Hug-Bell looked around for a moment, she was standing in a park. This was the last place she'd seen Scheelite, and she'd actually brought a bunch of glowsticks with them. She set to work cracking them and putting the sticks in a circle after making sure the cat she had with her was safely hidden.
Once she was finished there was a large circle with an oddly shaped S in the center. The child then sat near her companion waiting on Scheelite; she was sure that he'd come. "Just wait till you meet him." She whispered with a smile.

Bushes were not exactly her favorite spot to hide, but ********* still kept to her spot as was part of the plan. Fortunately, in all of her infinite generosity, Hugbell had given the cat something to keep her company.
A coconut cookie bar.
Idly, the manx chewed on the bar as she watched the world outside of the bush-fortress. For some reason, the guardian couldn't help but think that this glowstick signal was like a really bad imitation of the Ratman signal. And last she checked, the Negaverse was not exactly the good guy team. However, ********* was mature enough to give this boy which the child spoke of so fondly a chance. Scheelite (as the child had mentioned was his name) deserved a chance, since he obviously had some sort of connection with the chibi senshi. Many of the other agents of the Negaverse would probably take that child's starseed as an "easy catch," so perhaps he was not all bad.
Mmmm... coconutty!

Scheelite was out, as usual, gathering some energy and just stretching his legs a bit. When you were as hyper as this particular agent, you had to stretch your legs a lot. At least the city was big enough to allow him to take a different path each time!
Still, luck was on Hugbell's side as tonight's path still brought him by the park about midway through. He might have passed right on by if it wasn't for something that caught his attention. Something very...glowy. And the closer he got to it the more it dawned on him what it was.
"...DUDE, someone made a Scheelite signal? That's so cool!"
The smiling agent appeared suddenly, and quickly busied himself with bouncing rather excitedly around the glowstick signal. See! This city really DID like him!

Hug-bell giggled when she saw Schee bouncing over to the signal. He was about as hyper as a five year old coming back from their grandparents after a whoooole lot of sugar. She whispered to *********, "That's him."
She looked back at Scheelite, "Wait here for a second."
The child sneaked out towards Schee aiming to sneak up on him, when she was close enough she picked up speed and tackled Schee in a hug, "SCHEELITE!" She giggled, "You found my signal!"

Scheelite was mid bounce around the signal when the tiny bundle of ruffles and fluff tackled right into him. The captain stumbled back, giggling the whole while as he lifted his own arms to hug the chibi senshi and be sure she didn't fall.
"Hugbell! You set this up for me? It's AWESOME! Nice use of color and I do love the S in the middle. I wonder if they'd let me adopt this as a symbol or something, it's so cool!"
Captain Scheelite spun in a little circle, holding tightly onto Hugbell and giggling the whole while.
"Whatcha up to tonight, hrm?"

The child chuckled as Schee seemed thrilled about the glow sticks and beamed, "I did! It took a little while, I had to crack them all."
The child giggled and held on as Schee went for a spin in a little girl. "Whee!" He finally stopped she smiled, "Bringing a friend to meet you."
She paused, "You have to promise not to scare her though." Hug-bell gave him a serious look before holding out her hand for a shake, the one with the scar from Wolframite; "Promise?"

She brought a friend to meet him? ...Oh god he really -really- hoped it wasn't a grown up Senshi that was going to frown and grump at him the entire time like Corvus had. Ugh. Well...he did trust Hugbell, so this friend had to be okay!
"A friend huh? Well I promise I won't scare her! Not much for the scaring business, ya know, I'd rather make new friends." The captain knelt down, making sure Hugbell was safely set on the ground and taking her hand to shake. "Totally promise."
When he moved to let go, the scar came into sight and the Captain frowned just slightly. Scheelite quickly took her hand back, examining it gently. "Oh Hugbell..what happened? You're too young to have scars like me..."

Hug-bell was about to go get ********* after the shook hands only to be stopped by Scheelite. "*********, it's okay come out." She called after a second, frowning that Scheelite had actually noticed.
"I.. uh.. got into a fight." She said softly looking at her hand, it still gave her nightmares but she was trying to be brave about it. "There's an officer called Wolframite?" She said looking at Scheelite curiously, "H-he sorta attacked me..." Her voice faded away swallowing hard.

