~ This is where I'll put little details of each character. Included will be the most accurate pictures of them and a few things about them. It won't be very detailed, but it'll be enough to show you what they're like ~ <3 This way, its easier to see them in one place. Also, I'll add a link to their stories where applicable ~
To the best of my ability, I'm doing them first as oldest to newest mascot, then oldest to newest 'Player,' then just plain oldest to newest characters. Roleplays the characters are in currently~ (This is to keep track of RPs I'm in as well as links for you to understand characters if you'd like. ^.^ ) Dark CityA RP in Deviantart An RP in Deviantart notes Dragon KnightsPM RP with Perry

How She Came To Be: Upon my first attempt at LARPing, I was at a convention and there was a line of us. Each person was met with a hatch-ling dragon. I was given Irrith, and I was so excited and got so into it that I felt sorry for the 'dragons' that didn't get a partner and 'wandered into the desert to die.'
Well as it turns out, my paper-er, dragon, was stuck to a second one. Birantath, a tiny dragon with no windsails, was hiding behind Irrith. When I voiced my surprise, the leader said that I would have to choose. I felt a sinking feeling, and couldn't bring myself to let the little thing 'die.' I took on the responsibility to care for them both, which was allowed since Birantath was so tiny and hardly counted as a second dragon.
We ended up not going any farther than getting the dragons, but I was surprised how attached to these two I suddenly became, and adopted Birantath and her sister into my own world, Harganoph. I still have never LARPed before, but I guess its for the best. I'm nerdy enough as it is. ^_^;
Element: Wind
Role: Mascot
Power: Like all mascots, she can play the piece of two characters. However, due to her handicap, her two characters are also handicapped.
Personality: Shy, determined to prove her worth, and has a low self-esteem.
Example: Birantath looked up at the sky, as she often did, and sighed. She was so tiny compared to the other dragons, no more the size of a shih-tzu and probably just as useful. She was nothing but a house pet. She sighed again. Her sister always tried to make her happy, and her owner was so sweet and amazing, but she knew the truth. She was worthless. Still, she tried to think of something she could do today, something that would prove her to be the best dragon of them all. She will show the world what she was made of one day.

How It Came To Be: Statky began as a doodle, like the majority of my mascots. It started as a dog, then I gave it long ears like a bunny and a shorter snout. Still, closest thing to it is a dog. I never re-visited this creature until I started counting up my characters and realized I had enough characters divisible by five.
Having the idea to make tarot card versions of all my characters, I came to the problem that I only had four 'creatures' or 'mascots.' Well I can't just MAKE a character a mascot. They had to have some meaning. Then I remembered, my first deviantart submission WAS a strange dog creature.
What luck, Statky was the theme of the fifth element I needed also! It fit too perfectly, Statky became the fifth Mascot character, representing energy. Still has no gender, and I actually prefer it that way. Statky represents the mysterious fifth element.
Element: Energy
Role: Mascot
Power: Like all mascots, Statky can play the part of two added characters. Due to the dual fur color, Statky plays one black male and one white female.
Personality: Mysterious, unknown, aloof
Example: Despite the battle below, Statky looked down upon it with indifference. Who was winning? It was hard to tell. Still, Statky had to report to its master. Statky paid more attention, and it could finally see that the castle was being breached. The 'good' side was winning. I any case, it would please Statky's master. Statky turned from the burning bodies and bleeding carnage to walk back to the other realm.

How He Came To Be: If you ever get the feeling you're being watched constantly, then you know this character. I have a small problem with paranoia, so to ease my stress about it I just would think to myself its a ninja. >.<; Or something to that effect. Ever since that dream I had where the Beginner originated, I had this paranoia sort of feeling, and so devised that whoever was 'watching me,' they had to have something to do with the Beginner.
As I got older, I kept trying to get rid of that feeling by saying 'well if they're watching me, then why hadn't I seen them yet?' Still, I kept thinking they were ninja. v.v; So the only question was, was the person harmful. Well of course not, if they hadn't killed me by now then they probably didn't plan on that.
This is my very own Peeping Tom. Though I think of it more as someone to watch over me. It eases my paranoia, and helps me feel safer. Though I know he's only a fictional character, he's just proof of how insane I am. XP Still, when I have that feeling of someone watching me, I get a soothing feeling convincing myself its just Isaac. He's also the ninja in me. >.< When I do something so cool it even surprises me, that's an Isaac moment.
Element: Earth
Role: Player
Power: Fast reflexes and a great hider. If there is something resembling eyes, or something you look at like a mirror or anything that gives a reflection, he can see you through that lens.
Personality: Talks in riddles, aloof, cocky
Example: Isaac sat there with his mask on, looking right at Bev without moving an inch. After a while, Bev started getting irritated. "Stop looking at me," Bev demanded, "Why do you keep looking at me?" "Why shouldn't I look at you?" Isaac replied, "Is there a law against it?" "Yes," Bev replied, "As a matter of fact, stalking is a crime. You're committing a crime."
Isaac said nothing back, but still didn't move. "I said stop looking at me!" "I'm not," Isaac replied calmly. "Yeah you are, you haven't moved a muscle!" "As a matter of fact, I've moved two muscles, not counting my mouth to speak or my diaphram to breathe." "Well which muscles would that be, then?!" Bev cried, and Isaac replied, "My eyes are closed, now."

