"Iiin the jungle, the miiighty jungle, the liiiooon sleeps toniiiight!"
Xavier tried to shake off the vulture on his back. "STOP THAT!" With longer ears, he tended to hear things better. Including Vunde's horrible singing. "Spare me your singing, you sound like you are DYING!" Why did he have a vulture again? Oh yes, the vulture just seemed to like him. "Why are you even singing that 'orrible song? It's offensive!"
Leaning over, the vulture clicked his beak a bit. "How is it offensive? There ARE lions in the jungle, you know... Though I'm not sure how they hunt there, that's more a leopard's place, if you ask me..." He ruffled his feathers, then looked up. "I spy with my little eye, something that's black and can fly!"
The green-coated god stopped, lifting his head and long ears, looking around. "Another bird?" Mkodi help him if it was another vulture like Vunde...

It wasn't another bird that was for sure. She was pretty sure she wasn't a bird anyway, she wasn't the last time she checked. She had found the pair, she had been away for a little while and she wanted to come back and spend some time with them again. She knew that she wanted to and she also wanted to tell them the news of her being able to see, she wondered if they were curious. She enjoyed spending time with them and as far as she could tell they enjoyed her company too.
She flapped her wings a little slower before landing herself beside the males. Her normal sad but sweet smile was still on her face. She looked at the two males and the nodded her head before flicking her tail behind her and then flopped down on her haunches. "Gentlemen." She nodded at them once again before leaning over easily and nuzzling Xavier. "Hello Vunde." she grinned toward him to make sure he knew that she was talking to him, she always wanted to make sure that he was acknowledged too.

Xavier felt a smile grow on his usually sour-expressioned maw. "Abla, it is good to see you again!" He rumbled a bit as he rubbed against her, ears twitching lightly. He looked her over, taking everything in. "'Ow are you doing lately? Is Mkodi treating you well?" He certainly hoped so, at least! It felt like he was fairing well enough, that was for sure.
The vulture ruffled his feathers a bit, puffing up. "Oh, good, I was worried you wouldn't remember me!" He let out an indignant squawk when Xavier shook his back. "Hey, I'm hangin' on here! Watch it!" He hopped down a bit more, before sinking his claws into the black mane running down the god's back.

Abla was happy to see the smile come to the male's face. She knew that it was a rare thing. Something that really didn't come around often and because of that she was pretty surprised, she wasn't going to lie. But it still made her happy. "It is very good to see you!" She chuckled before flicking her tail around. "I visited my brother for a little while. And Mkodi is treating me very well. I have my sight back and not only that but there is word amongst the lands that a child from a lost litter is wandering these lands." She shook some dirt out of her body before turning toward the vuture once again.
"Ah! How could I forget you!?" She chuckled some leaning toward him and nuzzling the bird. She knew weather Xavier admitted to it or not the Vulture was good company and in some ways kept Xavier out of trouble. Once again if he wanted to admit it or not.

Not that Xavier would EVER admit that either the vulture or the hare were good company... He glared at the bird, before something clicked. He looked at Abla in surprise. "You... You can see? That is WONDERFUL news!" It made him happy and ecstatic that she could see! "I should tell Ni'andama to 'ave 'er little pride celebrate this!"
The vulture looked at the male god, one brow going up. "And here I thought you didn't like them..." He paused, preening a bit. "Or at least, not fond of them." He paused, contemplating a moment. "How WOULD we all celebrate? I mean... It's something worth celebrating, but how?"

"Yes!" she giggled some as she looked at him, her eyes were bright, they were still the same color. "It's just a little blurry, but it's great, I'm happy to be able to see anything." She laughed some flicking her hair out of her eyes once again. She bumped into him playfully and then nipped at his ear. She liked to play around with others. "That sounds fun." she grinned ear to ear and then she flicked her tail around. "We could celebrate however." She commented simply flicking her tail around then smiled at her. "I don't know, I mean it doesn't have to be big but like I said it'll be fun."