********* was a good kitty. The end. When Hugbell told her to remain in the bush, the cat did as told. There was still an ounce or two of nerves somewhere in her stomach. This was still a Negaverse agent. However, the cookie bar was doing a good job of comforting that feeling in the pit of her stomach. Feeling full felt better than feeling icky.
One thing the feline noticed immediately was the energy signal for the boy. Sure, he might have acted like a general teenager who had too much energy, but he definitely was a Captain of the Negaverse. He could potentially be dangerous.
By the time she had been invited to come join the meet up, the cookie bar had been long gone. She could have left the wrapper there to wait in the bush, but the guardian was not a litter bug. So instead, she gently nipped onto the wrapper before dashing out into the open. With a playful jingling of the bell on her collar, she made her way to the chibi senshi's ankles. She set down the wrapper, then in a delightful matter-of-fact tone the cat mentioned "Would either of you be able to put this into a trashcan? You know, I can't reach and all."
She paused for a moment to scratch behind her ears with her hind leg. "So you are Scheelite, yes? It is a pleasure to meet you."
Later on, she'd probably have to talk to Hugbell about giving the cat's name. The guardian didn't mind meeting agents of the Negaverse, but giving her name was never the wisest thing.

"...Wolframite attacked you?" This made the Captain gain a worried look, eyes glancing between the scar on Hugbell's hand and the Chibi Senshi's eyes. "I'm..s-sorry he did that Hugbell. I used to work with Wolframite. We were on the same team when we were both just lieutenants. But...things happened to him...I should probably check in on him sometime, I haven't really seen him since that big fight..."
This didn't matter right now. Wolframite...he'd definitely have to go check on and see what the -hell- was going on there. But Hugbell and her friend were the most important thing right now. "Really really sorry, you'll be okay, yeah?" Scheelite released her hand and let the smile slide back on his face to help put the girl at ease.
Scheelite was still kneeled as ********* came running up, and he simply couldn't stop his eyes from widening at the sight. Guardian cats weren't something he was incredibly familiar with, but he knew the talking cat just had to be one! That was also one of the last things he had expected when Hugbell had mentioned a friend. Other officers probably would have tried to grab the cat and run...Scheelite on the other hand slowly reached to take the wrapper in a non-threatening way.
"I'll throw it away for you! Yep, I'm Captain Scheelite. You're..." He thought back to just a moment ago as Hugbell called out her friend. "...*********? Yes? Any friend of Hugbell is a friend of mine!"

Hug-bell nodded, with a pause, "That big fight?" She looked to ********* who was running beside them with the wrapper from her cookie. The child was biting the inside of her lip. "W-was that were they held him captive?"
The child sat on the ground next to ********* when she stopped. "Mm... I should be... even though he tried.... well I mean... yeah I suppose..." She stopped in the middle of telling Scheelite what Wolfy tried to, as if wasn't sure if she should tell Scheelite about almost being killed.
When Scheelite took the wrapper the child picked up ********* and sat the cat in her lap. "Thank you Scheelite." She said with a smile, rubbing the cat behind her ear's.

The roundish cat was rather easily picked up by the child and set into her lap. "Ah, that feels nice," she purred slightly as the girl's fingers set to work scratching behind her ears. It saved ********* from having to do it herself.
In an effort to counteract what the child had said, the manx interjected with a simple "In all honesty, I am more adjusted to being called 'cat' if anything. You can blame one of my girls for that." Sailor Iris really did seem stubborn about not using the right names for various people and animals. Truly the sentimental sort. Truly.
The feline was already quite comfortable in the girl's lap, but she made certain to keep her ears up at attention and her eyes fixed upon the Captain. One ear flicked slightly as Hugbell partially explained what had gone down. "I will be honest and say I was not present for what had occured between Hugbell and Wolframite. However, if one of my girls had not come across the situation, Hugbell would have a lot more than a little scar upon her hand. If she was lucky." Despite how grim the information she offered was, the tailless feline just had a way of making it sound conversation and almost pleasant.
Her eyes remained calmly upon the blonde boy. Where as many guardians might have associated all bad deeds of the Negaverse with every officer of the Negaverse being involved, ********* knew better.
Keeping things conversational, ********* mentioned "However, I am quite intrigued by the mention of that big fight. What is that all about? Would you humor a curious cat?"

