As of today a new rule has been added forbidding the use of reals (preexisting wrestlers).

All 'real' users who wish to remain active in the guild have one week ( May 23rd) to create an unique character.

If in one week you have not created a character then you will be ban from the guild.

In terms of creating a wrestler it is okay to have ties to a real wrestler as in being trained by or being a relative of said real.

I think it was also decided that when Jeff Hardy loses said tag titles, he'll be asked to use an Original Character (Create a Wrestler) from that point on.

Neo will discuss that with him later though I don't think he came to an okay with that decision about him unless he PMed it to you.

All I do know was that I was asked by Neo to make this announcement in his current absence with WWE Superstars being the one exception for obvious reasons.

Yes that too, but For jeff hardy (WWE Superstar) just start planning him out, and after your title reign ends you can start using your new character.
