IRON WINGS
Steampunk/Mythical Roleplay.



Welcome to the world of Ymir; A planet there there are floating worlds inhabiting its surface. Each floating island home to thousands of millions of life forms of all different kinds. Many of them you would only see in your dreams, and others you could never imagine in your slumber. The young world is home to technology and mythology, the works of both creating an era of Copper, Bronze, Iron, and other metals to be used in quite useful, and fashionable, ways. Uses of Technology is grand, with more Mythical and Magical uses at its heels behind. Many species use a bit of a mixture of both technical and mythical works in their life styles, though most prefer one or the other. None the less, life styles work together in their own unusual harmony, with Technology seeming to bloom vigorously.

However, as technology advances, so does its lethality. In the Humanoid- City, Antaeus, there was quite a discovery. From the promising, "peaceful" government, a band of sky pirates had hi-jacked one of the Humans' Airship was it was transporting goods, or so they had thought. Inside its contents the pirates, was a large sum of militia weaponry; Guns, Grenades and other explosives, and, what brought an uproar throughout the floating islands, a note for another needed shipment, detailed and particularly made for what was called "Destroyet"; the weapon of ages.
Finding this cause a great discomfort in the truce-applied nations, and even inside them, as the origin, and its ACTUAL destination, was not discovered.
The many nations are at each others throats, attempting to discover this mass weapon, and, to either destroy the Destroyet, or to use it in their own ruling over the worlds.
This is where you come in...
Where does your foot stand? Within the nations over controlling the Destroyet? Or to dispose of it? Or maybe you are with the sky pirates that have their own edge on using the Destoyet for their many raids? Maybe you are just a civil being needing to travel? The "Nations"

These are the Floating Islands, known as the Nations. These Nations are where everyone and everything lives. Each Island has its own story and difference from one another. PLEASE NOTE; as you travel throughout the Nations. There will be vast and even possibly dangerous creatures. Proceed with Caution.



Antaeus
User Image
Humanoid City;
This is one island of almost complete city. Created and Named by the Humans to claim as their home. Most of the population, which is large and in the millions, are of course human beings. Other inhabitants you may find here are Elves, and very rarely other species, as Humans are said to be quite the possessive and territorial beings. Humans are known to be more technical in their works than mythical, though it is rare but grand to see one working with both studies. Two smaller islands are its neighbors; they being Airship Ports and Docking Bays. Antaeus' Ruler or as what the humans call a "President", is Nicholas Ronin. President Ronin claims he has nothing to do with the illegal transport of weaponry, and will reward any discoverers of this crime.



Fáreryniel

Elven Sanctuary;
Its literate meaning "Plentiful woods" claims Fáreryniel as the forest home to the Elven kind. Neighbor to the Humanoid City, This is the home of the Elegant, though devious, elves. They share their forest habitat with many other creatures, however not as many as the other more wild floating islands. Below the floating beauty holds the Dark Woods, which is forbidden to be stepped upon. Fáreryniel also holds a city, though not as large in size or numbers as Antaeus, and as its capitol it is home to the Ruler of the Island, Lord Neurion. Neurion spits at the ground of whomever would create a deadly weapon to take over the islands, although there were some study in some of the weaponry that seemed to be originated in the forest habitat in which Neurion rules over.



Gomelin

Mountain Holder;
Gomelin is the Mountain/ Rocky habitat Island. Though its origin is unknown publicly, Many of the tribes that dwell there have lived in the mountain island for centuries before even Antaeus was built. There is a large tower up front of the Island, being temporary homes to visitors and dockers. It has been recommended to never venture deep in the mountains without a proper guide to assist you. Although this home is to wild rock-climbers, its Ruler with little power is named King Daugon. Daugon seemed to have made quite the little peace with the more savage tribes, or at least savage known to others, and declares that Gomelin would not have any possible acquaintance with the Desroyet, seeing as they have not the technology to work with, Although Daugon has been known to work many wonders in Mythical Studies.



Frost Hirgon

Frozen Wasteland;
Hirgon is completely inhabitable at its surface; nothing but freezing temperatures and a large lake that has been frozen over since before history itself. However, Below the surface holds the frozen wonderland of Frost Hirgon. Though temperatures are still at an extreme low, it is not impossible for organisms to take home to this icicle. Its population minimal, Frost Hirgon does not have a Ruler over its ice, so it is rumored that smugglers and sky pirates claim their lairs here, where no one would set foot in. It is also rumored there is a rare daimond mineral set inside the deepest of Frost Hirgon, however, because of its wild life and reports of instant-freezing of insides of living organisms, it has yet to be discovered as a true rumor.