How She Came To Be: Alright, I know what you're thinking. 'But Bev, that's YOU!' Yes, this is true. But she's no more 'me' than any of these other characters. If but a little more 'real.' This is an internet 'me.' Her image changes with my image, since this version of me is the one that interacts with my characters, she's like the link between reality and my fantasy. So yea, this is me, but at the same time its only the 'me' my friends on the internet know. You know how people are very different inwardly than they actually are? This is the inner me. The more badass me. Still, she's a character devised of my own imagination like all the others.
Element: Energy
Role: Player
Power: The ability to warp the 'playing field' to her liking. She's also known to her characters as 'The Creator,' and can draw and write fantasy to reality. (Duh. XP )
Personality: Confident, fair, awesome
Example: You just gotta talk to me to figure THAT out. *Winks*

How She Came To Be: This was my first ever RP character. She's gone through a lot of different phases, and a few characters have actually even branched off from older versions of her. She's the origin of the 'Phantom Bandit,' 'Rose,' 'Marie,' 'Eevee,' 'Miranda,' 'Renee,' and finally, myself. I created this character trying to create what 'Bev' is now. However, she fell a little short in that respect and instead became a character all her own, making other character traits on her way. Also, she used to have the powers Jeremy does on top of the ones she still has, but I handed them off to him since it fit his purposes a lot better.
Of all my characters, she's the one that went through the most revisions and the most careful creating. Its because of the creation of this character that I've come to write and RP so well. For this reason, I'm terribly sentimental to this character, and feel the biggest blow when this character especially comes through rough times. Throughout my life she's become the most important and meaningful of my characters to me.
Element: Energy
Role: Key Character
Power: Over all four elements, and can make gadgets as well as make them animated and even alive, in a debatable sense of the term. She can also heal wounds, and the necklace around her neck protects her from anything life threatening.
Personality: Analytical, smart, straightforward
Example: "Conner, you're a real dumbass sometimes," Irene told her older brother with her arms crossed, "Do you honestly believe that what you said to Max will really make him feel any better about what happened?" Max had killed his pet rat that Irene created from her gadgets and animated, and the poor boy was taking it pretty hard.
Conner thought it would be a good idea to then try and cheer Max up by mentioning death and better places, but of course Max didn't understand. Instead, Max now seemed to think that the rat left him because being with Max wasn't good enough. "How about I do the talking from now on? Mentioning death to a four year old, what are you thinking?" Irene sighed, and headed up to Max's room.

How She Came To Be: Being 'Irene' for the longest time of all 'Irenes,' Rose became her own after I came to the realization that I had two different biographies for the same character. Irene in one instance was a bad a** orphaned child with a knack for gadgets and a good trigger finger working as a grocer.
The second story, soon to be Rose's story, was that she was the child of a raped mother, being the child as a consequence of that rape she was grateful and loved her mother more than anything, but had to work a lot of odd jobs to support herself and her mother who was falling ill until she died of tuberculosis. This character also had a history of being a prostitute. So I decided to split the two.
Thus, 'Rose,' a name chosen due to a guy getting confused between my username 'Benevolent Rose' and my character's name 'Irene,' came to be. I never would have chosen such a common RP name like 'Rose,' but I don't like plot-holes, and had to keep the story consistent. So Rose was her name. Her last name is a chosen Dutch surname. I use her a lot if I need a Queen of Hearts in a Wonderland RP. XP Either her or Eevee.
Element: Energy
Role: Queen
Power: She has no powers
Personality: Secretive, snappy, and a smile that always looks fake or sad.
Example: "Just relax, I'll make all your fantasies come true." Rose was on the job, just finishing up one of her 'clients.' "Oh, oh miss Rose, you're so good at this," a gruff male voice replied, and a few moments later Rose was in front of the hotel door, counting the money indifferently in a slick black dress with a slit up to her hip. She put the money in her dark green purse, and started off, her red hair gleaming like a Christmas ribbon.
Once she got home, she avoided all the reflections and mirrors of the house, making it to her mother's room, where a violent coughing could be heard. "Mom," Rose said with a smile, "Are you hungry? I'm about to go shopping for some dinner." Her mother didn't answer. The medicine made her too drowsy and fuzzy, she probably didn't even hear Rose come in.
"Chicken fettuccine, then," Rose said with that same smile, it looking out of place in the dark room with a dying bedridden woman inside. "I'll be back before you know it, mom," Rose whispered, kissing her mother's forehead and pulled up the covers for her, since she seemed to be shivering. Rose made a quick change out of her 'work' outfit and into some casual wear, then made her way to the streets.

