Ooooh friends, I'm so psyched! We (my Bro, Mom & I) set off on our 6 day roadtrip to Yellowstone in mere hours! So much to do! Charging my camera now so I can pack the charger. razz So much to do! I can't wait! I have a feeling that I'll get some epic photos mrgreen

oooh! I really like the last two! Especially the third one. eek The colors kinda blend together and change from brown at the bottom to blue at the top.
<- Is jealous of your masterful landscape skillz->
Also... ZOMG BEAR! Hes cuuuuutttteeee! whee I'm sure he also appreciates the very flattering DOF.

Oh thank you! I just try to keep the ol composition rules in mind. Rule of 3rds, foreground mid ground and background elements, find patterns to draw the eye in, blah blah blah smile I gotta get some of my waterfall shots up next!

Kokihi Lol I need more practice with landscapes. XD They're pretty simple - just keep the horizon at a thirds line and try to frame the scene with foliage. Try to get some foreground and lines leading into the image ... that's about it. Besides, you're great! I know you'd do well!

Wow thanks for quoting me--if you didn't, I might have missed all these wonderful pics. I ABSOLUTELY (actually crazy sweatdrop ) about nature/landscape pic. I live in place where there just towering buildings... so not interesting for me to take. I always get inspiration from these kinds of pic and makes me want to go to these places. Is it okay for me to download these pics?