Naracion

Sand Grail;
Naracion is known for its unlimited sand, hot temperatures, and infinite amount of rocks and other known minerals. Naracion was once known as a rich land of life and well being; however during the age of reconstruction between worlds, it has been sucked dry of its rich minerals and materials until it is nothing but its sand bowl today. It is quite the popular Desert, however, with about half as many living beings there as Fáreryniel. Many of its inhabitants are wisemen who have seen their rich home turn into the rock fragment they live in now. Naracion's ruler is known as a Guru, being the oldest and wisest of the beings there, and he is only known as such. Guru and his followers are in belief of nothing but their own well beings, and, they claim themselves to be of peaceful folk, so assumption of them in participation with the weaponry is preposterous, as they claim. It is rumored here in Naracion, that the rare species of Drahkken folk reside here, however it has yet to be determined, as the Drahkken were driven to near-extinction as they were hunted for armor and other riches in their skins.



Gaea

Wildlife Preserve
Gaea is home to nothing but the wild life and uncivilized. It is forbidden, and illegal, for villages or any sets of group settlement in Gaea, as it was strictly claimed by previous rulers of the other Nations to keep the species controlled in this forest Island. Gaea holds only one ruler, as to keep the Nation together and to restrict airships to board upon this Island. The Ruler only known as Ranger Iris. There is no thought that Gaea has any part of the Destroyet, although Iris has reported to the other islands of bandits attempting to settle deep in the forest preserve.

Recorded Log: Species
This is the list where you will find different species that have been recorded in history. Please note that many if not all species can appear as threatening. Use Caution when approaching any or all creatures.



Human:

Humans can be described as territorial beings on average. They are described as alienated amongst themselves, but can somehow survive in the worst conditions that their worlds may bring to them. They are known for great ambition and determination, as well as ignorance and even selfish.

Elf

Elves are more wise and even perceived as peaceful creatures. However they can be mistaken in their tempers for humans, as they are quite ignorant in their own beliefs and will not stand for argument. They are well open-minded with their worlds, but if they have a dislike for something, that dislike will turn into a hateful passion. On Average elves are more secretive and tend to keep to themselves. Most Elves consider themselves greater than Humans, and any other species known.

Drahhken

Drahhkens are a very rare case of birth, and dragons being wise and powerful, Drahhkens are known for their stealth and intelligence. Normally most of them don't live a full life, most of the time killed by more powerful creatures or humans. They believe in mostly the power of nature, and that is the reason they are alive. It is easy for them to develop a hate or grudge for someone, as their dragon genes are not left out of the question.

Dragonoid:

Dragonoids are a much more common case of Drahhkens. They have scaly bodies, claws, horns, small wings, and tails, and occasionally spikes. Dragonoids can transform into small dragons only around the size of horses. Dragonoids can fly in dragon states, but not being complete dragons, the flightlungs in their bodies do not carry them as far, meaning they cannot fly for as long as they please or it could suffocate them; They can also not fly as high (above the clouds or near, etc) because they do not have flightlungs like normal dragons and cannot take the lack of oxygen. They cannot breathe elements, but they can click their teeth together to make sparks, but it won't go any farther then that.

Sneakers

Rat like, pitch black little creatures with no tail, but razor sharp teeth and claws, that travel in very large groups. They hunt together and are not afraid to prey on creatures much larger then them. They are about the size of a large rat, and are very dangerous when the groups are large enough. They enjoy mostly eating humans, seeing as they are the easiest to take down for them, but being in such large groups, it is not near enough to satisfy their hunger. They reside in mostly every area that has lots of sunlight, but they cannot survive in cold or rainy areas.

Skydivers

Stingray like creatures with thorns going down their backs and tails, and sharp claws on their legs and feet, these creatures have said to evolved from stingrays from the ocean to the great skies. They now prey on anything thats a bit smaller then them or near their size. They're above twice the size of a regular humanoid being, but they themselves are prey to things such as Dragons and Rocs

Forest traps

A seed of a very dangerous plant made by humans to try and produce a manmade organic security system. This came out very wrong when what we call a forest trap was developed. A forest trap is a brown plant that grows under ground of humid forests. It stays quiet and mostly sleeps under the earth. It can do this for years before dying of hunger, but once something steps on the ground above it, it's stem shoots its head up and it attempts to eat whatever stepped above it. These creatures are edible as they can be used for healthy illness curing herbs, but they're very difficult to get to.

Dragon

A dragon is a massive reptilian creature that has the power of flight and breathe elements, which element(s) depending on the species. Dragons range widely in size and tempers, most have been known for being wise, and calmy collected. Normally dragons will not leave home unless looking for food, being so large, this is difficult. Normally females will depend on their mate for meals, especially when protecting a nest of eggs. When dragons see air ships, if massive enough, they will assume this is an approaching enemy.

Roc

A roc is a giant eagle-like bird that flies about the skies of Gaea. Rocs are omnivores, but they only have sharp carnivore teeth. They will usually hunt small dragons, wyverns, or skydivers. They are a very peaceful creature unless they feel provoked or dangered, mostly to protect their young, or if they are specially trained to attack anything that enters an area it isn't supposed to be in. If starved long enough, Rocs will eat their own eggs to live.

