light cloth top rubber bottom shoes before he threw on the Hokage's Cloak and departed from his room. He made one last little yawn, trying to snap himself out of his little stupor even though the bustle of the already busy Hokage tower was the main thing that made him get immediately attentive. For it wasn't seconds before he exited his room and into the main floor before he was ambushed for papers concerning treaties, war notices, ANBU reports and etc. If he wasn't being attentive he might just sign off on the wrong thing and cause quite a catastrophic penalty for his village to suffer through; something he definitely didn't want to happen.

Scaling the stairs and nodding to each ANBU he passed, Neo entered upon the floor that was his office and took to his desk, already seeing a good little stack of papers waiting him. Running his hand through his hair as he was already getting that early morning stress, he took his seat and fished through the center desk to retrieve his head band. Before even touching the documents of his village, he wanted to hold the hand-band proudly upon his person before starting on his work. Tying it to his neck but ensuring that it wasn't too tight so it wouldn't hinder his breathing, Neo turned back around and started on the first document that laid upon the stack. One that essentially talked about the shinobi that inhabited this new village. Now that they were getting a new bunch nearly every day, it was about time that he starts to issue out official squads.

Neo looked over the applicants of the Genin he had and the types of adequate leaders that would best fit them. As he placed down one of the Uchiha siblings folder down, he heard a knock upon his door."Come in..."[/b[ He said though his eyes kept on the folders before him. Trying to see which Genin would gain the best training, and benefit the most from their teacher.

Neo looked up as he saw that one of the jounin's he had on his desk entered his room. He stretched and somewhat winced when he was called 'Lord.' It was a word that was rather unsettling to him. Even if it was the correct honorific for a person of his position, it didn't mean he wished to be called it. Especially being called that so many times during his youth when he lived under the strict eye of his parents due to his sickness. "Ah, Jase-ren... Ni Hao." Neo said, giving a warm greeting as he sa up straight and leaned upon the desk,"We have a couple of missions but... they are special jounin level and lower. So unless you sort of want something a bit easy then we don't have a mission right now. But... I'm working on it." Neo said as he made a mental note to find out some more missions for his stronger shinobi. He almost had all the information for the missions, but not enough to post it upon the Mission Board just yet." Though I do need your help my friend." Neo moved around so that he may gaze at his village from the large window panel as he rested his head upon the head-rest of the chair," We need more teachers in Konoha. And by teachers, I mean Sifu's or Sensei's if you will. I can take some students but.... I feel that being under the legendary name of the Hyuuga, would be a better choice, yes?" He had always known, that if you want to ask someone to do something that might not be particularly fond of, is to boost their ego's with a bit of a compliment to their powers to somewhat sway them to your whim.

Neo chuckled a little before his laughter turned into rather hideous coughs. He reached underneath his Hokage cloak and grabbed a handkerchief to cover his mouth and halt the blood that splattered out. Neo slowly pulled away the cloth, looking down at the clotted blood staining the cloth and sighed. I still haven't recovered. Even after all of this time of me training, I haven't recovered in the least bit. I find a way to halt this disease before it finally consumes me. He thought to himself before leaning back in the chair, looking as if he'd just gone through a rigorous training and was completely drained. Even after all of this time he's lost he still is plagued by his disease. "It seems you know me too well Jase-ren. But yes, that is what I would need for you to do. There are two Uchiha's that I'm sure you at least somewhat know or heard of. They are the very few Uchiha's that we have within our borders, that I have heard to have originally come from a different nation. They, match your abilities better than I. I feel they would learn much under your guidance as if I'm correct, you two hold the variant eyes of legend." Neo sat up weakly, took a deep breath to control himself better and continued,"Will you accept this position of being their Sifu? You don't have to meet them immediately, though I'm sure they at least will be within the estates where the Uchiha settle in the village."

Neo was glad Jase didn't run to help him. He had gone through that pity mess all of his life, and would be darned to have that occur to him once more. To believe even as Kage, he still is crippled by that heinous disease and to make things worse, he had studied it for years and still hasn't created a official medicine that wouldn't hasten his life or create some lethal mutation. Crumpling the cloth in his hand, Neo looked back up to Jase and forced a light smile,"Mmm, those are good points but, those too can learn off of each other. In fact, on my days walking about the village I saw the helping each other in the Uchiha estates. I'm sure they won't hinder each oher's abilities but your abilities matches them a bit better than mine."

Neo chuckled a little as he wondered if Jase saw what he was seeing in overseeing the siblings. For he was rather looking outside of the simple dojutsu similarity and looking at a rather deeper manner. Placing his elbows upon the desk and resting his chin upon his wrists, he sighed,"Unfortunately we don't have a fourth member that would fit your description just yet. In the future, and additional member should come to you as the Academy graduation is coming soon. So I am sure that spot will be filled quite soon."