Scheelite had moved away to toss the wrapper away in the trashcan (didn't want to litter, after all), but soon returned and sat back down on the ground to converse with both ********* and Hugbell. The troubled look returned to his face as the captain pondered over this apparent attack on Hugbell made by Wolframite. Wolfy had never seemed the type! Maybe...whatever happened in the BMC stronghold had messed with the captured officers more than Scheelite had originally thought.
"Yeah...the big fight was where they had held him and some of our other officers captive. It...was not pleasant..."
Should he really tell them about it? He didn't want to frighten Hugbell too much...but Wolfy had attacked her and she deserved to know why, right? And if the cat knew maybe she'd tell some of the other Senshi and maybe...just maybe they'd turn against the BMC too...
It was worth a shot, at least.
"Before the big fight, six of our officers went missing. We later found out they were taken by a very specific group of Senshi that call themselves the Blood Moon Court. It was about two weeks before we even found out where they were hidden, two very long weeks... But we finally DID find them, and we launched an attack on their stronghold so we could get our family back...I was there."
Scheelite paused a moment, fingers unconsciously tracing the scar around his neck and eyes staring off into the distance as he thought about what had happened.
"Crazy things happened in there, you know? They had all these darts filled with weird chemicals...made us do the strangest things. At one point I had the most convincing urge that I was a crab, heh... We did eventually make it through though...I got separated, heard that the people I had been with saw this very convincing illusion of my old Senshi rival slicing my throat open with glass. Got a key...went to open this room and save one of the officers. She was still alive even! Lieutenant Primase....poor girl."
The captain's eyes were watering, and he paused again to wipe the tears away with his gloves.
"She....didn't make it out. Her guard killed her once I opened the door to save her...glass tornado...worst power I've ever seen. That's where uh...my own scar came from." Scheelite bit his lip, then continued on. "We got back out, bringing the ones who had survived with us. Only three of the six had... Outside this BIG battle happened, with a giaaaant Youma monster just attacking the members of that horrible court, but not us...it'd never attack us. See?..." He paused once more, digging in his pocket and pulling out a black feather which he held out for the two to see. "This came from that Youma. It saved me, it saved us all that night."

Hug-Bell frowned listening to Scheelite. "So they did torture them and kill them." She looked at ********* as she whispered, "I didn't think he'd lie about that."
The child seemed even more concerned with this information. It was hard to tell what was on the child's mind as she shifted, trying to piece the information together. "No wonder he thinks we're horrible..." She said softly with a frown. The child wasn't really scared but more worried than ever with the information Scheelite had provided.
She frowned, looking at the feather, normally Youma were bad. However, this one, to the child didn't seem as horrible as the others. "We have to stop them..." She whispered softly. "We can't let them keep on being bullies. That's not what we're about, right?" Her focus was somewhere between Scheelite and ********* wheels in her mind were turning, what could she do? She was just a child, how many senshi could she convince not to be bullies? How many were on their side and how many were in the court she couldn't help but wonder as she sat there.

********* kept her eyes attentively on the blonde teenager as he attempted to explain things to her. Bits and pieces towards the end of his explanation were familiar, and in all honesty, the manx did disagree with some of the things he stated as fact. Yet, she kept that pleasant expression upon her face as she listened, her head bobbing up and down every so often to let him know she was following along with his explanation.
Politely, the pale feline mentioned "It sounds like a lot happened because of the Blood Moon Court... I offer my sympathies." It made plenty of sense why Patches would have acted so irrationally towards Hugbell. She also had more insight as to where that giant youma had come from and why it was lashing out. Of course, the memory of how Sailor Iris had spent that time came to mind, but ********* was able to fight off the urge to flop her head into her paws in embarrassment.
To the child, she offered a bit of reassurance. "You are correct, Hugbell, that is not what senshi should be doing." The Blood Moon Court had crossed the line of what made senshi different from petty criminals. The feline nudged her cheek against the child, before returning her sights to the boy. "Thank you for offering your insights on what had happened... it is greatly appreciated..."