Wyvern

Wyverns are basically a small dragon, and do not have four legs, only two hind legs and their front arms are a massive pair of wings. Wyverns are a very peaceful creature. They cannot breathe elements, they only use their sharp hind claws and teeth to battle. Wyverns cannot fly, they must glide with the winds gust, normally they can be found in dense forests or mountainous areas. They are very easy to tame, and do not very often attack anything unless hungry, which only ranges to skydivers and sneakers, mostly to only feed their young since wyverns can starve themselves for months without dying.

Thunder birds

Thunder birds are like giant dark brown birds that have two heads, one on its neck and one on its stomach., and is always shrouded in thunder clouds, almost like a coat. fly all around the land, normally targeting medium sized dragons, wyverns or rocs. Otherwise, they are peaceful, and try to avoid contact with any kind of airship. Thunderbirds normally travel in groups of 4/5 individuals. For many years, Thunderbirds have been known to attack and try to kill any phoenix they see. If a baby phoenix is left unattended and a thunderbird sees it. It will stay at the unattended baby and painfully torment it until it dies from bloodloss.

Phoenix

Phoenix' are a bird of fire that mostly flies around sunny areas and it's fire only enlights things ablaze when it lets it's fire spread. This bird is a very wise creature, it is clever and can understand human language well. Phoenix usually live alone or only with their children. Unlike thunderbirds, they do not mate for life, it is a one time deal. Phoenix' never die, this is a fact. If they do, they are reborn from their own ashes as a baby phoenix, but they will grow at a fast pace. For as long as this world has thrived, The phoenix and thunderbird have been mortal enemies. Phoenix' are not as normally violent as a thunderbird, and will not attack their young as they do not attack enemies while they're at their weakest point.

Arctic hunter

Arctic hunters are ice-blue humanoid creatures that have spiked backs, clawed feet and hands, and all sorts of weapons made out of ice. They reside strictly in Frost Hirgon in large groups called tribes. They speak their own language to one another and are overall very harmless. They will only attack beings if they are hungry, or if their queen is threatened. This tribe of creatures is strictly male except the Queen female, all other females will be killed. The female is very fat and never leaves her cave, she supplies her own armies by thousands.

Ice Sucker

Ice Suckers are a very long tape-worm like parasite that lives in Frost hirgon, mostly living under the ice and snow. When above the snow, it slithers about freely. Its thin body is no laughing matter, as it can easily strangle victims to death, but normally it only feeds on dead skin cells lost by other creatures. The smaller ones will simply latch onto someones skin like a leach and slowly sink into their skin to the point where major surgery is needed to remove it. If it is not removed soon, it will release its eggs into the bloodstream of the victim. These eggs will cause the victims bloodstream to completely freeze over, killing them in a matter of 2-1 days.

Snow jumpers

Snow jumpers are lizards with skin flaps connecting from their arms to their legs. They are completely white with pink eyes. They do not need to eat very often, they live off of water from the snow thats around them. They travel in large groups, but they are very small. For life, they cling to the skin of other beings, not sucking the blood, but eating some of the fat that is digested. This can cause very fast weight loss. .

Clockwork Coocoo

Antaeous was much too polluted to house actual birds, as all the birds that flew the skies before this were killed by the smoke and polluted air. The people of Antaeous missed the beautiful sounds of the birds, so they made Clockwork coocoos. Clockwork coocoos are mechanical birds that act the same as normal birds except they do not need to eat, and they do not need to be powered by anything but pollution. The birds are programed to make every bird sound known to man at certain times of the day. Only some of these birds are programmed to attack people who seem suspicious entering the city

Feathered Serpant

Feathered serpents are massive feathered snakes that slither around any place with lots of forest mass. They usually keep themselves curled around trees and sleep or just eat small creatures like sneakers or wounded sky gliders. They can easily strangle and eat creatures a bit bigger then them, but the most satisfying meals are humanoids.

Leviathan (Sea serpant)

Leviathans are massive snake/dragon like reptiles that reside at the bottom of massive water masses. They feed on large fish and smaller sea creatures. They enjoy wrecking ships and boats, as if it gave them amusement. These beasts can mainly be found in Gaea, or in the oceans under Gomelin.

Griffin

Griffins are only a bit bigger then a wyvern. They are the mixture of a Lion and an eagle. They were gentle creatures to most humanoids, until they had tried to kill them all because of their thick fur and feathers being excellent resources for clothing. These beasts now reside in the mountains of Gomelin and Frost Hirgon, but others still wandered. They hunt anything smaller then them, and most of them will attack anything that ranges from a human or elf, they will attack. The ones that are in frost Hirgons feathers and fur have become thicker and much more resistance to the cold.

Chimera

Chimeras were created in labs by Scientists who craved to make the perfect animal, the most vicious animal, or the nicest animal. Chimeras are a mixture of many different animals and range widely in size and appearance. All the same about them is, they are always aggressive and violent, and are always in pain. The attack anything they see out of blind range and agony. They do not live a long lifespan, only up to 5 years, but they grow fast. Aside from being artificially made, they can reproduce.

