SoA's Name: Tapuitea (Evening star)
Personality blurb: Gentle, somber, philosophical. He's the type who seeks knowledge and believes that destiny lies in the wills of the Gods and the stars above, and that one day all will turn again to ash and be born again to the heavens. He likes to muse on the meanings of things and on why they were created. The type of lion who spends his nights seriously contemplating and would rather lie contemplating a problem than bother to hunt as often as he needs because he feels some things are more important.

SoA's Name: Goibniu’Conall (Smith in Irish myth, Strong Wolf in Gaelic)
Personality blurb: Goibniu adores kids. He feels they are treasures and should be guarded carefully. It doesn’t matter if they are cubs or pups. His goal is to pick up any lost kid he finds and care for them until adulthood. He would love to find a female that shares his ideals. Goibniu is happiest when he has laughing squealing cubs/pups crawling all over him.
Extras: I’d like to find an infertile female that will team up with him to rescue the abandoned kids of the world. XD

SoA's Name: Umazisi (prophet)
Personality blurb: Obsessed with the idea of the future, Umazisi makes it his quest to find out what the future holds. He likes to visit oracles and tries to read signs, either in the stars, bird droppings, cracks in bones, anything. At some point, there was a prophecy made about him that has not come true, and he is desperate to find out why.
Extras: I'd like him to get duped by fake oracles, taken in, have signs misread, everything go wrong on him basically, and then, when it looks bleakest, have his luck turn, something he saw lead him on the right path, and eventually settle down as an oracular hermit somewhere.

SoA's Name: Gunju
Personality blurb: This boy is bit of a night owl. He sleeps during the day and hunts during the night usually by ambush though he’s not above a good nocturnal chase. He’s an eternal wanderer, quiet and clever and he is prone to silent stares that often make others uncomfortable. He has the driest sense of humor which definitely doesn’t help when it comes to making friends and he has slowly come to understand (and enjoy) the reactions he gets from others. Thus, he has perfected a wide range of little pranks: following someone around for hours just for the fun of it, appearing out of nowhere, that sort of thing. But perhaps even some less-than-amusing ones like stealing a cub for the day or literally chasing after girls in the night. Always with that sort of serious almost superior appearance of his.
Extras: I can see this boy in so many prides! But I think I’d like to keep him as a Rogue at least at first and creep a few people out (do the creep!). Girls, guys, cubs, prey beasts… no one is safe. xD

SoA's Name: Cicero ("The historian" - Greek)
Personality blurb:
Born to a nomadic tribe of star-seekers, Cicero learned how to map the night sky, to navigate and make predictions based on the positions of the heavenly bodies among the heavens. He's highly spiritual and scholarly, a keeper of the multitude of stories written across the night sky. He spent his cubhood and adult years learning the trade of the star-seeker's shamans. Now, as an elder, he wanders the savannah in search of an apprentice to learn the art of his people. The night is sacred to him, the only lady he ever loved was the mother moon, and the only path he's ever walked was the one he sought out through the heavens. Philosophical, sagely, and perhaps a little nosy.
Extras:
I want him to be a traveling sage, making predictions through the stars and offering council to any that cross his path. I want to work with pride leaders of seer-centered and night-centered prides to give him a big of a name.
Sadly, in his old age his eyes will begin to fail him. He'll be unable to behold the heavens and in his age- he fears he'll never produce children to carry on his art. I'd like him to adopt an orphaned cub and train him to be a sky-seeker.

SoA's Name: Yèmāozi // Night Crawler, or literally 'night cat'
Personality blurb: Modeled after a mash-up of various villains, Yema is a playfully twisted leopard; making most of his movements in the night, he enjoys taunting and terrorizing others, to the point where it's become an obsession. In contrast to that, however, he isn't a very violent creature, at least not when it comes to other predators like himself.

If it helps with visualizing, I see him with an extremely deep and creepy voice. |3

Extras: I think it'd be adorable if he took an extreme liking to a certain female, where he became totally obsessed with her. ;3; It'd be kind of stalker-ish at first, but it'd develop into something else with some time. c;

SoA's Name: Buruji - (Hausa for Galaxy)
Personality blurb: Buruji could be thought of as a knight in tarnished armor. At his core, in his heart of hearts, he'd a good soul, but curt and moody. From time to time, he still chooses the easy way out, either because it's just easier, or due to self-interest. He's quiet and bears a smoldering intensity from the things he has seen and experienced. Sometimes subject to foul moods, often brought on by introspection, he can seem snippy. Perhaps in recompense for the actions of his past, he tries to lend aid to those who need it. Cubs, the weak, the sick, the badly injured, the dying, they can all expect a degree of softening from the leopard who has been rode hard and put away wet. If faced with an aggravation or someone who wishes to pick a fight but doesn't have to necessary build or strength to have an even bout, then he'll refrain from lashing out. Instead opting to march up to them and thump his head against theirs, staring them down, and as calmly as he can manage, talk them down (Or if it's a youngster, he'll swat them on the rump with claws sheathed.) or simply walking away. If neither of those tactics work, he'll simply sit or stand there and let them wear themselves out or grow bored of him. He's got fortitude and the know how to tend to anything he could possibly need. In spite of the various scars that his fur hides, he still knows how handsome he is.
Extras: He was either abandoned or lost as a young adolescent and the lack of an adult figure in his life drove him to seek out someone, anyone to connect with in order to survive. When he did so, it was with a small ragtag group of various young, male felines who took care of each other and did just whatever they pleased whenever it pleased them. They were troublemakers, instigators, thieves, bullies, and on a few occasions killers. In this environment, manners weren't exactly held in high regard and socially, as an adult, Buruji only has the very basics of etiquette and somehow manages with that. As he grew into adulthood, he left the "brotherhood" to set out on his own and see what life was like on his own now that he was able to fend for himself. Seeing the world on his own has shown him that though he survived and grew into an adult, the ways he had come to know were far from what was considered the norm. It was tough, but he's slowly but surely rehabilitating himself. He might have a fling every now and then, and bristle when uncalled for, but he won't let himself stray as far as he did in his past. Buruji wants to do right, but his learned behaviors are sometimes hard to overcome. In the long run, I want him to find his 'forever girl', a concept that he hadn't even heard of or considered until he had been on his own for a while, and settle somewhere. Perhaps the K'A. He quickly had to learn how to defend himself and tend to his own wounds whenever he got them. No one else was going to tend to his hurts, after all. These traits, I think, would lean Buruji to be a good caretaker, if a stern one.
