Apparently, the guild announcement you guys put up does not qualify as proof of approval from the charity owner. I took a screenshot of the announcement and sent it to the TGSNE mule and they said that they need to see a post or a PM screenshot from the Questline Charity Mule that specifically states my username and the "mule" (or owner - which I'm assuming must be clarified) approval for me to go romping around in the nude for you guys.

Still not quite what we're looking for. We need proof from an owner of questline. You can post in the Questline thread and see if an owner/mule quotes you with an okay and link that. Or you can PM the Questline mule and get a screenshot of their okay.
It's just to ensure that they know whom is going nude for them so they can expect gold/items from you after the event, and so that they don't max out on nudists on accident.

Basically, they're saying the announcement is ok, but they would rather you guys know specifically who's stripping for you since each charity is only allowed 5 nudists. >>; If I remember that correctly.
Now, I did PM the Mule a few days - a week ago... somewhere in that time frame... about stripping for the Charity, and a day or two later the announcement was made... so I don't know if my PM got noticed, ignored, or just had yet to be seen...
Again, my apologies if I'm doing something wrong in posting this here, but I figured I should let you guys know and let it be seen in case others were thinking of stripping for Questline too. Since my PM had yet to be responded to, I figured posting this where everyone could see would be the next best thing.