Parcher

Parchers live in Naracion in large herds and groups. They are only the size of a regular horse, and are known for their insane speed. They are mostly feathered all over their bodies, except for their long scaly tails, spikes down their necks and backs, long legs and heads. Their heads look like snake heads, and they have a large feathery crown on it. Their tongue always seems to be sticking out. Their feet are hoofed. They are called parcher because they never need water. Their main meals are sand and small insects. They are basic transportation for people in Naracion, and only attack people if spooked or frightened.

Sand Devil

Sand devils are extremely large worms with a rotating set of teeth in it's mouth and spikes going down it's body. They always dig through the deserts of Naracion, mostly eating Parchers and the inhabitants of Naracion. They are always hungry and their high metabolism forces them to continue eating. They also jump up high and try to catch skydivers that fly above the sandstorms.

Arachnabot

Arachnabots are mechanical spiders, at first made to help people build things, but they all went rogue. They mostly live everywhere, trees, cities, but mostly they thrive in the slums of Antaeus. They are extremely hostile, and when they will attempt to attack using their mechanical teeth or by spraying nurotoxin. They are not much of a threat alone, but they are dangerous in large numbers.

Folir/Folira
Danger level = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Folir, the male and Folira, the female. Folira/Folir are a deer like creature that is completely white, has clawed hooves and a long scaled tail. They have large antlers and usually, moss will grow on them, and they are quite large. The only difference from Folir, the male, is that Folira have no antlers don't have claws on their hooves, and females are slightly smaller. They travel in groups of 12/14 and often the dominant male will be the largest and have the biggest antlers. If a weaker male tries to appose him, and loses, it will be forced to leave the herd. These animals are dangered and were once hunted, only now found at Gaea and very few at Fáreryniel and Gomelin. They will never attack anyone, the most they will do is try to spook someone by doing fake charges, but will never attack if attacked.

Rosen

Rosen are a mammal animal and a plant put into one. They are badger-sized animals with long feathery tail, with seemingly roses growing from them. The creature has no ears, no mouth, and no eyes, but it does have two vines sticking up where ears are supposed to be. It can sense the heat of other beings and hear and feel vibration. Its body is mostly a blonde color except for the roses and vines on its body. It has large claws for clawing into tree trunks for homes. On its back grows a large flower pod that houses up to 50 eggs. This animal is strictly female and breeds asexually, using her own hormones to create new life. They feed by absorbing sunlight and water through their skin. They run at the sight of danger and will only attack if backed into a corner. They thrive in Gomelin, Fáreryniel and Gaea, but mostly in Gomelin.

Hydra

Hydras are large reptiles that walk on four legs, and have a smooth slimy body and tail. They normally only have up to three heads, and they can breathe toxins. Cutting off a Hydras head causes another to grow in its place, as well as the one that was cut off. Hydras are very aggressive, and will attack anything it sees, even another of its kind. They can be found mostly in the ruins of Naracion, but a very few amount can be found inside of Gomelin mountains.

Manticore
Danger level = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Manticores are have a black lion body, the face of a human male that seems to be twisted about, razor sharp teeth, and a scorpion tail. They are a strict male species, there are no females. Re population ways are unknown, but they are assumed to breed with the Sphinx' of the desert. They are aggressive and will attack mostly anything they see. They feed mostly off of parchers, and are easy prey themselves for Sand devils.

Harpy
Danger level = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Harpies are humanoid creatures that have bird legs, their arms are wings, and if female, a cluster of feathers cover their breasts. They have the power of speech, but are a ruthless tribe. Their feather colors range widely from red, purple, pink, black, brown, white, and silver. They mainly live in mountainous areas. Gomelin is the only place they're recorded to live. They live in uncountable large groups. .

Banshee
Danger level = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Banshis are a lingering spirit mainly of widowed or tormented before death women. They cannot physically touch anyone if they are conscious, but if unconscious, they can posses people. Their main weapons are extremely painful loud sounds; their voice, which can cause someone to black out. They are not much of threats, but still dangerous.

Sphinx
Danger level = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Sphinx are a tribe of female only creatures. They have the body of a lion, the face of a beautiful woman, and the wings of a large bird. The mane that most Sphinx' have is decorated with gold bangles or jewelry. They live in tribes, working together. Each has a different facial appearance, and are very beautiful. Sphinx are allied to manticores, the only reason being mating. Sphinx are normally a peaceful race unless someone comes into their territory or makes obvious threats to their lives. They can cause someone to become dreadfully ill, summon locusts and cause sandstorms. They are only strictly found in Naracion.

Succubus/Incubus
Danger level = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Succubi and Incubi range highly in appearance. They are normally only spiritual and can only harm an agonized sleeper. Incubus being the male, target only humanoid females, succubus being the female, target only human males. They grasp ahold of humanoids in their tormented slumbers and very painfully suck out their souls. They are hellspawns and can not be seen normally, only if caught while sucking out someones soul.

