Southern Territory - Mafia
Here, everything is dangerous. From the people to the dogs, to the homes to the very ground. Now one with the right mind steps in this area of the city, for if you do, you will be greeted with guns and a smile of death. Every person here has an eye for evil and they won't be nice unless your important to the Gangster world, or a Mafia Boss. There are over 2,000 Mafia crew members in only two combined Mafia groups. The top one had 3,000 alone. There are many ranks within the Mafia groups and money in which the members get paid. It is just like a business, only many people are killed and deals are made. The three main bosses are the top of Japan, stationed in Tokyo. The third boss is "Red Silk", [x] A Man who always wears red glasses, if you even get the chance to see him. He is in charge of artillery and mission finding. If you work for him, you will be more in the spy line of work. Second boss is The tout of all the mafia, the distraction from the main action, Jackson E. "Saxs" [x]. He makes sure that no one interferes with the main plan at all costs. 90%, he never fails, the remained 10% more than 20 people are dead. The Final boss makes sure everything is set, organized, and is the information gatherer, Shanker Honoka picture-box-artists-homare-bad-guy-168360-seiryu-devil-medium-67e80249.jpg][x], A man of good Japanese looks and lure seduction techniques. The Leader of all three of these bosses is the Famous Banshee, An evil mastermind who has a large plan in mind and will manipulate anyone to get it.

Mi ~ st Top ~ Boss An Abandoned factory, used to be making Bricks and stones into different shapes and would export them out of the factory. Now was a terrible place to be, if you lived in the Southern Territory of Tokyo. Tokoya is divided into different parts of town, North, South, East, and West. Different kind of culture, different kind of homes, food, the works. North was pretty decent, normal average families living in homes surrounded in a neighborhood. East was mostly made up of the rich folk who loved to flaunt there money by buying expensive houses or apartments. West was metro, metro, and more metro all around. The light was at that end of town. But in the South, Hell would be the description here. The Mafia ruled this part of town and some did not fool around. Killings, fighting, everyday it there would be noise stirring about, and all fought over something that the government that gangs could never claim even if branding a name on a wall; land. Territory was the game and invisible boundaries were to be kept. Some risked it and crossed the imaginary fort wall and ended up either on a different gang, raped, killed, or all of the above.
Here, though, at this factory, there was a title to fear. The men who ruled over Tokyo through the shadows, killed for money, stole for perks, and live for the fun in it all, the Four Top Hats. This Mafia group was vicious and had a firm hand on Tokyo, not just the South side. The Top Hats ran clubs, a few stores, even a restaurant. Successful, proud, and evil as they are, they believe they do a great job at making everyone do what they are told. Now, back to the Factory. It has been cleaned out and replaced with some good furniture scattered around the place. Up the metal stairs was certain offices of different bosses, and them one big meeting room. There were four bosses in total: three semi-bosses and then the big dog. Recently, the boss was unheard of, only known by emails. But now, a big day has come to the cooperation. The big man has finally come to see the place, and boy they do not know what they are in for. members that protect the "base" all figured the top Boss was a man, but they would be soon wrong. This evil mastermind was a female, and a female with a heinous woman would be the woman that would try and rule the- Well, who knows until we meet her and see the plans.
A car Slowly pulls up in front of the factory, and a man gets out of the car quickly to open the back door for someone, and the first thing that comes out is a very seductive leg with a red heel. The woman slowly climb out of the car, with the other men getting out right after her. She looked around and found herself surrounded by mafia men. Some of the guard mafia up on the high railings gazed down, serious about this woman that has entered their base. The woman just smirked and began to walk on, with the mafia men making a pathway for her and the other men. The group headed to the doorway to enter the broken down factory and up the stairs, while all the while, the mafia men we're all talking about the woman. " Hey, she is ******** hot, what is she doing here? " " Who is she? " " Is she a hooker? " " No idiot, she was with the commander! She must be important. " " Maybe she is coming to see the Bosses. " " Who is she...? " That left all of the men baffled, little did they know this woman's identity would effect the lives of everyone in the world.
The commanders of the Bosses showed the woman to a red door that mark "BC." Only a smirk was seen on the woman's face just before she turned around and waved off the commanders. The woman knocked once before entering and encountering three men, on standing at the window, another in the chair at the desk, and another laying on the couch. All of them looked over when they saw the woman in red. The three men looked at the woman with evil smiles. The woman replied silently back with an evil grin filled with sharp teeth that could rip the meat off of bones. She began to walk forward to the desk, and the man got up and kindly allowed her to sit in the chair, then pushed her in. " Welcome, Lady Banshee. " The man with black skin and a case strapped to his back said with an English accent, but it still clear to understand. The man at the window looked of pure Japanese blood, practically at a full glare, and the man on the love seat looked as if he were from England heritage, smoking a cigarette. These four had something very powerful that was not to be shared... yet. " Hello men, let this mission, finally begin. " The woman of evil and hate, Banshee, Spoke finally, her eyes shining of a blood red.
