Personalities:
Wilson almost always smiles and rarely frowns. It is even rarer to watch Wilson become frustrated and angry. He is a socialite that loves to talk and meet with others. Wilson is not afraid to walk up to strangers or distant acquaintances and start a conversation with them. His ability to create small talk or to remain quiet when need be allows him to become a personable person who is able to easily chat with most people.
When it comes to his friends, Wilson will stay by their side. If they need his help, they can briefly mention/hint of their problems to him and he will be more than glad to assist. He is almost always willing to listen to his friends’ troubles and offer his opinions on the matters. When his friends are in danger he immediately jumps to their rescue without a second thought, which can lead to varying consequences. Wilson is especially loyal and protective of his loved ones, such as the Delta teammates he used to work with, and can be biased and easily distracted when it comes to taking their side of an argument or looking out for them during a mission.
Wilson is the type of person who prefers to play rather than work. Most people are, but he is particularly fond of procrastinating. A nasty habit he picked up in middle school was his inclination to do his homework the night before and begin his projects a few days before the deadline. He insists that the rush allows him to focus on his work—and his decent grades attest to his claim. Some may find it stressful to work so close to a deadline, but Wilson remains perfectly calm, even easygoing. His cheerfulness and laidback personality make it difficult to make him panic or shrink away in fear.
Dabir lives up to the nicknames Wilson has given him. Although other people and weapons cannot hear it, his voice is quite raspy and his choice of words, such as “whippersnapper” and “newfangled,” remind Wilson of a typical elderly man. Dabir is quite miffed with this comparison, but his values are admittedly conservative. He is a firm believer in tradition and adhering to customs. Dabir also supports hard work and perseverance.
Dabir is fond of nagging and complaining. Really. He loves to chastise and whine. Since Wilson is the only one who can hear him, Dabir focuses most of his insults and nagging on his Hunter. He won’t hesitate to bark at him when Wilson misses a shot or somehow screw up a mission. However, he also enjoys insulting others and will often yell to Wilson about how awful that girl’s shooting technique is or how idiotic that guy over there is being. At the same time, he also likes to barrage Wilson with whining, such as “Are we there yet?”
Unsurprisingly, he’s a pretty forgetful and cranky weapon. He can be told something and be unable to recall it a few minutes later. Dabir has, on more than one occasion, even forgotten Wilson’s name. He also has a tendency to mix up events and pieces of information. Since he zealously denies his forgetfulness, he is very snappish when it comes to his ability to recall facts and memories. When accused of being incorrect and in the wrong, Dabir becomes very cranky and moody.
Despite his moody behavior, he does care for his Hunter deep down inside. He views Wilson as a bumbling youngster he needs to look after and he proudly does so—though his pride doesn’t often show through.
Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter? Forget Your Fears
After years of forcing himself to deny the existence of the supernatural, during Wilson’s sophomore year in college managed to come to terms with his ability to see. Ever since then, he realized that he wanted to become a police officer not just because he thought it was ‘cool’ or because he wanted to lock up the ‘bad guys,’ but because he wanted to be able to protect others from things that went bump in the night.
Weapon Ability Poison Kiss Wilson aims his cannon at his target and releases a shot of poisonous gas at them.