Basilisk
Danger level = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Basilisk range widely in appearance, but typically seen as a long snake like animal with fur, and two front legs to pull itself along, and two horns on the top of its head. If someone were to gaze into its eyes, they would become petrified. The only way to stop this, is to kill the Basilisk who did it. Basilisk are a rare sight, and mostly only seen when someone has brought upon a curse to a certain place.

Persian.

Persians were once humans that were cursed by Sphinx'. Persians wear Egyptian-like outfits and guard ruins, and will not be uncursed unless killed. They speak the human language and are aggressive only to those who enter sacred ruins. They use spells from the iron staffs they carry around with them. They appear in the form of humanoid cats. They can only be found in Naracion.

Dollies
Danger level = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10
Dollies' appear in the form of a toy red squid with six plushy tentacles and yellow button eyes. A lost soul clung to this toy, and it became forever bodied within it. Dollies are genderless, the only reason there is so many is because they can clone themselves, usually coming out with different personalities with each clone. They can speak fluent English, their voices mainly high and cute. They float all over naracion in flocks. They do not need sleep, and do not need to eat. They are harmless and will run away from any creature that causes a threat.

Early mornings come and go, but this one seemed so much more meaningful. The sun began to rise across the beautiful treetops of Fáreryniel, reflecting of the cool moist dew on the leaves and greenery. As the morning rose, the sweet calls of exotic birds let out their calls of sweet nothings, and shaking off the dew drops from their beautiful soft feathers. Animals could be heard barely awakening to the suns beautiful rising, some sleeping in to this glorious day. The sun got to a point of reflecting off of the windows of Fáreryniels city buildings. The inhabitants began to awake as well, as this beautiful lush land began to become full of life and activity. The birds had began to fly across the newly brought up suns raise, and the Folir could be heard lightly ramming antlers together as a morning exercise. Upon all the tall trees and greenery, upon one of the tallest trees, a figure could be seen only just standing up, and lifting a metal object over their shoulder. This beings golden hair blew with the morning breezy air, and it's strange elven ears twitched with the sound of flapping bird wings, just taking flight. A woman with beautiful hair and cat-like green eyes, moving her sleeved hand to her hair, the sleeve falling down to her elbow to reveal her hand as she ran it smoothly through her golden curled hair. A smile across her face, she moved what seemed to be, a copper and iron scythe to her side, the blade part of it at the branch of the tree as she leaned against the back of it with her elbow on it, and her hand moved to her cheek. Her eyes gleamed as they kept focus on the beautiful still rising sun. She looked to her left side at her oddly crafted weapon, hitting the blade with her boot, causing it to flip back up straight as she grabbed the handle of it with her hand, and laid it across her shoulder. She looked down to the ground, taking one step forward and falling off of the tree, halfway down, grabbing a hold of a branch that also had a long vine attached to it. She lifted her self on to the branch, wiping the sweat off her forehead from the sudden rush. She then jumped off the branch but quickly grabbed onto the vine of the branch, sliding down while holding the vine with only one hand, her scythe thrown over her shoulder with the other, her legs crunched up to her stomach as she slid down the vine. Her legs stretched back out as she reached the ground, releasing the vine and looking at the green mark on her hand from her skin being rubbed against the vine at such a fast pace, and so tight as well. She rubbed it against the side of her shirt, removing most of the greenery but not all. She ignored the rest, and set off toward the city of Fáreryniel. She had not been here in a very long time, as she had been traveling and slept in a tree, the one she was standing in before she touched to the ground. She was eager to see her 'family' again, but not sure if they would be the same to her since they told her never to return, but, she just couldn't resist after such along time.

Status: Surprised and Thankful / Deep in the city of Fáreryniel




A bright light had shown throughout the beautiful Elven City, as there were not a cloud in sight it seemed. Which meant it was a great day for sailing through the blue skies.
The Island of Fáreryniel was already in quite its chatter; many of its elves and other creatures up and about early in the morning, almost before the sun rose on its green and rich beauty. The main city itself was also busy, as many elves that lived in it must be awake to start their days just as early, their wildlife counterparts in the forest area living their lives.
Inside the city it was almost as busy as the humanoid's home Antaeus; Elves were walking here and there, doing their daily rehearsals of life, marketing for new products, inventing new hopes or not, gears whirrring through some of their technology to opening doors or some sort of trick in the middle of the street. Just another day in paradise, one regular would tell you.
From the distance a particular dark-skinned elf, her hair short but a bright silver, her eyes an unnatural beautiful bright sky blue. Her near-olive corset and grey clothing had almost belnded in with the crowd, but her hair and eyes would stick out like a soar thumb as she ventured her way towards a certain shop, it being named "Fáreryniel's Finest Figures".
She opened the door , gears making their greeting sounds as a small ting was heard, indicating someone had entered the shop of inventions and other impressive nick-nacks.
Almost as soon as the dark-skinned elf entered the doorway, a small man, about the size of a 7-year-old human child, walked up to see who his guest was.
"Zee!" The short-legged man greeted the dark-skinned woman, his nose pointed and his ears curved like the elf's, but its tip curved down. His short arms opened wide and greeted the Elf when she crouched down, her arms opening and they both caressed each other in a hug. after they had released each other, the dark elf stood up and the small man had walked over towards his counter which seemed like it was twice his height.
"And hows Xander's daughter doin?" He said, waddling behind the counter and then taking a set of stairs to appear taller than his countertop.