The male tilted his head, thinking. "Just 'ow could we celebrate, though?" There was nobody around at the moment, just them and Vunde. After a moment, he looked at Vunde. "You, go get something to 'elp us celebrate! Make yourself useful for once..." With a shake, he sent the bird to the ground, before shoving him with a hind paw.
Vunde let out an indignant squawk, once again, this time for being displaced. He fluttered his wings a bit, glaring up at the male god. "What, do you expect me to WALK?" The snap and hiss he received sent him flying. "Oh, fine, fine, I'll FLY to find whatever it is you want!"

Abla chuckled at the antics of the male and the bird. She always found it amusing when they would argue and go back and forth. Maybe they actually didn't but Abla felt as if they really cared about eachother. She laughed some as she watched the bird fly into the air. She chuckled and moved toward Xavier. "It's nice to have you for some company." She said with a small smile on her face, laying down by his side. She was very glad to have friends like that int he pride.

"Actually, I just wanted 'im to go away..." The male lay down, his long ears flicking toward Abla. Which had to look funny, with him facing generally the same direction, making one ear stand right up with the other to the side. Settling his chin on Abla, he let out a puff of air, watching in amusement as it moved her hair. "You are enjoying 'aving vision, oui?" He thought a moment. "Le monde est un endroit magnifique pour vous maintenant, je parie." The male then paused, making a face. "Excusez-moi, some old 'abbits die... VERY 'ard."

Abla looked at the lion before nodding at him. "That is fine." she said as she flopped down on her side next to him and then nodded to him listening to him speak. "Yeah, I am. It's nice to see, very different. I really am not that sure of what I like better at the moment." She chuckled quietly at the idea she knew that she liked to be able to see but she wasn't used to it yet. She paused for a moment as she listened to what he said next and arched a brow at him. This was new that was for sure. "Excuse me?" She said wanting him to clarify.

The male coughed. "It is just, ah... Another language... I picked it up in the western jungles a 'undred years or so ago... So many lifetimes ago." He motioned with a paw. "I was just saying that the world is a beautiful place now.. For you..." He glanced at her, as if seeking approval for his words. "I am not so sure that I could teach you the language... If you can 'ear from my speech pattern, while I did not 'ave this accent as a cub... It 'as gotten worse the older I 'ave gotten. I came back one life speaking NOTHING but Française."

Abla looked at the male and then shrugged. "Never heard another language before." she stated simpyl. It was something interesting that far for sure. She didn't know waht tot hink about it really. she paused for a moment before flicking her hair out of her eyes. "You don't have to teach me." She chuckled and smiled at him before thinking for a moment at what he said. "I think it's a nice change to see thigns. It's kind of just there. I still think that the world is beautfiul. I know it has it's bad things but it's better to appreciate it then not see any good at all in it." She paused and chuckled once again. "But that's just what I think." She turned toward himand offered him a bit of a smile. "I know everyone sees it differnetly though.

The male chuckled lightly. "Oh, there are many out there... In Africa alone." He stepped closer, eyebrows going up. "Did you know there is a language made entirely of clicks? And another, just beyond the sands of the Sa'ara to the north, it seems it is made of phlem!" He chuckled again. "And still others that sound more like singing, and bells... I do not think I could count them all, but I would love to go 'ear them some time." He let out a wistful sigh, then opened his mouth to say something... Only for his vulture to very roughly land on his head, managing to send the god tumbling with a snarl. "VUNDE!"
"HI again! You know, I was going to find these funny round things humans have, I think they call them balloons, but then I decided..." He stopped. "Hey, wait, what are you--" The vulture let out a squawk, flapping his wings in terror as Xavier tried to catch him with his claws, the bird doing his best to escape.

Abla looked toward the male and listened carefully to what he was saying, very curious of what he was explaining, he didn't know other places talked in different ways. One of all clicks? That one if anything sounded the most complex. She was listening carefully to what the male was saying that was until the bird flew in to situation once again, she looked at him curious and then started to chuckle. Watching Xavier and his bird friend was always amusing to her, there were no other questions about it he was just very, very amusing as a team.
She watched as they two started to chase eachother and chuckled once again. This life and this company were very interesting, and as she watched them she began to appreciate them in her life more and more. she was happy to be here.
