The days have been long and the nights longer since Kuro-Yume has seen Amu. Dreaming of her wasn't helping the poor Stallion. His humming bird friend resting on one of Kuro-Yume's ears. He is watching his horse friend looking so sad. It wasn't like Kuro to let something like this get to him. After all both agreed to leave it in Fate's hands. But right now Kuro is calling Fate evil and cold hearted.
Trotting a bit as he looks about searching for Amu. "She is always on my mind. Why can't fate see that? Why can't fate be kind and send her back to me? Or send me to her?" He sighs a bit as he looks at the ground then nibbles on the grass. Thinking of Amu.

Amu had spent days trying to ignore the fact that her heart had skipped a beat when he had called her his lady. Amu didn't have anyone to give her advice on what she should do or what to do next. It was times like this she wished she had a best friend to talk to or even a mother. Amu had moved to a different part of the forest, one with lots of flowers and was nibbling grass as her thoughts wondered.
She did miss the stallion but she wondered if things were moving to fast and rather to soon. Amu was no longer hungry so she laid in the grass surrounded by lots of pretty daisies and many other flowers. Her eyes closed as she tried to be reasonable about what it is she should do next. He did make her feel complete when she was around him and now that she has not seen him or been around him for a few days, she feels like she is missing a part of her.
Her mind made up, she got to her hooves and trotted out of the flower field. She didn't want to seem to eager to find him or miss him by taking her time going to the old field where she roamed. A groan escaped as she realized how stupid all of it probably was but she didn't want to miss her chance and wonder the stupid question, what if? Her hooves began moving faster as she broke out into a solid run, she raced back to the lake first. She reached the opening and slowed to a trotting pace, she looked around and didn't see Kuro or any other stallion or even a mare. The place was bare but the water remained, she walked over to the water and looked into it seeing her own reflection.
She began to wonder if she really was foolish, she should probably just let fate run its course like they had agreed upon but she wanted to feel whole again. She bent her head lower and began to drink from the water, she needed to get a drink before she took off running in search of her love.

Kuro was back in his home land. Where His Teepee mates are. It is in the forest and he is out of slight of them all because he doesn't want to be seen in his state of self pity. He wants to see Amu again. He feels so empty without her. Like he is nothing. Sighing Kuro decides that he can't leave this to Fate. Part of him is missing and he can't live with that fact at all.
He stops as he tosses his head a bit. "Hey Kai. Fly up and infront of me. I am going to find my love. My lady.. The one who holds my heart and keeps it a glow." Kai goes up into the sky and nods as he leads the way for Kuro to follow. Happy to see his friend has had his spirit lifted. Once in the lead Kuro follows Kai staying behind him and trotting looking about looking for his pink beauty.
"I will find her." He said as his heart is racing as he is looking for a nice green maybe covered in flowers field that would fit his love perfectly.

Amu finished getting her fill of water and decided to check the field where they first met. She began to race back to the field and once she arrived she noticed that it was bare as well. It was bringing her down that she couldn't find him. It was her own fault because she stayed away and wanted to ignore it. She laid down in the grass and noticed that she was crying. Tears were actually falling from her eyes, she couldn't figure out why until she finally let the emotions hit her, she wasn't going to ignore it anymore. She truly missed him and was upset with herself for trying to avoid him.

At a full out run Kuro headed toward the first place they meet. Following Kai he looks seeing something pink laying in the Grass. Was it her. He smiles but doesn't have time to stop so he spreads out his wings and leaps over her before touching down on the ground in front of her. Folding in his wings after flapping them so hard that the flower petals in the area flow around him as he turns to face her.
His wings now folded in and at his sides he bows after looking at her. "Sorry my lady did I keep you waiting?" He spoke in a charming voice as he ends the bow and stands up straight. He tilts his head a bit as Kai lands on his back.

Amu had stopped crying but when she heard the sound of wings and then he was there in front of her, it seemed to real. "Kuro?" Amu got to her feet and seemed to be just staring at him. She couldn't believe that it was really him! Her hooves seemed to be moving on their own as she walked up to him and she turned her head to the right and nuzzled him. Tears began to fall from her eyes once again because she finally felt whole again.

Kuro feeling Amu crying as where she is nuzzling him gets wet. "Amu did I do something wrong?" He wonders as he nuzzles her back. Spreading his wings a bit having them arched up a bit as if he is protective of her. "I am so happy I found you. I felt so empty and lost without you even though I only spent one day with you. The one day was even for you to take hold of my heart and keep it a glow." He smiles and nuzzles her more. Kai staying on Kuro's back enjoying the feeling of love in the air. It was wonderful and this was a start of something new.

Amu tried to stop her tears and shook her head but decided he couldn't hear her brains rattle. "You didn't do anything wrong, I did." She seemed to mumble her words and stopped nuzzling him to look at him. "I was lost without you, I was afraid and wanted to ignore it but I missed you." She admitted how she really felt and then it hit her that he said a day. A laugh slipped her lips and she shook her head. "Its been six days Kuro not one." Amu giggled harder and laid back down in the grass but peered down at the grass this time.

Kuro looking at Amu a bit and smiles. "I was trying to forget that we were apart for that long." His wings still out like he is telling any other stallion that might be in the area that Amu is his. He stands come to her smiling. "I am glad that I didn't do something wrong. I would hate to upset you in any way." Kai flies down and lands on a Flower near Amu. While Kuro watches his love. His heart full and glowing so bright now that he is with her again.

Amu smiled at Kuro and stood back up just to nuzzle him again. She decided to spread her wings and it casted a larger shadow of her body. "You didn't upset me but I think I upset upset you." She told him and really thought that he would be the one upset with her.

"I am not upset.. So no worries you didn't upset me at all. I am really happy." Kuro said with a smile and it shows that he is happy. Besides he couldn't be upset with Amu not at all. She was everything he loved and needed. He could never be upset with her at all.

Amu began to frown because she wondered how he could possibly be happy. "How are you so happy?" She decided the best way to know the answer is to ask the question. But instead of looking at him and waiting for an answer, she folded her wings against her body and looked down as she backed away. He didn't deserve someone like her, she left him for several days all because she was trying to ignore the bond they held between them.

"Because I got to see you again. That is why I am happy." He folds his wings to his sides and then lays down. He looks at her tilting his head a bit looking cute. His childish manner still a big part of him. He isn't sure what she is thinking as he shakes a bit wondering if he did something wrong to upset her. "I missed you. That isn't wrong is it?"

Amu felt the tears burn her eyes and she tried to hold them in but they decided to fall anyways. She raised her head and looked at him, really looked. In her eyes she saw a stallion who cared a great deal about her and loved her with everything he was. It was really wrong of her to try and run from him and the fact that she felt the same way. This mare was officially tired of running and she let the tears stream. She moved back by his side and laid beside him. Her head rested against him and she began to nuzzle him. "Of course its not wrong that you missed me." She managed to get the words from her mouth before adding more. "I missed you too." She decided to be honest with herself and him.