"Fantastic, thanks fer askin'." She said, herself walking to the counter and leaning her arm and elbow on it. Her baggy capris, still tucked in her knee-high stitched boots, almost seem to stuck on the wall of the counter as she looked at the small man, and then around the shop of gears and wizzes.
"Good, Good!" He responded back to her, their accent and change of human English heard in their voices. "What brings ya 'ere den, Zmarah?"

"I'm heading out of town again." Zmarah said, her hand lifted to push her goggles back in place as they were starting to slid down her face. "One o' the Lord's Senators has had enough of hearin' about the bandits in Gaea, so he and a few noblemen will be visiting there."
"An you were asked ta join em?" the small man said as he rubbed his buzzed-cutted head, knocking his glasses off, and placing them back on casually. His accent was more deeper and his English was more poor than Zmarahs, but as long as he was understood, no body cared.
Zmarah nodded, a smile on her face. Her thumb pointed at her chest

"I'm leading the group there myself. They're bringin some new men from Antaeus, so I was told to keep an eye on em, you know?" She and the man giggled at the thought; They knew it was an uneasy truce between the humans and the elves. It made them seem like they were the only two species in the planet, and they were very competitive against one another.
"Aiiight, and what ya need fom me?" the man said, his arm and greasy elbow now on the counter.

"Some new toys to play with while I'm gone. Have anything in mind, Toc?" Zmarah smiled at her father's friend.
He however did not smile back. he frowned as he looked at his dirty fingers. "' Im 'fraid i got nutin this time Zee." He said as his voice was down like his eyes. "Shipment was cut. Dey say pirates was seen 'round here taking shet from our ships." He sighed. Zmarah frowned as well, but she tried not to be so down on her friend.

"Alright, Toc. Thanks anyways. I'll jus' take the usual then."
"Righto!" Toc saluted Zmarah, and then rummaged behind the counter, him stepping off the steps as he grabbed a few small cardboard boxes that were just barely bigger than his hand.
He placed two boxes on the counter, and then a small amulet.
Zmarah picked up the amulet and looked at it curiously.

"Whats this Toc?" She said, looking at the bright colored jewel as it was framed with silver metal and the string was a hard dried thin golden color.
Toc kept his eyes down as he stood back on the steps.
"I found it when I was gone fom town fo a few ." He said, his dusted thumbs twiddling with one another. "The jewels' made o' pure Zyncon, dyed to look like its only emerald."

"Zyncon?? But thats nearly impossible to find." Zmarah's eyes widened at the jewel, and then to Toc"Did you go to Frost Hirgon?"
the man shook his head. "Nah. Ah wandered Antaeus and saw a merchant selling it. The tard aint know silver from aluminin, so i got a sweet deal." He looked up with a smile, but his eyes were soft.
"I wan you to have it."
Zmarah smiled and wrapped her arms around her short friend

"Thanks Toc. I'll cherish it." She said, and they both knew she would.
She put the amulet in her pocket, not wanting to show this prized possession to the public, and she grabbed the boxes and put them in her small pouch on her belt.
"Be back! Don make me find ya meself!" he said as she was already walking; she had lost track of time and would soon have to leave.
She smiled and waved at her friend before yelling I will! and heading out the door into the large crowd.

He spun the helm wildly, the sweat pouring from his dirt-stained face. Making a complete 360, the sky craft responded to the slightest touch, much less a fling of the helm THIS hard. "Man the tulley-ropes. Secure the nets. RAISE THE GODDAMN HIYODA CRYSTAL, We need more lift!" Just as he finished speaking a jaw shaking explosion erupted from beneath the helm. He struggled to maintain control just as his crew were preparing their parawings. "I wont give up yet!" He said with a brusque smile. The pirates were gaining, but no matter how much they attack they wouldn't be able to take down the Windsurfer. As they came to the edge of Fareryniel. The people could hear the explosions as the turrets began to sprout from the bottom of the ship. They were fully loaded and prepared to kick some a** when a second pirate ship began to come in from the west. He groaned. Today was gonna be a long day. "I want all weaponry ready, STAT!" He yelled as his crew ran to and fro. At once it was all ready and he smiled as a battle was about to take place. The bullet cases rained on Fareryniel like a monsoon and the pirate ships splintered until almost all usefulness had been drained from them. Just as he thought the battle was won, A grenade fell 3 feet from him. He kicked it hard and it sailed down into the city. He grimaced as he knew the bill would come to him. He hoped to knock the ships off outside of town. This was starting to be a looooong day...

