• At [ Jounin ] rank, you are allowed to make a second custom weapon. ( After two [2], no more custom weapons can be made. )
• When creating your weapon, please stay away from "Space/Time" and "Gravity" manipulation.
• When creating your weapon, please consider the guild's [ history ], and the workings of the Naruto Universe.
• Custom weapons cannot be given away or traded. ( Unless the guild master gives you permission to do so )
