Rules

Please note that if any rules are broken three or more times by the same user that person will be banned.
The members of this guild are expected to be respectful, honorable, and loyal.


Rules~
1. No explicite or parental usage of words. Any sight of explicit post/thread will be deleted and held against the creator. (Any inappropriate name of a user does not, I repeat not, apply to Rule 1.)

2. It is of the utmost importance that the behavior of our players is not inappropriate while posting/threading in our guild. We expect our members to use honest behaviours. With this in mind, the following behaviour is deemed unacceptable:

*Sexual Activity. (Cybersex. Do it Real Life!)
*Using obscene or inappropriate language.
*Solicitation.
*Discrimination of any kind, whether based on another player's race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or religious beliefs.
*Threatening another Gaian or bullying of any kind.
*Misuse of the threads.
*Spamming, or disruptive behaviour.
*Asking for anothers password.

3. It is of the utmost importance that the personal security of our members is not jeopardised while deeming membership in our guild. With this in mind, the following behaviour is deemed unacceptable:

*Asking for or providing contact information such as full names, ages, telephone numbers, etc. Etc.
*Discussing or advocating illegal activity of any kind, such as the use of illegal drugs.

4. Never ask for passwords, or give anyone else yours. Behaviour giving out/asking for such information will be counted against you and you'll lose one of your three chances.

5. No stalking, persistent harassment of an individual or group of individuals against their wishes is not permitted. If someone asks you to stop, please leave them alone.

6. No pirating, requesting or sharing material you do not own the copyright to or have permission to share (such as music, software, and anime) is not permitted.

7. No child abuse, discussion, depiction, or promotion of child sexuality, abuse, exploitation and/or related topics that may be harmful to or threaten the security of a child or minor is not allowed. Submitting any content or utilizing language or terms meant to imply or insinuate these situations may result in action being taken against your membership in this guild immediately.

8. Mature material, any material that is sexually explicit or pornographic, or depicts excessive violence or gore is not permitted. Tasteful nudity in the thread(s) is allowed on a case-by-case basis, but on the whole, it is a good idea to cater to a range of audiences. Keep in mind that some members may be younger then most others.

9. Respect the T.O.S, encouraging or endorsing violations of our Terms of Service, or illicit activities in general, is not permitted.

10. Enjoy yourself in our guild. I WANT you to have fun, We are a growing group of Gaians who tend to share the humor by silly talk and chatter. I hope you have fun being in our guild.