The girl walked through the lush green forest, a cool breeze blowing her hair in the wind as she walked. A herd of Folira and Folir had raised their heads from grazing, to look at the passing strange female as their ears twitched and raised, their white beautiful fur glistening in the sunlight. Once she had passed, they slowly moved their heads back to the greenery of the forest, plucking leaves from vines that stretched out from the trees, and of the small bush patches all over the forest floor. Tropical birds cleaned their feathers and bodies in the trees, tweeting sweet melodies as the day rose. The seemingly elven girls ears raised a bit as she saw a clearing of the forest, leading into the city of Fáreryniel. The path was kind of covered by dirt and mud, and moss was growing on it. She opened her mouth with a smile, revealing her strange sharp teeth as she began to trip and stumble through the rough thick greenery to get to the path. Once she got out of the greenery completely, she stumbled and almost fell but caught herself and ran to the path and began running towards the city, swaying her free arm to and fro, using her other hand to carry her scythe over her shoulder. She began to enter the city immediately slowing down and walking normally, moving her free arm to her side. She looked about as she entered the thick crowd of elven. She walked through it calmly and collected but a bit nervous as well. Some of the elves began to direct their attention to her, and she could tell they were staring at her ears, and of course, some of them remembered her. They had a hateful look in their eyes. She nervously moved both her hands to her ears to cover them to prevent herself from further embarrassment, but her copper and iron scythe dropped from her hand, clinging against the concrete ground and making a loud clanging noise. She flinched as the noise echoed as her cheeks turned red from feeling clumsy. She quickly bent over and picked it back up with one of her hands, the other moving up to her goggles, as she jerked them down and adjusted the strap to cover most of her ears. Some of the elves laughed at her for being such a clumsy woman. Her face became more red then before as she began to shuffle fast through the crowd, until she heard a loud 'Bang'! Her ears perked, and from her sudden movement, her goggles tumbled down to her neck, resting on her collar bone as she looked towards the end of town, seeing an air ship not docking, but it seemed distressed. She ran towards the scene immediately, being highly concerned, carrying her scythe behind her, moving her free left arm to and fro once again. She skidded looked up at the air ship, although it was not that big, she still heard a lot of action going up on it. Her ears twitched as she suddenly heard a clanging noise next to her foot, her green cat-like eyes looking down towards the source of the noise. A.. Grenade had landed near her feet. Her eyes widened and her ears perked up a great deal before she stepped back a bit in shock "S- Shiiiit!" She said right before the grenade went off with a great sound, and she had dived and jumped to the side, landing violently on the ground and knocking her head very hard, groaning a bit as the explosion still roared.

Status: Angered but worried / Outskirts of the City of Fáreryniel




Zmarah had walked out of her friends shop, but almost as soon as the gears stopped whirring and the door was shut, she heard a large explosion nearby.
She turned her head quickly to see the scenery, and the impact of the explosion cause a gust of win towards her, pushing everyone through the town, and her, backwards. Her body was pushed, knocking right back into Toc's shop, the gears being forced to speed open as she fell on the ground, her body halfway inside the shop doorway.
"The shet whaz that??" The short man exclaimed, seeing the view from inside his domain. She got herself back up and almost growled with annoyance. Obviously someone was messing with the elves, and that was not a good idea.

"Im gonna find out" she said, scurrying back to her feet, and then darting out of the shop once more, taking a quick look from side to side and seeing the many people fallen down and wandering what had happened, and she darted off in the direction of where she had heard and seen the explosion come from.

As she neared the outskirts of the city, she could see this was the place where the explosion held; rubble and soot was everywhere, and fire burned partial buildings and small crates as many elves hurriedly rushed to the scene with water and other means of putting out the fires as Zmarah could hear them question this event.
Her eyes turned to seeing airships up above, and she let out another growl. Humans.. The first thought came to mind as she clenched her dark toned hand into a fist.
Attempting to keep herself calmed, she wandered around looking for any victims of the explosions that were alive and not a pile of wood waiting to happen. Her eyes set on a womans arm that was shown, the rest of her seeming to be covered in rubble and burnt bits.
She ran over to the pile and started to take large amounts off, seeing this lighter-skinned woman with such curly blonde hair, though it was dirty at the same time. She was amazed to see this woman completely fine; she was not injured, not a scratch or anything. That was impressive.

"Are you alright??" She said as her body crouched beside her. By the looks of it she seemed just fine, but maybe the explosion might have injured her where she couldnt see, or it may have traumatized her.

He heard the explosion as he realized what had happened; but he had no time to worry about it. The pirates wanted the cargo, and badly. The turrets underneath fired once again and one of the pirate ships was blown to the ground right outside of town. Alright he thought, one down one more to go! As he began to encircle the city, the other pirate ship gained. It was damaged, but still holding up. He groaned as he whipped around and held his gun steadfast, one hand on the trigger and the other on the helm. The gun rested against his side as he pulled the trigger and the gun slammed into the side of his leg. He winced with pain but smiled shortly after, seeing the pirate sail and rotor fall to the earth with a thundering bang. He had won. He hurriedly began the descent to land, hoping that he wouldnt be raided or turned away. He was dreadfully sorry this had happened to their city, and was ready to either pay or work off the damages. He hated putting people out of ease, especially like this. As he tried to explain the situation to many people, they only responded in rage and confusion on what was happening. Questions like 'Why were they attackin ya?' and 'If youre being chased, whyd ya land here?' His head swam from the confusion and his crew began explaining the entire ordeal with him.