How She Came To Be: I was reading some very twisted manga. One story was about a girl who was contemplating suicide, that collected her scabs. Another was about a girl and her anorexia, and a third was about drug abuse. It was during a twisted time in my life, and it was dark, and I was really alone. Geraldine was all of my insecurities put into one girl. She has a history of drug use and anorexia, then bulimia, and a bad past with her parents, and she, too collects her scabs, which is symbolic to me as counting the times you've been hurt.
However, it isn't her that has had any suicidal tendencies, that is instead reserved for her best friend and secret crush. Her and Skylar first came to me in a short Gothic story I wrote in the seventh grade, though Skylar's name changed after a moment in my life that I'll never forget.
Geraldine has always been Geraldine though, and even though her story has changed a bit through time, it always had the same message and the same meaning; to help cope with all the sadness and insecurities of the world.
Element: Earth
Role: Royal
Power: She's the Year of the Rooster, so she can turn into a rooster (A female turning into a rooster, HOMG! XP ) and she can touch and communicate with the spirits of the dead, whether they like it or not.
Personality: Tough, insecure, awkward
Example: Geraldine fiddled with a piece of paper, Skylar learned how to do origami, and now he was teaching Geraldine. Her eyes were intent on the origami piece, and finally she smiled. "Skylar, Skylar look! I made a origami ghost!" In her hand was a very malformed origami image of what might be a sheet ghost, but it looked more like a crumpled piece of paper. Skylar smiled though, and he laughed his airy, light laugh, "That's terrifying, Geraldine." Geraldine stuck out her tongue, "Liar, well I don't care, I think its cute."
Just then, a group of boys came their way and snatched Skylar's well made crane from his hands. Geraldine hissed at them, which made them burst into laughter. "Look what we have here boys, two dorks playing with paper." Geraldine got up and started their way, about ready to punch their lights out. "I'll kill you for taking Skylar's crane! That's his crane!" She then jump attacked the boy, who was taken for a surprise as she scratched and bit him, the other boys were scared.
"She's a freak! Hurry, before she gives us rabies!" The boy managed to punch Geraldine off of him and ran off, throwing the now crumpled up crane. Now that the boys were gone, and Skylar was looking at her wide-eyed, almost unable to react or register to what just happened, Geraldine picked up the crumpled paper, walked to her spot, and plumped right in front of Skylar.
Slowly, she tried to revive the little crane. "Here, Skylar." She said, giving it to him shyly when she was done, then forced a bit of a laugh, not aware that a black eye was forming on her left eye, "Haha, it still looks way better than my ghost."

How He Came To Be: Before he had a different name, which I've forgotten since its been so long. He was in a Gothic story I wrote as a child during a very troubling time for me. He was the narrator, ad the best friend of Geraldine. His name now is originated from a good friend of my older sister that, during my freshman year, committed suicide. Though I only met him once, it managed to have a big effect on me. The fact that he was so happy when I met him that day... Wearing a sequin red dress with a slit up to his hip that matched his curly reddish brown hair.
I still remember my sister saying to me 'Skylar is one of those people you never forget.' She was right, though I don't think this is what she meant. He was the first person I had ever met in life that committed suicide. Though Skylar has suicidal tendencies for a phase of his life, he hardly shares anything with the actual Skylar. He's still a lot of what he was in Middle school. Skylar is how I try to cope with sudden things like suicides, being a kid that seems to know everyone's tendencies whereas I'm always completely left in the dark.
I might not have authority to put Skylar's death under such high regard. I hardly knew him. But at the same time, I was just as traumatized as I would have been if he was my friend. I hope no one will hold it against me if I say that I sometimes wish I was more like my characters, or at least Skylar in this regard. Maybe then I would have seen the signs soon enough to do something in situations like this. However, sad as it is, I'm useless when trying to talk about things so emotional. Skylar is a character I made that eventually resembled loss and trying to cope with 'if only I had known...' As well as the search to try and find a reason for living.
Element: Wind
Role: Reason
Powers: None. He's so ordinary its sad, though he can tell a person's intentions by just talking to them, and is extraordinary at reading people.
Personality: Shy, pessimistic, bitter
Example: "Geraldine, why are we here? You know I hate animals." Skylar muttered sulkily as they went through the pet store. Geraldine had a habit of going sometimes to pet and care for the animals, though she has a bearded dragon at home. Skylar looked to the side ad saw a couple looking for a pet. They were holding hands, and Skylar pouted and looked away. "The man in that relationship is cheating on her."
Geraldine looked at the couple, both seeming overjoyed, and she blinked. "Why do you think that, Skylar? you don't know that." Skylar closed his eyes. "The reason they're looking for an animal is the man's idea. You can tell with how much more excited about it he is. He wants the animal to distract her for when he's not home. I saw him fiddling with his ring, and though he has a good tan, there is no tan line for his ring, which means that he's taken it off enough for it to not show on his tan. The woman is more pale, though either are that calloused in their hands, meaning that they both probably work, but the man doesn't work hard enough labor out in the sun to get callouses. He probably works indoors, where its more leisurely, then how did he get a tan when the woman doesn't? He goes to the beach nearby, picking up unsuspecting girls."
"Nonsense," Geraldine replied, "He could be a life guard. Also, what if he got the tan professionally done?" "Trust me, I know the difference," Skylar replied. Little to Geraldine's knowledge, Skylar was right.
