Small bit of history on the brothers: These two skunks live in a small cave near a waterfall and a lake. They are very close brothers, and even consider each other as mates. Their parents had two litters of kits about two months apart. After their parents died Skuggbild, the older brother looked after and pretty much took care of his much younger brother, Kokarca. Previous posts: Quote: Skugg pounces on Koka and nuzzles him. Swaying his tail Koka looked to the one who pounced on him. It was his brother. "Ello." "Hi!" Skugg grinned. "Wanna go play down at the river?" Smiling a bit Kokarca thinks then nods. "Sure. River sounds good to me."

Skugg smirked and nipped Koka on the flank before running off to the river to play.

Squealing a bit the silver skunk chuckles. Swaying his tail he watched the other run before he gave chase. "Hey! That was a sneak attack!"

"Like you didn't like it!" Skugg called looking over his shoulder. He tripped over a tree root and tumbled into a spin that threw him over a small lip of land and into the water. "Karma's a b***h..." he muttered when he surfaced.

Stopping before the tree root Koka snickered watching his brother roll. "I did like it, and its only fair I get to n** back. However it seems nature did that for me." Walking over to the water's edge the silver skunk sits down.

Skugg pulled himself out and shook out his fur. "You're lucky your cute." he chuckled as he walked over. He got close and licked his cheek, "You can n** me all you want later but for now, you are going for a swim."

Snickering at how his brother looked with wet fur Kokarca shakes his head after his brother's lick. "Oh no. I ain't going swimming without a reason." Mainly it was cause he didn't know how to swim. Didn't Skugg recall he had never learned to swim?

"You trust me, don't you?" Skugg questioned before he latched onto his brother's tail and started to drag him down to the water's edge.

Fixing to reply Koka chirps as he was pulled towards the water. "Skugg....I don't want to swim....I do trust you but...I can't swim remember?" Digging his claws into the ground the silver skunk fought to not be dragged.

Skugg stopped at the edge and smirked. "Hon, it's not deep. I wouldn't drag you into deep water."

Groaning softly Koka reluctantly stepped his front paws into the water. The water wasn't moving that quickly and it was a rather nice temperature. ".....Its cold..."

"Then we'll snuggle up for warmth." Skugg offered as he stepped up real close and licked his brother's muzzle.

Grinning a bit the silver skunk chuckled. "...Something tells me your after more then that, but alright." Returning the lick Kokarca fully enters the water and looks around at a fish. "....Yum...Fish"

"You know I never asked you for that..." Skugg pointed out before he lunged at the fish, catching it by it's tail just before it could escape. He then offered it to his brother. "I would've provided you with food and warmth no matter what but I do love you and I'm glad we're mates."

Looking to the fish in his brother's mouth Koka remembers back. Their parents had two litters Skugg was in the first one, and he was in the second. So he was younger then Skugg. ".....I know that....But I have always looked up to you, Skugg, and....I kind of wanted to do that." Smiling soft the silver took the fish and tore it in half and offered the other half back.