The Explosion continued to rage, as she was slightly being pushed back. She felt her helmet being blown off and released her scythe quickly, grabbing the top of her head and shoving her helmet back down so it wouldn't blow away. Her scythe clanged to the ground, and the gust blew her scythe to the side, she flinched and turned her head to the direction of it, "N- No!" She cried out as the scythe skidded with a clanging noise across the ground. The gust had picked up greatly all of a sudden, making her close her eyes tightly and grip her helmet tighter, being blown slightly more as her head hit one of the metal light polls pretty hard. She flinched and bit her lower lip as the gust had finally stopped. She panted heavily, keeping her eyes closed and shaking violently from the head trauma she had acquired. She began to open her eyes, as she did she heard the words "Are you alright?" from another woman voice, her eyes completely opened, as a bit of blood began to run down from the middle of her forehead, from the head trauma, considering her head was hit very hard twice. She put an 'A OK' smile across her lips, holding up her left hand, doing a thumbs up. "I'm fine. Really.." She said as she moved her hand to rub the blood dripping from her forehead. It stung very lightly once she touched her forehead, so she flinched a bit and frowned, biting her lower lip with the single fang sticking out her mouth. She then jolted up and her eyes widened and she began to look around frantically. Her scythe which was blown away somewhere was no where in sight that she could see. Her ears raised to the sound of many voices talking, and other individuals that seemed distressed. She looked over to them, seeing a crew of humans, and the elves of the city seemed to be arguing with them. Her ears twitched a bit, as she tilted her head to the side, quite concerned about if the elves were going to harm these 'humans' that had entered the city. And what of this other girl? She thought as she turned her head back to look at her. She was surprised someone was actually concerned about her. Normally, most of the elves disliked her, thought of her as a burden or just plain didn't care about her existence.

Status: Frustrated / Outskirts of the City of Fáreryniel




Her eyes widened a bit as she woman had stood up, giving her a thumbs up and a smile stating she was okay, although she could just barely see a trail of her blood on her head. She then had just noticed the womans ears. They were... different. Odd. And what was with her eyes? They were that of a Reptiles...
Zmarah's trail of thought was disturbed as her ears too went up to the sound of argument. She looked from the woman to where a crowd was drawing, and she then patted the woman on her back, giving her a thumbs up as well.

"You got lucky surviving that explosion." She said to her, still wondering about her ears.
after her little congratulations on the blonde, she then made her way through the elves as they gathered around a group of people, humans, as they seemed to cause quite an uproar.
How did I know... she thought, pushing her way through. Her motions stopped once she heard a familiar voice.
Shet, how did the Senator get here?? She thought in her head, rubbing her temple in frustration as she heard him bellow out louder than anyone in the entire crowd of angered elves.
"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?" His voice seemed to have boomed, he and a few others that had seem to follow behind him part the crowd, honoring their Senator.
He stood in the middle of the crowd, in front of the humans, and looked at them from one human to the other. He cleared his throat from his yelling before he could speak again.
"Ahem, I am Senator picture-standard-video-games-avalon-code-old-elf-guy-199525-nat-preview-1e1ba091.jpg]Avalon, and, As a Representative of the Lord himself, and, all of Fáreryniel, I demand an explanation as to this chaos you have brought us."
The crowd murmured and nodded in agreement to their Senator.
"Who is the Captain of this crew?" He asked, looking at the one in the center of the group that stood in front of them all.
Zmarah shook her head and muttered to herself.

"He isnt supposed to be here.. He was supposed to be at the Docking Bay..." Her voice could barely be heard, unheard by any normal human ears, but a couple elves that were around her glanced at the dark elf, but went back to the center of the crowd as they awaited the Humans' response.

He noticed how much of an effect the battle had on the bustling city of peace folk. His arms moved up from his gun in a sign of peace. "I was only seeking refuge from the pirates, I swear!" His pleas were drowned out by the roaring cries of 'peace-breaker' and 'murderer'. These comments made him want to live already, but he had planned to stop either way for provisions. There was a dignified man that all of the elves seemed to respect and as he approached he bowed, as he knew was custom. He asked his question and walked forward of all the others. "I am the captain, but sir you must realize, the attacks weren't our fault! Those were the bandits andor pirates from Frost! They wanted our cargo but we needed to land. We made sure to rid them from falling in the city but i think a stray grenade might've fallen. Anyone injured has our deepest sympathies, and we can pay for any damages. Although; Do not try to make fools of us. We know our prices well." He resumed an erect stance as he too was an authority figure, and couldn't be seen as bowing down to another for too long or else he would have mutiny on his ship.
